本发明属于医疗卫生护理用品技术领域,具体涉及一种具有杀菌作用的卫生护理垫。
【背景技术】
在医院、养老院和居民家庭中,病人需要用到卫生护理垫,特别是卧床病人或丧失生活自理能力的病人,卫生护理垫是必不可少的日常用品。目前国内卫生护理垫生产企业众多,产品类型多种多样,随着中国人口老龄化程度日益严重,老年人护理机构不断增加,对卫生护理垫的需求会越来越大,病人长期卧床,长褥疮的可能性随时存在,因此,市场需要具有防止褥疮生长、灭菌消炎、活血化瘀等独特功能的卫生护理垫。作为一次性消费品,不但要考虑使用成本,同时也必须研究材料的环保性能,使用后的废弃物能够生物降解,不对环境造成污染。
卫生护理垫主要材料为高吸水性聚合物SAP(Super Absorbent Polymer),或高吸水树脂SAR(Super Absorbent Resin)这类树脂种类多达数十种,高吸水树脂新材料的研发和应用是材料学科研究的热点。
将中草药中有效成分提取处理,按照功能区分,分为灭菌消炎、活血化瘀等不同类型,制成易于附着于SAP材料的剂型,处理后的附有中草药有效成分SAP材料进一步加工成为所需规格的卫生护理垫。
卫生护理垫规格有以下六种:8cm×8cm;30cm×30cm;25cm×40cm;45cm×60cm;60cm×60cm;60cm×90cm。或根据特殊规格要求加工成型。卫生护理垫所用材料必须符合医用卫生材料标准要求,全部加工材料经过检验合格,与人体接触的材料已在临床上应用过,其安全性、可靠性符合卫生标准要求,加工后的卫生护理垫外观应展开为片状,厚薄均匀,无污点,无异味,符合一次性使用病床、检查床、家庭护理床上用的卫生护理用品,可用于用于卧床病人保洁或预防褥疮,加工成型的医用护理垫应符合卫生标准,细菌菌落总数≤200cfu/g,真菌菌落总数≤100cfu/g,大肠菌群不得检出,致病性化脓菌不得检出。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有杀菌作用的卫生护理垫,通过浸泡中药药液处理,从而使护理垫具有一定中药理疗效果,使产品起到防止褥疮生长、消炎、活血化瘀等作用。
本发明还提供一种具有杀菌作用的卫生护理垫的制备方法。
本发明技术方案如下:
一种具有杀菌作用的卫生护理垫,由表面层、吸收层和底层构成,所述表面层由纯棉和PE网状材质组合构成,所述吸收层的主要成分为高吸水树脂,所述底层由透气材料制成,所述表面层和吸收层在组合后还经过中药药液浸泡处理。
优选的,所述中药药液主要由大黄、白芷、黄柏、樟脑、薄荷制成。
优选的,所述中药药液主要由连翘、蒲公英、金银花、冰片、苍术制成。
优选的,所述吸收层由45~55份糊化淀粉液、15~30份丙烯酸、10~12份丙烯酰胺、6~9份过硫酸钾、20~30份去离子水、10~15份纤维素接枝的聚丙烯酸酯、3~5份甘油、2~5份二氧化硅,在110~125℃条件搅拌混合并超声分散制得。本申请所使用的高吸水树脂稳定性高,通过其内部的微小结构有效改善调湿材料对外界环境下调湿速率,有效提高调湿材料对环境的响应速率,而设计使用无机矿物类进行结构调节,多孔结构内能够吸附和释放水蒸气,通过制备的凝胶颗粒为负载载体,由于凝胶材料表面无皱缩、裂纹和塌陷,内部呈三维多孔网状结构,具有较高的比表面积,将本发明通过聚合制备的纳米吸水树脂微球填充至材料内部,从而有效延缓吸水效应,使其吸水饱和,而当吸水树脂颗粒失水皱缩后,干凝胶颗粒内部孔隙体积增大,成品含有强亲水性基团、适度交联的功能性高分子材料,能够吸收自身重量几百倍的水分,且吸水膨胀后的凝胶体在加压的情况下,也不宜将水析出,可有效吸附水份,吸水率≥1000g/g,吸水速率≥100g/min,保压吸水率≥70g/g;
高吸水性树脂是一种含有羧基、羟基等强亲水性基团并具有一定交联度的水溶胀型高分子聚合物,特点是具有优越的吸水、保水能力,吸水量可达自身质量的数百倍,吸水率最高可达2000g/g,吸盐水率达75g/g,保压吸水率达90g/g,即使在受热、加压条件下也不易失水,对光、热、酸、碱的稳定性好,天然高分子加工产物合成高吸水树脂有淀粉类和纤维类,由淀粉—丙烯酸—交联性单体接枝共聚反应合成的SAP的吸水量,吸水速度非常快,并且保水性强,价格适中、安全性能较好,已经被广泛应用在一次性的纸尿布、成人失禁用品以及妇女卫生用品等个人护理产品中。作为功能性、易于降解的高分子材料,SAP已成为了生产一次性卫生护理垫的首选材料。
