Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of pet foods, in particular to a core material for promoting digestion and cleaning teeth for pets, a preparation method thereof and a pet food. The core material for promoting digestion and benefiting teeth for pets comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of gelatin, 10-30 parts of resistant dextrin, 5-15 parts of chicory root powder, 5-12 parts of a freshener, 5-9 parts of an omega 3-containing material, 3-9 parts of soybean protein isolate, 4-8 parts of an emulsifier, 3-7 parts of phosphate, 3-7 parts of a pH regulator, 2-6 parts of protease, 1-5 parts of probiotics, 1-5 parts of taurine, 0.1-0.5 part of mineral substances and 0.1-0.5 part of a glutathione promoter. The core material is used for preparing pet food, and can improve the digestibility of the livestock skin product and enhance the effects of the tooth cleaning bone product in cleaning teeth and removing tartar.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pet foods, in particular to a core material for promoting digestion and cleaning teeth for pets, a preparation method thereof and a pet food.
Background
With the gradual improvement of living standard, more and more people raise pets. In the process of raising pets, pet food is indispensable.
However, bacteria and salivary glycoprotein in the pet oral cavity are deposited on the tooth surface to form a film, thereby providing a hotbed for the attachment and deposition of bacteria, further forming bacterial plaque, and food residues exist for a long time to be mineralized and deposited, and if the food residues are not cleaned in time, the mineralized core is enlarged to form dental calculus, thereby causing dental and oral diseases.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a core material for promoting digestion and cleaning teeth for pets, so as to solve the technical problems of tooth and oral diseases and the like of the pets after eating food in the prior art.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the digestion-promoting and tooth-cleaning core material for pets, which has simple operation and mild conditions and is suitable for large-scale production.
It is a third object of the present invention to provide a pet food product which is beneficial for cleaning the oral cavity and teeth of a pet.
In order to achieve the above purpose of the present invention, the following technical solutions are adopted:

10-30 parts of gelatin, 10-30 parts of resistant dextrin, 5-15 parts of chicory root powder, 5-12 parts of a freshener, 5-9 parts of an omega 3-containing material, 3-9 parts of soybean protein isolate, 4-8 parts of an emulsifier, 3-7 parts of phosphate, 3-7 parts of a pH regulator, 2-6 parts of protease, 1-5 parts of probiotics, 1-5 parts of taurine, 0.1-0.5 part of mineral substances and 0.1-0.5 part of a glutathione promoter.
The core material can improve or enhance the dry matter digestibility through the cooperation of all the components, and simultaneously can clean the oral cavity and remove tartar and dental calculus.

As in the various embodiments, the freshener can be used in amounts of 5 parts, 6 parts, 7 parts, 8 parts, 9 parts, 10 parts, 11 parts, 12 parts, and the like.
As in various embodiments, omega 3-containing materials can be used in amounts of 5 parts, 6 parts, 7 parts, 8 parts, 9 parts, and so forth.

