Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of food, and particularly discloses milk powder for improving sleep disorder of children and a preparation method thereof. The milk powder provided by the invention provides abundant nutrient substances for children, and achieves the effects of improving the sleep disorder of the children and promoting the sleep; the preparation method provided by the invention is easy to control. The preparation method is suitable for preparing the milk powder for improving the sleep disorder of children, and the prepared milk powder is suitable for children.

Background

For children, the special population, the use of drugs to improve sleep disorder is not desirable, and general hypnotic drugs can act on the nervous system to influence the growth and development of children. Therefore, the method is a safe and effective way for improving the sleep quality of children through the regulation of nutrient elements and active substances.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at children and provides milk powder for improving sleep disorder of children, so that the milk powder can comprehensively supplement nutrition for the children and simultaneously improve the sleep disorder of the children; another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the milk powder for improving sleep disorders of children.

(1) alpha-lactalbumin is the protein with the highest tryptophan content in food protein, the increase of tryptophan can induce the synthesis of 5-hydroxytryptamine, and the 5-hydroxytryptamine participates in the generation and maintenance of sleep. (a) Dissolving the nutrition supplementing powder and the compound bacterium powder I in water at the temperature of 37-42 ℃, fully stirring, uniformly mixing, and standing for 2-4 hours at a maintained temperature to obtain a product B;
(b) dissolving the compound vitamin and choline chloride in water at the temperature of 33-37 ℃, fully stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain a product C;
(c) dissolving the composite mineral substance and calcium carbonate in water at 48-52 ℃, fully stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain a product D;
(d) mixing whey protein powder, desalted whey powder, lactose, concentrated whey protein powder, phospholipid, soybean oil, galacto-oligosaccharide, fructo-oligosaccharide, product B, product C and product D, fully stirring, uniformly mixing, performing primary homogenization at a pressure of 80-120 bar, secondary homogenization at a pressure of 25-35 bar and tertiary homogenization at a pressure of 170-210 bar, and cooling to 4-8 ℃ to obtain a product E;
thirdly, sterilizing, flash evaporating, filtering and concentrating
