本发明属于护理垫技术领域,涉及一种速干凉感护理垫的制作方法及其装置。
背景技术
对于需长期卧床休养的病人,行动不便,大小便都需在床上解决,目前护理卧床病人时常用到护理垫,将护理垫平铺在病人的臀部及其它部位,防止病人的汗液或排出的尿液等弄脏床单。
经检索,如中国专利文献公开了一种医用护理垫【申请号:201711356089.5;公开号:CN 108143532A】。这种医用护理垫,整体呈长方形,其特征在于,包括结构相同的上垫和下垫,所述上垫和下垫分别包括表层、吸水层和底层,所述上垫的底层和下垫的表层通过魔术贴粘结在一起,所述下垫底层的两长边上连接有弹性布带,所述弹性布带上连接有挂勾。
该专利中公开的护理垫虽然可节省时间,但是,该护理垫没有相应的制作方法,无法批量制作,制作繁琐,因此,设计出一种速干凉感护理垫的制作方法及其装置是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种速干凉感护理垫的制作方法,该制作方法具有制作简便的特点。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种速干凉感护理垫的制作方法,速干凉感护理垫包括表层、吸收层和底膜层,表层为涤纶布,吸收层为吸附了中草药液的无纺布,底膜层为PVC膜,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、外购:购买市场上现有的涤纶布、无纺布和PVC膜,并对其进行外观检验;
b、制液:按重量份数,称取中草药:当归20-30份、红花5-10份、艾草4-7份、决明子1-3份、甘草6-12份、石斛3-7份、黄连15-20份和金银花7-14份,将中草药放入到药锅中,加入其6-8倍质量份数的去离子水进行煎煮,再用纱布过滤,制得中草药液;
c、表面处理:通过表面处理装置对无纺布浸泡中草药液,浸泡时间为10-20min,得到处理后的无纺布;
d、裁剪:通过裁剪设备对涤纶布、PVC膜和处理后的无纺布进行裁剪,制得块状的半成品;
e、缝纫:通过缝纫设备将半成品进行车缝,并使涤纶布、无纺布和PVC膜依次由上至下分布,得到成品的速干凉感护理垫;
f、检验包装:先对成品的速干凉感护理垫进行检验,再对其进行包装。
采用以上制作方法,通过外购、制液、表面处理、裁剪、缝纫和检验包装等操作,就可实现速干凉感护理垫的制作。
所述表层的厚度为1.2-1.5mm。
所述无纺布的厚度为1.5-2.0mm。
所述PVC膜的厚度为0.4-1.0mm。
所述煎煮时间为60-90min。
所述裁剪设备为自动布料裁剪机。
所述车缝采用的线为牛仔线。
采用以上结构,通过牛仔线可将三层结构牢牢固定在一起。
本发明还提供了一种表面处理装置,包括机架,其特征在于,所述机架一端上水平转动设置有面料放卷辊,机架另一端上水平转动设置有面料收卷辊,面料收卷辊端部与一能带动其转动的动力结构相连,机架中部固定有支架一和支架二,支架一靠近面料放卷辊,支架二靠近面料收卷辊,支架一上设置有浸泡机构,支架二上设置有烘干机构,浸泡机构包括箱盖和上部具有开口的浸泡箱,浸泡箱固定在支架一上,浸泡箱一端固定有安装架一,安装架一上具有导入压辊组件,浸泡箱一端还具有输入口,浸泡箱另一端固定有安装架二,安装架二上具有导出压辊组件,浸泡箱另一端还具有输出口,箱盖固定在浸泡箱上,且箱盖将浸泡箱的开口封闭住,箱盖上还设置有辅助结构,辅助结构包括安装板和驱动板,安装板固定在箱盖上,且安装板位于浸泡箱内,安装板上固定有若干导轨,且导轨呈水平布置,导轨上分别设置有滑块,滑块上分别固定有移动条,移动条上还分别和联动轴一端转动连接,驱动板活动设在安装板上,驱动板与一使其上下移动的驱动组件相连,驱动板上具有若干倾斜导槽,且倾斜导槽呈扇形分布,联动轴另一端分别活动设置在倾斜导槽内,驱动板上还水平转动设置有若干上导料杆,移动条上还分别固定有导流定位板,导流定位板上还分别水平转动设置有下导料杆。
表面处理装置的工作原理如下:将面料放卷辊处的面料从导入压辊组件处通过,依次绕在上导料杆与下导料杆之间,再从导出压辊组件处通过,再经过烘干机构,最后通过面料收卷辊进行收卷,由于可通过驱动组件带动驱动板向上移动或者向下移动,驱动板带动上导料杆向上移动或者向下移动,而联动轴在倾斜导槽的导向下,使导流定位板靠近或远离,导流定位板带动下导料杆靠近或远离,可使面料与浸泡箱中的料液充分接触,可使浸泡箱内的面料左右相互靠近、上下相互远离或者左右相互远离、上下相互靠近,从而完成面料的表面处理作业,取代人工操作,处理简便。