20-25 parts of gelatin, 15-25 parts of resistant dextrin, 10-12 parts of chicory root powder, 5-10 parts of a freshener, 6-8 parts of an omega 3-containing material, 6-8 parts of soybean protein isolate, 5-7 parts of an emulsifier, 4-6 parts of phosphate, 4-6 parts of a pH regulator, 3-5 parts of protease, 2-4 parts of probiotics, 2-4 parts of taurine, 0.2-0.4 part of mineral substances and 0.2-0.4 part of a glutathione promoter.
In a more preferred embodiment of the present invention, the core material comprises the following components in parts by weight:
25 parts of gelatin, 15 parts of resistant dextrin, 12 parts of chicory root powder, 5.6 parts of freshener, 8 parts of omega 3-containing material, 6 parts of soybean protein isolate, 5 parts of emulsifier, 4 parts of phosphate, 6 parts of pH regulator, 5 parts of protease, 4 parts of prebiotics, 4 parts of taurine, 0.2 part of mineral substance and 0.2 part of glutathione accelerator.
In a particular embodiment of the invention, the freshener comprises any one or more of peppermint, parsley, dill, basil, tea polyphenols and rosemary.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the omega 3-containing material includes any one or more of fish oil, linseed oil, perilla oil, hemp oil and sea buckthorn oil.
In a particular embodiment of the invention, the emulsifier comprises soy lecithin.
In a particular embodiment of the invention, the phosphate comprises any one or more of tripolyphosphate, pyrophosphate and hexametaphosphate. Further, any one or more of sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, and sodium hexametaphosphate are included.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, the pH adjusting agent comprises citric acid. Can be used for regulating intestinal tract pH.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the protease can be selected according to actual requirements, such as papain, and proteases derived from other plants, animals or microorganisms.
In a particular embodiment of the invention, the prebiotic comprises either or both of inulin and fructo-oligosaccharides.
In a particular embodiment of the invention, the mineral comprises selenomethionine.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, the glutathione promoter comprises vitamin E.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the digestion-promoting and tooth-cleaning core material for pets, which comprises the following steps:
mixing the solid component at high speed, and mixing with the liquid component.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the time for the high speed mixing is 1 to 10min, preferably 2 to 5min, such as 2 min.
In the specific implementation mode of the invention, a high-speed mixer is adopted for high-speed mixing, and the rotating speed of the high-speed mixing is 260-300 r/min.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the mixing time with the liquid component is 1 to 10min, preferably 3 to 7min, such as 4 min.
In practical operation, the mixing with the liquid components can also be carried out in a high-speed mixer at the rotating speed of 260-300 r/min.
The invention also provides pet food which comprises any one of the digestion-promoting and tooth-cleaning core materials for pets.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, the pet staple food is also included. Further, the pet food may be a meat snack or a tooth cleaning bone. The pet meat snack food is prepared from livestock meat, marine meat and the like serving as raw materials or main raw materials of the livestock meat and the marine meat, vegetables, fruits, animal skins, biscuits and other auxiliary raw materials by processes of unfreezing, pickling, forming, dehydrating and the like.
The core material is used for preparing meat snacks or tooth cleaning bones, and can greatly improve the dry matter digestibility. Meanwhile, when the tooth cleaning bone is prepared, the hardness and the chewing resistance degree of the tooth cleaning bone can be improved. Taking a dog as an example, when the dog bites hard food properly and chews for a long time, the film on the teeth is damaged by mechanical impact, so that the occurrence of oral diseases can be prevented.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the amount of the digestion-promoting and teeth-cleaning core material for pets is 1-15%, preferably 5-10% by mass of the pet food.
As in various embodiments, the amount of the digestion promoting dentifrice core material for pets may be 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10%, 11%, 12%, 13%, 14%, 15%, and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the core material can improve or enhance the dry matter digestibility through the cooperation of all the components, and simultaneously can clean the oral cavity and remove tartar and dental calculus;
(2) the core material is used for preparing pet food, and can improve the digestibility of the livestock skin product and enhance the effects of the tooth cleaning bone product in cleaning teeth and removing tartar.

The technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, but those skilled in the art will understand that the following described embodiments are some, not all, of the embodiments of the present invention, and are only used for illustrating the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a core material for promoting digestion and cleaning teeth for pets, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
20 parts of gelatin, 20 parts of resistant dextrin, 10 parts of chicory root powder, 9.9 parts of mint, 7 parts of fish oil, 7 parts of soybean protein isolate, 6 parts of soybean lecithin, 5 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 5 parts of citric acid, 4 parts of papain, 3 parts of inulin, 2.7 parts of taurine, 0.2 part of selenomethionine and 0.2 part of vitamin E.
The preparation method of the core material for promoting digestion and cleaning teeth for pets comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the proportion, adding gelatin, resistant dextrin, chicory root powder, mint, soybean protein isolate, sodium tripolyphosphate, citric acid, papain, inulin, taurine and selenomethionine into a high-speed mixer, and mixing for 2min at the rotating speed of 260-300 r/min;
(2) and (2) adding fish oil, soybean lecithin and vitamin E into the step (1), and mixing for 4min at the rotating speed of 260-300 r/min to obtain the digestion-promoting and tooth-cleaning core material for the pets.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a core material for promoting digestion and cleaning teeth for pets, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
19.2 parts of gelatin, 25 parts of resistant dextrin, 8 parts of chicory root powder, 9 parts of parsley, 6 parts of linseed oil, 8 parts of soybean protein isolate, 7 parts of soybean lecithin, 6 parts of sodium pyrophosphate, 4 parts of citric acid, 3 parts of papain, 2 parts of inulin, 2 parts of taurine, 0.4 part of selenomethionine and 0.4 part of vitamin E.
The preparation process is as in example 1.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a core material for promoting digestion and cleaning teeth for pets, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
25 parts of gelatin, 15 parts of resistant dextrin, 12 parts of chicory root powder, 5.6 parts of basil, 8 parts of perilla oil, 6 parts of soybean protein isolate, 5 parts of soybean lecithin, 4 parts of sodium pyrophosphate, 6 parts of citric acid, 5 parts of papain, 4 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 4 parts of taurine, 0.2 part of selenomethionine and 0.2 part of vitamin E.
The preparation process is as in example 1.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a core material for promoting digestion and cleaning teeth for pets, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
10 parts of gelatin, 30 parts of resistant dextrin, 15 parts of chicory root powder, 8 parts of mint, 5 parts of fish oil, 9 parts of soybean protein isolate, 8 parts of soybean lecithin, 3 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 7 parts of citric acid, 2 parts of papain, 1 part of inulin, 1 part of taurine, 0.5 part of selenomethionine and 0.5 part of vitamin E.
The preparation process is as in example 1.
Example 5
The embodiment provides a core material for promoting digestion and cleaning teeth for pets, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
30 parts of gelatin, 10 parts of resistant dextrin, 5 parts of chicory root powder, 12 parts of mint, 9 parts of fish oil, 3.8 parts of soybean protein isolate, 4 parts of soybean lecithin, 7 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 3 parts of citric acid, 6 parts of papain, 5 parts of inulin, 5 parts of taurine, 0.1 part of selenomethionine and 0.1 part of vitamin E.
The preparation process is as in example 1.
Examples 6 to 9
The embodiment provides a meat snack which comprises a meat snack base and a core material, wherein the meat snack base comprises 66 parts of chicken, 8 parts of glycerol, 5.6 parts of potato starch, 0.4 part of table salt and 20 parts of cowhide slices. The specific formulation of the base and core materials is shown in table 1 below.

