(6) rolling and shaping: rolling the dried cowhide slices in the step (5) into rods, drying the rods until the water content is below 16% after shaping, and shaping;
(7) cutting: cutting the shaped cow leather tooth grinding rod in the step (6) to a proper size according to different requirements;
(8) and (3) gold detection and packaging: and (4) picking out unqualified products obtained in the step (7), and packaging after metal detection to obtain the cow leather molar rod containing phosphate particles.
Metal detection sensitivity testing was performed using 1.2mm iron, 2.0mm non-iron and 2.0mm stainless steel coupons.
The preparation process of the phosphate particles in the step (2) comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials: mixing starch, glycerol, soybean protein, beef tallow, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, virgin rubber and erythritol according to the weight part ratio;
(2) mixing materials: adding the weighed materials in the step (1) into a chopping mixer, starting a chopping companion machine, uniformly mixing the materials and then discharging;
(3) filling and curing: putting the mixed material in the step (2) into a double-screw filling machine, filling 0.3 cm cakes, and curing by a steam chain, wherein the steam temperature is 100 ℃, and the curing time is 5 minutes;
(4) drying: putting the cooked thin pancake in the step (3) into a drying channel for drying, wherein the drying temperature is 65-70 ℃, and drying until the moisture is 12% -16%;
(5) crushing: and (4) crushing the dried phosphate particles in the step (4) into small particles of 0.2 cm by using a crusher.
Example 2
A cow leather tooth grinding rod containing phosphoric acid particles comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of fresh cow leather, 20 parts of starch, 20 parts of glycerol, 10 parts of soybean protein, 10 parts of beef tallow, 10 parts of chicken meal, 5 parts of sodium pyrophosphate, 4 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 3 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 3 parts of xanthan gum, 3 parts of erythritol, 3 parts of tea polyphenol, 0.4 part of pigment, 0.4 part of potassium sorbate and 3 parts of phosphate tooth cleaning particles.
The starch is prepared by mixing potato starch and rice starch.
The pigment is prepared by mixing red yeast rice red and caramel pigment.
The phosphate tooth cleaning particle is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of starch, 20 parts of glycerol, 10 parts of soybean protein, 10 parts of beef tallow, 5 parts of sodium pyrophosphate, 4 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 3 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 3 parts of xanthan gum and 3 parts of erythritol.
Example 3
A cow leather tooth grinding rod containing phosphoric acid particles comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 77 parts of fresh cow leather, 17 parts of cassava starch, 18 parts of glycerol, 7 parts of soybean protein, 8 parts of beef tallow, 7 parts of chicken meal, 4 parts of sodium pyrophosphate, 3 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 2.5 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 2.5 parts of xanthan gum, 2.5 parts of erythritol, 2.5 parts of tea polyphenol, 0.3 part of caramel pigment, 0.3 part of potassium sorbate and 2 parts of phosphate tooth cleaning particles.
The phosphate tooth cleaning particle is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 17 parts of starch, 17 parts of glycerol, 8 parts of soybean protein, 8 parts of beef tallow, 4 parts of sodium pyrophosphate, 3 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 2.5 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 2.5 parts of xanthan gum and 2.5 parts of erythritol.

A cow leather molar rod containing phosphoric acid particles is characterized in that: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75-80 parts of fresh cow leather, 15-20 parts of starch, 15-20 parts of glycerol, 5-10 parts of soybean protein, 5-10 parts of beef tallow, 5-10 parts of chicken powder, 3-5 parts of sodium pyrophosphate, 2-4 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 2-3 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 2-3 parts of xanthan gum, 2-3 parts of erythritol, 2-3 parts of tea polyphenol, 0.2-0.4 part of pigment, 0.2-0.4 part of potassium sorbate and 1-3 parts of phosphate tooth cleaning particles.

The bovine molar bar comprising phosphate particles according to claim 1, wherein: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75 parts of fresh cow leather, 15 parts of starch, 15 parts of glycerol, 5 parts of soybean protein, 5 parts of beef tallow, 5 parts of chicken meal, 3 parts of sodium pyrophosphate, 2 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 2 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 2 parts of xanthan gum, 2 parts of erythritol, 2 parts of tea polyphenol, 0.2 part of pigment, 0.2 part of potassium sorbate and 1 part of phosphate tooth cleaning particles.

The bovine molar bar comprising phosphate particles according to claim 1, wherein: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of fresh cow leather, 20 parts of starch, 20 parts of glycerol, 10 parts of soybean protein, 10 parts of beef tallow, 10 parts of chicken meal, 5 parts of sodium pyrophosphate, 4 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 3 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 3 parts of xanthan gum, 3 parts of erythritol, 3 parts of tea polyphenol, 0.4 part of pigment, 0.4 part of potassium sorbate and 3 parts of phosphate tooth cleaning particles.

The bovine molar bar comprising phosphate particles according to claim 1, wherein: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 77 parts of fresh cow leather, 17 parts of starch, 18 parts of glycerol, 7 parts of soybean protein, 8 parts of beef tallow, 7 parts of chicken meal, 4 parts of sodium pyrophosphate, 3 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 2.5 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 2.5 parts of xanthan gum, 2.5 parts of erythritol, 2.5 parts of tea polyphenol, 0.3 part of pigment, 0.3 part of potassium sorbate and 2 parts of phosphate particles.
5. The bovine molar bar comprising phosphate particles according to claim 1, wherein: the starch is any one or mixture of corn starch, cassava starch, potato starch and rice starch.
6. The bovine molar bar comprising phosphate particles according to claim 1, wherein: the pigment is any one or mixture of titanium dioxide, lemon yellow, monascus red and caramel pigment.

The bovine molar bar comprising phosphate particles according to claim 1, wherein: the phosphate tooth cleaning particle is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of starch, 15-20 parts of glycerol, 5-10 parts of soybean protein, 5-10 parts of beef tallow, 3-5 parts of sodium pyrophosphate, 2-4 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 2-3 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 2-3 parts of xanthan gum and 2-3 parts of erythritol.
8. A method of making a bovine molar bar containing phosphate particles according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing materials: mixing fresh cow leather, starch, glycerol, soybean protein, beef tallow, chicken powder, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, xanthan gum, erythritol, tea polyphenol, pigment and potassium sorbate according to the weight part ratio;
(2) preparing phosphate particles;
(3) mixing materials: adding the phosphate particles prepared in the step (2), the fresh cow leather and the rest materials in the step (1) into a chopping and mixing machine, starting the chopping and mixing machine, uniformly mixing the materials and then discharging;
(4) filling: putting the mixed material in the step (3) into a double-screw filling machine, and filling 0.3 cm-12 cm cakes;
(5) drying: putting the cakes filled in the step (4) into a drying channel for drying at the temperature of 50-55 ℃ until the water content is 20-23%;
(6) rolling and shaping: rolling the dried cowhide slices in the step (5) into rods, drying the rods until the water content is below 16% after shaping, and shaping;
(7) cutting: cutting the shaped cow leather tooth grinding rod in the step (6) to a proper size according to different requirements;
(8) and (3) gold detection and packaging: and (4) picking out unqualified products obtained in the step (7), and packaging after metal detection to obtain the cow leather molar rod containing phosphate particles.
9. The method for preparing a cow leather molar bar containing phosphate particles according to claim 8, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the preparation process of the phosphate particles in the step (2) comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials: mixing starch, glycerol, soybean protein, beef tallow, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, virgin rubber and erythritol according to the weight part ratio;
