Therefore, there is a need to improve the formula and preparation method of the existing perilla herb formula goat milk powder.

Based on the formula, the invention also provides a preparation method of the perilla frutescens formula goat milk powder, which comprises the following steps:
(1) and (3) filtering and removing impurities: measuring and filtering the raw goat milk qualified by acceptance, and removing mechanical impurities in the fresh milk;
(2) and (3) cold storage: cooling the filtered raw goat milk and refrigerating for later use;
(3) cleaning milk: cleaning raw goat milk, removing impurities in the goat milk, and ensuring that the impurity degree is less than or equal to 2.0 mg/kg;
(4) and (3) sterilization: sterilizing the raw goat milk after milk purification, and then storing;
(5) standardizing ingredients: mixing the stored raw goat milk with desalted whey powder, concentrated whey protein powder, lactose, perilla seed oil, a compound nutrition enhancer and potassium hydroxide according to a proportion, and carrying out standardized batching and dissolving at 50-60 ℃ to obtain a feed liquid;
(6) homogenizing: homogenizing the feed liquid in a high-pressure homogenizer at a temperature not higher than 60 deg.C under a homogenizing pressure of 10-14Mpa to break fat particles in the feed liquid into smaller fat balls, and uniformly dispersing in milk;
(7) concentration and evaporation and high-temperature sterilization: concentrating and evaporating the emulsion to remove water to form concentrated milk; and sterilizing the concentrated milk at high temperature;
(8) spray drying: pumping the concentrated milk into a sterile milk storage tank through a discharge pump, filtering the concentrated milk by using a filter screen before pumping the concentrated milk into the milk storage tank, and pumping the concentrated milk into a drying tower by using a high-pressure pump for spray drying; wherein: the air inlet temperature during spray drying is 170-185 ℃, the air exhaust temperature is 80-92 ℃, and the negative pressure in the tower is-20-35 water column mmH2O, controlling the temperature in the tower to be 60-92 ℃;
(9) and (3) cooling: cooling the dried concentrated milk by a fluidized bed to obtain milk powder, and then accessing the milk powder into a closed conveying system for temporary storage;
(10) sterilizing the tunnel: sterilizing the qualified composite AB bacteria through a tunnel and then sending the sterilized composite AB bacteria into a dry mixing room;
(11) metering and mixing: mixing the sterilized composite AB bacteria with the dried milk powder according to a proportion;
(12) and (3) detecting trace metal elements: detecting trace metal elements of the mixed milk powder;
(13) packaging and warehousing: sieving the qualified milk powder, and then performing film-covering nitrogen-filling packaging, external packaging, code spraying, boxing and warehousing according to the required specification; the nitrogen is filled for packaging, the nitrogen pressure is more than or equal to 0.5MPa, and the residual oxygen is less than or equal to 3.0 percent; the transverse sealing temperature of the adult formula milk powder is 175-185 ℃, and the longitudinal sealing temperature is 160-180 ℃.

(2) According to the invention, through the process design of raw goat milk filtration, cold storage, milk purification, sterilization and storage, standardized batching, homogenization, concentration and evaporation, high-temperature sterilization, spray drying, fluidized bed cooling, tunnel sterilization, metering and mixing, trace metal element detection, nitrogen-filled packaging and external packaging, the reconstitution property of the milk powder can be improved, and the three sterilization procedures (the first sterilization treatment is performed before the standardized batching, and the second and third sterilization treatments are performed after the standardized batching) are designed, so that part of microorganisms and most of bacteria in the goat milk can be fully killed on the premise of not influencing the homogenization, concentration, evaporation, spray drying, fluidized bed cooling and other procedures after batching and avoiding the nutrition loss of the goat milk powder as far as possible, and the sterilization effect of the whole preparation method is improved.

(4) In the concentration and evaporation link designed by the invention, the emulsion is sterilized again by the sterilizer through the falling film evaporation system and is concentrated and evaporated by the separator to remove water to form concentrated milk, and the discharge density after concentration is 1.090-1.155. (9) and (3) cooling: cooling the dried concentrated milk by a fluidized bed to obtain milk powder, and then accessing the milk powder into a closed conveying system for temporary storage;
(10) sterilizing the tunnel: sterilizing the qualified composite AB bacteria through a tunnel and then sending the sterilized composite AB bacteria into a dry mixing room;
(11) metering and mixing: mixing the sterilized composite AB bacteria with the dried milk powder according to a proportion;
(12) and (3) detecting trace metal elements: detecting trace metal elements of the mixed milk powder;
(13) packaging and warehousing: sieving the qualified milk powder, and then performing film-covering nitrogen-filling packaging, external packaging, code spraying, boxing and warehousing according to the required specification; the nitrogen is filled for packaging, the nitrogen pressure is more than or equal to 0.5MPa, and the residual oxygen is less than or equal to 3.0 percent; the transverse sealing temperature of the adult formula milk powder is 175-185 ℃, and the longitudinal sealing temperature is 160-180 ℃.
4. The preparation method of the perilla frutescens formula goat milk powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (1), the raw goat milk qualified by acceptance is measured and filtered through a 80-mesh or 120-mesh filter screen.

The method of preparing the perilla-based formulated goat milk powder of claim 1The method is characterized in that in the step (2), raw goat milk is cooled by a plate heat exchanger and then stored in a refrigerating tank for later use; the storage temperature is controlled at 0-4 deg.C, and the acidity is controlled at 6-130And T, regularly checking whether the temperature and the acidity meet the requirements.

The preparation method of the perilla frutescens formula goat milk powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (4), the sterilization treatment process comprises: pre-sterilizing by a plate type sterilization machine, then entering a degassing tank, processing by a spore separator, and returning to the plate type sterilization machine to kill part of microorganisms in fresh milk; the sterilization machine is a 25-ton sterilization machine, the temperature is 80-85 ℃, and the sterilization time is 15 s; or the sterilization machine is a 30-ton sterilization machine, the temperature is 90-110 ℃, and the sterilization time is 4 s.

The preparation method of the perilla frutescens formula goat milk powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (7), the emulsion is sterilized again by a sterilizer through a falling film evaporation system, and water is removed by evaporation and concentration through a separator to form concentrated milk, and the discharge density after concentration is 1.090-1.155.

The preparation method of perilla frutescens formula goat milk powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (7), the concentrated milk is sterilized through a plate heat exchanger, so that most of bacteria in the feed liquid are killed; the plate heat exchanger is of a Nanhua brand, the used high-temperature sterilization degree is 89-96 ℃, and the sterilization time is 10 s; or the plate heat exchanger brand is VTIS, the used high-temperature sterilization is performed at the temperature of 110-120 ℃, and the sterilization time is 0.33 s.

The preparation method of the perilla frutescens formula goat milk powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (9), the dried concentrated milk is cooled at least three times by a fluidized bed to obtain milk powder, and then the milk powder is temporarily stored in a closed conveying system; the air inlet temperature of the tertiary cooling is 15-35 ℃.

The preparation method of the perilla frutescens formula goat milk powder as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 9, wherein in the step (11), the mixed milk powder is detected for trace metal elements by using a metal detector, and the metal detector is sequentially corrected by using 1.0mm iron balls, 1.2mm non-iron balls and 1.5mm stainless steel balls before use, so that the detection result is ensured to be accurate.