优选的,所述表面层包括与人体接触的面层和用于包封固定面层的内基层,所述面层为纯棉制成,所述内基层为PE材料制成的漏斗形状。面层干爽保证局部皮肤不受潮湿之苦,内基层的漏斗型设计优于桶状设计,渗入的液体不易回流。
优选的,所述底层上设有用于粘附于底裤、短裤或内衣上的粘扣。底层:选透气材料制成,它可使气体状的水分子顺利通过,从而达到及时排出湿气的作用,有效地减少护理垫与身体排出湿气的作用,有效地减少护理垫与身体之间的潮湿和闷热,保持干爽清新的感受。
一种具有杀菌作用的卫生护理垫的制备方法,制备得到表面层、吸收层和底层后,依次进行压合,再进行浸泡处理,所述浸泡处理过程为,分别称取大黄5kg、白芷5kg、黄柏5kg、樟脑2kg、薄荷4kg,加入重量4倍水熬制到1倍水,后将药液脱色处理至无色,将所述表面层和吸收层常温浸没在药液中15-30min。
优选的,所述大黄、白芷、黄柏、樟脑、薄荷为中草药,具有清热解毒、活血化瘀的作用,经过优选配伍,并将其中有效成分提取处理,制成液体,处理卫生护理垫表层材料和吸水层材料,使处理的材料具有消炎灭菌、活血化瘀作用。
大黄:具有清热解毒,止血,祛瘀,通便,杀虫的功效。大黄对多种病原菌有抑制作用,尤以葡萄球菌和淋病双球菌最敏感;对流感病毒、单纯疱疹病毒、乙肝病毒、柯萨奇病毒均有抑制作用;对阿米巴原虫、阴道滴虫、致病性真菌也有一定的抑制作用。大黄抑菌的有效成分主要为大黄酸、大黄素、芦荟大黄素。外用治跌打损伤,烧烫伤,痈疖肿毒,流行性腮腺炎,疥疮,湿疹,皮炎等;
白芷:多年生的草本植物,味香色白,以根入药,有祛病除湿、排脓生肌、活血止痛等功能,另外还具有抗菌、抗炎之功效。用于祛风湿,活血排脓,生肌止痛。治疗头痛、牙痛、鼻渊、肠风痔漏、痈疽疮疡、皮肤瘙痒等症;
黄柏:又名檗木、檗皮、黄檗。既能清热燥湿,又能泻火解毒。用来治疗疮疡肿毒,内服外用均可。此外,黄柏外用还可以用来治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒不适等症。黄柏有广谱的抗菌作用,对多种真菌、滴虫有显著的抑制作用。黄柏还有有抗流感病毒的作用,对乙肝表面抗原有明显的选择性抑制作用。其机制与其对细菌呼吸和RNA合成的强烈抑制有关,还能明显减少金葡菌毒素的生成并促进白细胞对细菌的吞噬;
樟脑:别名韶脑、潮脑、脑子、油脑、树脑。具有通关窍、利滞气、辟秽浊、杀虫止痒、消肿止痛、除湿杀虫,温散止痛,开窍辟秽的功效。主治疥癣瘙痒、跌打伤痛、牙痛等症。樟脑涂于皮肤有温和的刺激及防腐作用;
薄荷:具有医用和食用双重功能。宣散风热,清头目,透疹。用于风热感冒,温病初起,头痛,目赤,喉痹,口疮,风疹,麻疹,胸胁涨闷。薄荷具有疏散风热、清利头目、理气解郁等功效。薄荷外用,治疗夏季痱子、蚊虫叮咬、疮疖等,用后清凉舒适;
上述5种中药材经过优选配伍,具有消炎灭菌、活血化瘀的作用,并将其中有效成分提取处理,制成液体,处理卫生护理垫表面层材料和吸收层材料,使处理的材料具有消炎灭菌、活血化瘀作用。
一种具有杀菌作用的卫生护理垫的制备方法,制备得到表面层、吸收层和底层后,依次进行压合,再进行浸泡处理,所述浸泡处理过程为分别称取新鲜蒲公英15kg,连翘、金银花、苍术各4kg,冰片1kg,再将新鲜蒲公英榨汁取浆,将连翘、金银花、苍术加入重量4倍水熬制到1倍水,取熬制后药液与蒲公英浆液混合,加入冰片,后将药液脱色处理至无色,将所述表面层和吸收层常温浸没在药液中15-30min。