所述动力结构包括步进电机一、主动轮、从动轮和皮带,步进电机一固定在机架上,步进电机一的输出轴水平设置,主动轮固定在步进电机一的输出轴端部,从动轮固定在面料收卷辊端部,皮带套设在主动轮与从动轮之间。
当需要使面料收卷辊转动时,控制步进电机一的输出轴转动,步进电机一的输出轴带动主动轮转动,主动轮通过皮带带动从动轮转动,从动轮带动面料收卷辊转动,从而可使面料收卷辊转动。
所述烘干机构包括烘筒,烘筒水平转动设置在支架二上,烘筒端部与一能带动其转动的步进电机二相连,烘筒内部还具有电加热丝。

所述驱动组件包括伺服电机、丝杆、螺母、导杆和导套,丝杆竖直转动设置在安装板上,螺母螺纹连接在丝杆上,螺母通过轴承座和驱动板一端相连,伺服电机固定在箱盖上,伺服电机的输出轴竖直向下,伺服电机的输出轴通过联轴器和丝杆相连,导杆竖直固定在安装板上,导套设置在导杆上,导套和驱动板另一端相连。
当需要使驱动板上下移动时,控制伺服电机的输出轴转动,伺服电机的输出轴带动丝杆转动,丝杆带动螺母运动,螺母使导套沿着导杆上下移动,导套带动驱动板上下移动。
所述导杆两端还具有限位块。
所述浸泡箱一端还具有补料口,补料口处具有电磁阀一,浸泡箱另一端还具有排料口,排料口处设置有电磁阀二。
所述导入压辊组件包括导入压辊一和导入压辊二,导入压辊一和导入压辊二分别转动设置在安装架一上,且导入压辊一与导入压辊二之间具有供面料通过的间隙;导出压辊组件包括导出压辊一和导出压辊二,导出压辊一和导出压辊二分别转动设置在安装架二上,且导出压辊一与导出压辊二之间具有供面料通过的间隙。
采用以上结构,通过导入压辊一和导入压辊二可对面料导入的过程中进行压紧;通过导出压辊一和导出压辊二可对面料导出的过程中进行压紧。
所述导流定位板的形状为波浪形,导流定位板上具有若干导流孔。
采用以上结构,通过导流定位板可对浸泡箱内的料液进行辅助导流,从而可确保面料的浸泡效果。
与现有技术相比,本速干凉感护理垫的制作方法具有该优点:
1、本发明中通过外购、制液、表面处理、裁剪、缝纫和检验包装等操作,就可实现速干凉感护理垫的制作。
2、速干凉感护理垫包括表层、吸收层和底膜层,表层为涤纶布,吸收层为吸附了中草药液的无纺布,底膜层为PVC膜,当涤纶表层与人体接触时可产生凉爽感觉,且涤纶牢度强、抗皱,可反复洗涤;吸收层为无纺布,渗透快,无回渗;PVC膜能有效防止水向下渗;从而其具备速干、凉感、吸水快、防水等功能,能满足人们的对护理垫的要求,具有广阔的市场前景。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1所示,本速干凉感护理垫的制作方法,速干凉感护理垫包括表层、吸收层和底膜层,表层为涤纶布,吸收层为吸附了中草药液的无纺布,采用该结构,可使吸收层具有较好的中药疗效;底膜层为PVC膜,包括如下步骤:
a、外购:购买市场上现有的涤纶布、无纺布和PVC膜,并对其进行外观检验;
b、制液:按重量份数,称取中草药:当归20-30份、红花5-10份、艾草4-7份、决明子1-3份、甘草6-12份、石斛3-7份、黄连15-20份和金银花7-14份,将中草药放入到药锅中,加入其6-8倍质量份数的去离子水进行煎煮,再用纱布过滤,制得中草药液;在本实施例中,按重量份数,称取中草药:当归24份、红花6份、艾草5份、决明子1份、甘草11份、石斛4份、黄连18份和金银花9份,将中草药放入到药锅中,加入其7倍质量份数的去离子水进行煎煮,再用纱布过滤,制得中草药液;
c、表面处理:通过表面处理装置对无纺布浸泡中草药液,浸泡时间为10-20min,得到处理后的无纺布;在本实施例中,通过表面处理装置对无纺布浸泡中草药液,浸泡时间为16min,得到处理后的无纺布;
d、裁剪:通过裁剪设备对涤纶布、PVC膜和处理后的无纺布进行裁剪,制得块状的半成品;
e、缝纫:通过缝纫设备将半成品进行车缝,并使涤纶布、无纺布和PVC膜依次由上至下分布,得到成品的速干凉感护理垫;
f、检验包装:先对成品的速干凉感护理垫进行检验,再对其进行包装。
