And after feeding, the PLC control system controls the servo motor II, the servo motor III and the servo motor IV, so that a coating mode of the product to be coated, which is static and the nozzle moves in the XY two-way direction, or a coating mode of the product to be coated and the nozzle move simultaneously can be selected according to requirements, and the gluing effect is better ensured.

the fifth step: the second servo motor 23 drives the screw rod to rotate through the coupler, so that the ball bearing moves along the track on a path for analyzing the image of the visual camera 18 to the PLC result under the auxiliary action of the slide block 51 and the glue supply system 4;
meanwhile, starting a servo motor II 49, driving a ball screw to rotate by a servo motor II 23 through a coupler, converting the rotation motion into linear motion by the ball screw, and further driving the Y-direction moving manipulator 27 to move in the Y direction;
the movement traces of the Y-moving robot 27 and the X-moving robot 26 may form a plane, so that the spray head 17 can reach any position of the plane, and the cloth can be coated with glue according to a pattern or route predetermined by the system.