连翘:(Forsythia suspensa)又名黄花条、连壳、青翘、落翘、旱连子、黄奇丹等。果实入药。性味苦凉微寒。具有清热,解毒,散结,消肿的功效。治温热,丹毒,斑疹,痈疡肿毒,瘰疬。连翘在体外可抑制伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、白喉杆菌、霍乱弧菌、链球菌等。对痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌也有较好的抑制作用;
蒲公英:别名谷谷丁、婆婆丁、黄花苗、黄花地丁、奶汁草等,以全草入药,有清热解毒、消痛散结之功能,治疗急性乳腺炎,淋巴腺炎,瘰疠,疔毒疮肿,急性结膜炎,感冒发热,急性扁桃体炎,急性支气管炎、尿路感染等症。蒲公英对金黄色葡萄耐药菌株、溶血性链球菌有较强的杀菌作用,对绿脓杆菌、痢疾杆菌有抑制作用,有清热解毒、活血凉血、去腐生肌、祛风散结、消炎镇痛、杀虫止痒、抗感染和润肤等功效;
金银花:(Lonicera japonica)又名忍冬。其功效主要是清热解毒,主治温病发热、热毒血痢、痈疽疔毒等。金银花含有绿原酸、木犀草素苷等药理活性成分,对溶血性链球菌、金黄葡萄球菌等多种致病菌及病毒等有较强的抑制力,金银花性寒,味甘,入肺、心、胃经,具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效,主治胀满下疾、温病发热,热毒痈疡和肿瘤等症;
冰片:又名片脑、桔片、艾片、龙脑香、梅花冰片、羯布罗香、梅花脑、冰片脑、梅冰等,是由菊科艾纳香茎叶或樟科植物龙脑樟枝叶经水蒸汽蒸馏并重结晶而得。味辛、苦,微寒;归心、肝、肺经;清香宣散,具有开窍醒神,清热散毒,明目退翳的功效,主治热病高热神昏,中风痰厥惊痫,暑湿蒙蔽清窍,喉痹耳聋,口疮齿肿,疮痈疳痔,目赤肿痛,翳膜遮睛等症。亦有清热解毒、防腐生肌作用。苍术:又名山精、赤术、马蓟、青术、仙术等,为菊科植物南苍术或北苍术等的根茎,主要功效是散寒解表,除障明目,燥湿化痰,具有燥土利水,泄饮消痰,行瘀,开郁,去漏,化癣,除癥,理吞酸去腐,辟山川瘴疠,回筋骨之痿软,清溲溺之混浊的作用;
上述5种中药材经过优选配伍,具有治疗褥疮的作用,并将其中有效成分提取处理,制成液体,处理卫生护理垫表面层材料和吸收层材料,使处理的材料具有防止褥疮生长作用。
本发明相对于现有技术,有以下优点:
本发明的一种具有杀菌作用的卫生护理垫,由PE膜、无纺布、绒毛浆、高分子吸水树脂等材质制成的一次性卫生用品,主要用于医院手术、妇科检查、产妇护理、幼儿看护、瘫痪病人大小便失禁等,卫生护理垫表面层采用柔软纯棉无纺布,渗透快,肌肤保持舒适,导流压纹,引导液体向四周扩散,保持干爽,吸收层主要成分为高分子吸水树脂(SAP),确保快速有效吸收,通过对卫生护理垫所用材料进行中药药液浸泡处理,利用中草药连翘、蒲公英、金银花、冰片、苍术、大黄、白芷、黄柏、樟脑、薄荷等成分具有防止褥疮生长、消炎、活血化瘀的作用,使卫生护理垫具有独特的灭菌消炎、活血化瘀的作用,材料处理过程中利用中草药清热解毒、去腐生肌、活血化瘀等作用,将生产卫生护理垫的材料进行科学处理,使产品起到防止褥疮生长、消炎、活血化瘀的作用;
本发明的一种具有杀菌作用的卫生护理垫的制备方法,过程温和,环保安全,产品品质稳定。
【具体实施方式】
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1-3
一种具有杀菌作用的卫生护理垫的制备方法:先制备表面层和底层;
制备吸收层:由45~55份糊化淀粉液、15~30份丙烯酸、10~12份丙烯酰胺、6~9份过硫酸钾、20~30份去离子水、10~15份纤维素接枝的聚丙烯酸酯、3~5份甘油、2~5份二氧化硅,在110~125℃条件搅拌混合并超声分散制得高吸水树脂,由高吸水树脂制成吸收层;
制备得到表面层、吸收层和底层后,依次进行压合,再进行浸泡处理,所述浸泡处理过程为,分别称取大黄5~10kg、白芷5~8kg、黄柏5~6kg、樟脑2~4kg、薄荷2~4kg,加入重量4倍水熬制到1倍水,后将药液脱色处理至无色,将所述表面层和吸收层常温浸没在药液中15~30min。

实施例4-6
一种具有杀菌作用的卫生护理垫的制备方法:先制备表面层和底层;