采用以上制作方法,通过外购、制液、表面处理、裁剪、缝纫和检验包装等操作,就可实现速干凉感护理垫的制作。
表层的厚度为1.2-1.5mm;在本实施例中,表层的厚度为1.3mm。
无纺布的厚度为1.5-2.0mm;在本实施例中,无纺布的厚度为1.8mm。
PVC膜的厚度为0.4-1.0mm;在本实施例中,PVC膜的厚度为0.7mm。
煎煮时间为60-90min;在本实施例中,煎煮时间为70min。
裁剪设备为自动布料裁剪机。
车缝采用的线为牛仔线;采用该结构,通过牛仔线可将三层结构牢牢固定在一起。
如图2-图3所示,本表面处理装置,包括机架1,机架1一端上水平转动设置有面料放卷辊20,机架1另一端上水平转动设置有面料收卷辊8,面料收卷辊8端部与一能带动其转动的动力结构相连,机架1中部固定有支架一2和支架二4,在本实施例中,机架1中部通过焊接的方式固定有支架一2和支架二4;支架一2靠近面料放卷辊20,支架二4靠近面料收卷辊8,支架一2上设置有浸泡机构,支架二4上设置有烘干机构,浸泡机构包括箱盖15和上部具有开口的浸泡箱3,浸泡箱3固定在支架一2上,在本实施例中,浸泡箱3通过螺栓连接的方式固定在支架一2上;浸泡箱3一端固定有安装架一17,安装架一17上具有导入压辊组件,浸泡箱3一端还具有输入口,浸泡箱3另一端固定有安装架二14,安装架二14上具有导出压辊组件,浸泡箱3另一端还具有输出口,箱盖15固定在浸泡箱3上,且箱盖15将浸泡箱3的开口封闭住,箱盖15上还设置有辅助结构,辅助结构包括安装板21和驱动板31,安装板21固定在箱盖15上,在本实施例中,安装板21通过螺栓连接的方式固定在箱盖15上;且安装板21位于浸泡箱3内,安装板21上固定有若干导轨23,在本实施例中,导轨23的数量为四根;且导轨23呈水平布置,导轨23上分别设置有滑块22,滑块22上分别固定有移动条24,移动条24上还分别和联动轴34一端转动连接,驱动板31活动设在安装板21上,驱动板31与一使其上下移动的驱动组件相连,驱动板31上具有若干倾斜导槽31a,且倾斜导槽31a呈扇形分布,联动轴34另一端分别活动设置在倾斜导槽31a内,驱动板31上还水平转动设置有若干上导料杆28,移动条24上还分别固定有导流定位板29,导流定位板29上还分别水平转动设置有下导料杆30;在本实施例中,上导料杆28的数量为五根,下导料杆30的数量为六根。
动力结构包括步进电机一6、主动轮7、从动轮9和皮带5,步进电机一6固定在机架1上,在本实施例中,步进电机一6通过螺栓连接的方式固定在机架1上;步进电机一6的输出轴水平设置,主动轮7固定在步进电机一6的输出轴端部,从动轮9固定在面料收卷辊8端部,皮带5套设在主动轮7与从动轮9之间;当需要使面料收卷辊8转动时,控制步进电机一6带动主动轮7转动,主动轮7通过皮带5带动从动轮9转动,从动轮9带动面料收卷辊8转动,从而可使面料收卷辊8转动。
烘干机构包括烘筒11,烘筒11水平转动设置在支架二4上,烘筒11端部与一能带动其转动的步进电机二10相连,在本实施例中,步进电机二10固定在支架二4上,通过步进电机二10可带动烘筒11转动;烘筒11内部还具有电加热丝;当需要使烘筒11转动时,控制步进电机二10带动烘筒11转动,从而可使烘筒11转动。
烘筒11的数量至少为两个。
驱动组件包括伺服电机16、丝杆25、螺母26、导杆33和导套32,丝杆25竖直转动设置在安装板21上,螺母26螺纹连接在丝杆25上,螺母26通过轴承座27和驱动板31一端相连,伺服电机16固定在箱盖15上,在本实施例中,伺服电机16通过螺栓连接的方式固定在箱盖15上;伺服电机16的输出轴竖直向下,伺服电机16的输出轴通过联轴器和丝杆25相连,导杆33竖直固定在安装板21上,导套32设置在导杆33上,导套32和驱动板31另一端相连;导杆33两端还具有限位块。
浸泡箱3一端还具有补料口,补料口处具有电磁阀一,浸泡箱3另一端还具有排料口,排料口处设置有电磁阀二。
导入压辊组件包括导入压辊一18和导入压辊二19,导入压辊一18和导入压辊二19分别转动设置在安装架一17上,且导入压辊一18与导入压辊二19之间具有供面料通过的间隙;导出压辊组件包括导出压辊一13和导出压辊二12,导出压辊一13和导出压辊二12分别转动设置在安装架二14上,且导出压辊一13与导出压辊二12之间具有供面料通过的间隙;采用该结构,通过导入压辊一18和导入压辊二19可对面料导入的过程中进行压紧;通过导出压辊一13和导出压辊二12可对面料导出的过程中进行压紧。
