A cream for whitening skin and resolving macula comprises 3g Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, 0.5g phenethyl resorcinol, 0.5g 4-butyl resorcinol, 0.12g coffee extract, 1.2g polydimethylsiloxane, 0.08g sodium sulfite and 0.6g ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 2.7g emulsifier, 5.6g thickener, 7g emollient, 16.6g humectant, 1.2g film forming agent and water, and is shown in Table 1.
Wherein the emulsifier is a combination of 0.3g cetearyl glucoside, 1.2g PEG-100 stearate and 1.2g glyceryl stearate.

And 4, mixing and stirring the 1, 2-hexanediol and the p-hydroxyacetophenone until the 1, 2-hexanediol and the p-hydroxyacetophenone are dissolved, adding the mixture into the mixed solution A, stirring the mixture for 15min at the rotating speed of 70r/min, uniformly stirring the mixture, and cooling the mixture to 30 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution B.

Example 3

A whitening and freckle-removing cream is different from the cream in example 3 only in that: colorants and fragrances were also added as detailed in table 1.
The colorant consisted of 0.08g caramel color and 0.03gCI 19140.
The aromatic is 0.01g essence.

EXAMPLE 1
The glycyrrhiza glabra root extract contains a large amount of glabridin, and the whitening activity of the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract is represented by the glabridin. The concentration of glabridin, phenethyl resorcinol and 4-butyl resorcinol was measured using the freshly prepared whitening and spot-removing cream of each example and comparative example as experimental group, and the concentration of glabridin, phenethyl resorcinol and 4-butyl resorcinol was calculated using the whitening and spot-removing cream of each example and comparative example after being stored for 60 days under light condition as control group, and the change rate of glabridin, phenethyl resorcinol and 4-butyl resorcinol was calculated.

As can be seen by comparing the data of comparative example 2 and example 1 in Table 2, the rate of change of phenethyl resorcinol and 4-butyl resorcinol was somewhat reduced by the addition of the coffee extract, demonstrating that the coffee extract can somewhat improve the stability of phenethyl resorcinol and 4-butyl resorcinol.
As can be seen by comparing the data of comparative examples 3 to 4 and example 1 in Table 2, the addition of sodium sulfite and ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate advantageously reduces the rate of change of glabridin, phenethyl resorcinol and 4-butyl resorcinol, and improves the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, phenethyl resorcinol and 4-butyl resorcinol and stability.
As can be seen by comparing the data of comparative examples 5-6 and example 1 in Table 2, the stability of phenethyl resorcinol and 4-butyl resorcinol was significantly reduced after varying the ratio of Glycyrrhiza glabra root extract to coffee extract. When the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract and the coffee extract are added according to a specific proportion, the change rate of the glabridin, the phenethyl resorcinol and the 4-butyl resorcinol is obviously reduced, so that the glabridin, the phenethyl resorcinol and the 4-butyl resorcinol obtain better stability.
As can be seen from comparison of the data of comparative examples 1 to 6 in Table 2 with the data of example 1, the addition of sodium sulfite and ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate in a specific ratio in combination with glycyrrhiza glabra root extract and coffee extract in a specific ratio can greatly improve the stability of glabridin, phenethyl resorcinol and 4-butyl resorcinol.
Experiment 2
After washing the face in the morning and evening, 33 adult volunteers with healthy skin are selected, the whitening and freckle-removing cream prepared in each embodiment and comparative example is smeared on the left cheek, the whitening and freckle-removing cream prepared in each embodiment and comparative example is smeared on the right cheek after being stored for 60 days, the irritation of the whitening and freckle-removing cream is graded after the adult volunteers are continuously used for 30 days and 60 days, the grading grade is 0-10, wherein 0 is no obvious irritation, 1-2 is slight irritation, 3-4 is strong irritation, 5-6 is medium irritation, 7-8 is strong irritation, and 9-10 is severe irritation.
The test results are detailed in table 3.

According to the comparison of the data of comparative examples 1 to 2 and comparative examples 5 to 6 and example 1 in table 3, the irritation of the whitening and freckle-removing cream is remarkably reduced by adding the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract and the coffee extract in a specific ratio, and it is proved that the irritation caused by phenethyl resorcinol and 4-butyl resorcinol can be reduced by simultaneously adding the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract and the coffee extract in a specific ratio.
Experiment 3
The skin melanin content of the left and right faces of the adult volunteers of experiment 2 before and on day 30 was tested using MX18 melanin tester from CK company, germany.
The test results are detailed in table 4.

As can be seen from comparison of data of comparative example 1 and example 1 in table 4, the whitening effect of the whitening and freckle-removing cream is improved by adding the glabridin root extract, which proves that the glabridin root extract can better improve the whitening effect of the whitening and freckle-removing cream.
As can be seen from comparison of the data of comparative example 2 and example 1 in table 4, the difference of skin melanin of the left and right cheeks was not large by adding the coffee extract, demonstrating that the whitening effect of the whitening spot-removing cream was not greatly changed.
As can be seen from comparison of the data of comparative examples 3 to 4 and example 1 in table 4, the difference of skin melanin of the left and right cheeks was significantly reduced by adding sodium sulfite and ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, demonstrating that sodium sulfite and ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate have significant effects on maintaining the whitening effect of the whitening spot-removing cream stably.
The data of comparative examples 5 to 6 and example 1 in table 4 are compared, and the simultaneous addition of the glabridin root extract and the coffee extract in a specific ratio can significantly improve the whitening effect of the whitening and freckle-removing cream, which proves that the glabridin root extract and the coffee extract can better improve the whitening effect of the whitening and freckle-removing cream after being combined together.

The balance of water;
the humectant is one or more of p-hydroxyacetophenone, glycerin, 1, 2-hexanediol, butanediol, ceramide 2 and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate;
the thickening agent is one or more of xanthan gum, cetostearyl alcohol and PEG-240/HDI copolymer bis-decyltetradecylpolyether-20 ether.