制备吸收层:由45~55份糊化淀粉液、15~30份丙烯酸、10~12份丙烯酰胺、6~9份过硫酸钾、20~30份去离子水、10~15份纤维素接枝的聚丙烯酸酯、3~5份甘油、2~5份二氧化硅,在110~125℃条件搅拌混合并超声分散制得高吸水树脂,由高吸水树脂制成吸收层;
制备得到表面层、吸收层和底层后,依次进行压合,再进行浸泡处理,所述浸泡处理过程为分别称取新鲜蒲公英10~15kg,连翘、金银花、苍术各4~6kg,冰片0.8~1.5kg,再将新鲜蒲公英榨汁取浆,将连翘、金银花、苍术加入重量4倍水熬制到1倍水,取熬制后药液与蒲公英浆液混合,加入冰片,后将药液脱色处理至无色,将所述表面层和吸收层常温浸没在药液中15~30min。

产品性能测试项目:
1、吸水率:材料完全湿透并经排空后,每单位质量的材料吸收液体的质量,以百分比表示。
计算公式:Wa=[Mn-Mk/Mk]×100%
其中:Wa----吸水率,以百分比表示;
Mn----材料试验终点时重量。
Mk----材料的原质量。
2、吸水速率:试验材料被试验液体完全浸湿并将试验液体吸入材料内所需的时间。
3、卫生指标:材料要求不得检出:a、金黄色葡萄球菌;b、链球菌;c、真菌;d、霉菌。
4、荧光物质:在输出波长365nm的紫外灯下检验材料,记录材料是否有荧光。按照要求不得检出荧光物质。
实施例1-3材料物理性能如下:
实施例1-3卫生及其他指标:
1、金黄色葡萄球菌:未检出。
2、链球菌:未检出。
3、真菌:未检出。
4、霉菌:未检出。
5、荧光:未检出。
实施例1-3对比试验:
功能材料组:15位卧床病人使用中草药处理材料卫生护理垫,使用周期为10天,无一人生褥疮,病患恢复情况满意;
对照组:15位卧床病人使用普通材料卫生护理垫,使用周期为10天,其中3人生褥疮,其余12位病患恢复情况满意。
结论:本发明产品对防治褥疮有促进作用,有利于卧床病患快速恢复健康,起到具有杀菌作用的卫生护理垫作用。
实施例4-6材料物理性能如下:
实施例4-6卫生及其他指标:
1、金黄色葡萄球菌:未检出。
2、链球菌:未检出。
3、真菌:未检出。
4、霉菌:未检出。
5、荧光:未检出。
实施例4-6对比试验:
功能材料组:15位手术后病人使用中草药处理材料卫生护理垫,使用周期为7天,15位病患恢复情况满意。
对照组:15位手术后病人使用普通材料卫生护理垫,使用周期为7天,其中4人恢复较慢,其余11位病患恢复情况满意。
结论:本发明产品对伤口愈合具有促进作用,有利于术后病患快速恢复健康,起到具有杀菌作用的卫生护理垫作用。
Claims (3)
1.一种具有杀菌作用的卫生护理垫,其特征在于:由表面层、吸收层和底层构成,所述表面层由纯棉和PE网状材质组合构成,所述吸收层的主要成分为高吸水树脂,所述底层由透气材料制成,所述表面层和吸收层在组合后还经过中药药液浸泡处理;所述中药药液主要由大黄、白芷、黄柏、樟脑、和薄荷制成;
所述卫生护理垫的制备方法包括如下步骤:先制备表面层和底层;
制备吸收层:由45~55份糊化淀粉液、15~30份丙烯酸、10~12份丙烯酰胺、6~9份过硫酸钾、20~30份去离子水、10~15份纤维素接枝的聚丙烯酸酯、3~5份甘油、和2~5份二氧化硅,在110~125℃条件搅拌混合并超声分散制得高吸水树脂,由高吸水树脂制成吸收层;
制备得到表面层、吸收层和底层后,依次进行压合,再进行浸泡处理,所述浸泡处理过程为,分别称取大黄5~10kg、白芷5~8kg、黄柏5~6kg、樟脑2~4kg、和薄荷2~4kg,加入重量4倍水熬制到1倍水,后将药液脱色处理至无色,将所述表面层和吸收层常温浸没在药液中15~30min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌作用的卫生护理垫,其特征在于:所述表面层包括与人体接触的面层和用于包封固定面层的内基层,所述面层为纯棉制成,所述内基层为PE材料制成的漏斗形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌作用的卫生护理垫,其特征在于:所述底层上设有用于粘附于底裤、短裤或内衣上的粘扣。