导流定位板29的形状为波浪形,导流定位板29上具有若干导流孔29a;在本实施例中,导流孔29a的数量为四十个;采用该结构,通过导流定位板29可对浸泡箱3内的料液进行辅助导流,从而可确保面料的浸泡效果。
表面处理装置的工作原理如下:将面料放卷辊20处的面料从导入压辊一18和导入压辊二19处通过,依次绕在上导料杆28与下导料杆30之间,再从导出压辊一13和导出压辊二12处通过,再绕在烘筒11上,最后通过面料收卷辊8进行收卷,由于可控制伺服电机16带动丝杆25转动,丝杆25带动螺母26运动,螺母26使导套32沿着导杆33向上移动或者向下移动,导套32带动驱动板31向上移动或者向下移动,驱动板31带动上导料杆28向上移动或者向下移动,而联动轴34在倾斜导槽31a的导向下,使导流定位板29靠近或远离,导流定位板29带动下导料杆30靠近或远离,可使面料与浸泡箱3中的料液充分接触,可使浸泡箱3内的面料左右相互靠近、上下相互远离或者左右相互远离、上下相互靠近,从而完成面料的表面处理作业,取代人工操作,处理简便;在本实施例中,处理的面料为无纺布。

Claims (5)
1.一种表面处理装置,包括机架,其特征在于,所述机架一端上水平转动设置有面料放卷辊,机架另一端上水平转动设置有面料收卷辊,面料收卷辊端部与一能带动其转动的动力结构相连,机架中部固定有支架一和支架二,支架一靠近面料放卷辊,支架二靠近面料收卷辊,支架一上设置有浸泡机构,支架二上设置有烘干机构,浸泡机构包括箱盖和上部具有开口的浸泡箱,浸泡箱固定在支架一上,浸泡箱一端固定有安装架一,安装架一上具有导入压辊组件,浸泡箱一端还具有输入口,浸泡箱另一端固定有安装架二,安装架二上具有导出压辊组件,浸泡箱另一端还具有输出口,箱盖固定在浸泡箱上,且箱盖将浸泡箱的开口封闭住,箱盖上还设置有辅助结构,辅助结构包括安装板和驱动板,安装板固定在箱盖上,且安装板位于浸泡箱内,安装板上固定有若干导轨,且导轨呈水平布置,导轨上分别设置有滑块,滑块上分别固定有移动条,移动条上还分别和联动轴一端转动连接,驱动板活动设在安装板上,驱动板与一使其上下移动的驱动组件相连,驱动板上具有若干倾斜导槽,且倾斜导槽呈扇形分布,联动轴另一端分别活动设置在倾斜导槽内,驱动板上还水平转动设置有若干上导料杆,移动条上还分别固定有导流定位板,导流定位板上还分别水平转动设置有下导料杆;所述导入压辊组件包括导入压辊一和导入压辊二,导入压辊一和导入压辊二分别转动设置在安装架一上,且导入压辊一与导入压辊二之间具有供面料通过的间隙;导出压辊组件包括导出压辊一和导出压辊二,导出压辊一和导出压辊二分别转动设置在安装架二上,且导出压辊一与导出压辊二之间具有供面料通过的间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表面处理装置,其特征在于,所述动力结构包括步进电机一、主动轮、从动轮和皮带,步进电机一固定在机架上,步进电机一的输出轴水平设置,主动轮固定在步进电机一的输出轴端部,从动轮固定在面料收卷辊端部,皮带套设在主动轮与从动轮之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的表面处理装置,其特征在于,所述烘干机构包括烘筒,烘筒水平转动设置在支架二上,烘筒端部与一能带动其转动的步进电机二相连,烘筒内部还具有电加热丝。
4.根据权利要求3所述的表面处理装置,其特征在于,所述烘筒的数量至少为两个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的表面处理装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括伺服电机、丝杆、螺母、导杆和导套,丝杆竖直转动设置在安装板上,螺母螺纹连接在丝杆上,螺母通过轴承座和驱动板一端相连,伺服电机固定在箱盖上,伺服电机的输出轴竖直向下,伺服电机的输出轴通过联轴器和丝杆相连,导杆竖直固定在安装板上,导套设置在导杆上,导套和驱动板另一端相连。