The preparation method of the meat snack comprises the following steps:
mixing the meat snack base material and the core material in proportion, molding, and drying by hot air until the water content reaches 15-17% to obtain the meat snack.
Examples 10 to 13
The embodiment provides a meat snack, which comprises a tooth cleaning bone base material and a core material, wherein the tooth cleaning bone base material comprises 20 parts of rice flour, 15 parts of corn flour, 12 parts of chicken powder, 12 parts of corn starch, 10 parts of glycerin, 6 parts of vital gluten, 6 parts of natural seasoning, 4 parts of pea fiber and 15 parts of water. The specific formulation of the base and core materials is shown in table 2 below.

The preparation method of the clean bone comprises the following steps:
mixing the tooth cleaning bone base material and the core material according to a proportion, carrying out extrusion forming, and drying by hot air until the water content reaches 11% -13%, thus obtaining the tooth cleaning bone.
Experimental example 1
To verify the effect of the core material of the present invention on the dry matter digestibility of food, the dry matter digestibility was determined by simulating in vitro digestion of pets in meat snacks and dentifrices of examples 6-13 and comparative examples 1 and 2, respectively, and the test method was as follows:
the water bath shaker represents a pet (such as a dog), keeps a certain temperature and moves moderately, the triangular flask represents the stomach and the intestine of the pet, contains simulated gastric juice and intestinal juice, a sample to be digested is placed in the triangular flask, the triangular flask is placed in the water bath shaker, stomach digestion is kept for 6 hours, then intestinal digestion is carried out for 18 hours, then the weight of residues is weighed, and the weight ratio of the digested food is calculated, so that the dry matter digestibility is represented. The results of the dry matter digestibility tests are shown in table 3.

The photographs of the meat snacks before and after the dry matter digestibility test of comparative example 1, example 6 and example 7 are shown in fig. 1, and the photographs of the clean bones of comparative example 2, example 10 and example 11 are shown in fig. 2.
The existing pet food has low digestibility, and pets such as dogs chewing the tooth cleaning product may swallow large tablets, which causes various digestive system diseases. The core material is used for preparing pet food, can improve the dry matter digestibility, avoids digestive system diseases and the like.
Experimental example 2
To further verify the effect of the core material of the present invention on the hardness and chewiness of the clean bones, the hardness and chewiness of the clean bones of example 10 and comparative example 2 were tested using a physical property analyzer, and the test results are shown in fig. 3 and 4. The force is applied to the clean tooth bone, and the time, distance and deformation are recorded to identify the physical characteristics of the clean tooth bone. The hardness and chewiness measured by a specific physical property tester are shown in table 4.

Fig. 3 is a result of a physical property analyzer test of a clean bone of example 13, fig. 4 is a result of a physical property analyzer test of a clean bone of example 10, and fig. 5 is a result of a physical property analyzer test of a clean bone of comparative example 2. The highest point on the ordinate of FIG. 3 is greater than the highest point on the ordinate of FIG. 4, indicating greater hardness of the dentifrice of example 13; the area of the shaded portion of fig. 3 is greater than the area of the shaded portion of fig. 4, illustrating that the bone-cleaning of example 13 is more resistant to chewing. The hardness and chewing resistance of the tooth cleaning bone are improved, and the tooth cleaning toothpaste is beneficial to cleaning teeth and freshening the oral cavity.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

1. The core material for promoting digestion and benefiting teeth for pets is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
10-30 parts of gelatin, 10-30 parts of resistant dextrin, 5-15 parts of chicory root powder, 5-12 parts of a freshener, 5-9 parts of an omega 3-containing material, 3-9 parts of soybean protein isolate, 4-8 parts of an emulsifier, 3-7 parts of phosphate, 3-7 parts of a pH regulator, 2-6 parts of protease, 1-5 parts of probiotics, 1-5 parts of taurine, 0.1-0.5 part of mineral substances and 0.1-0.5 part of a glutathione promoter.
2. The digestion-promoting and teeth-cleaning core material for pets according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
20-25 parts of gelatin, 15-25 parts of resistant dextrin, 10-12 parts of chicory root powder, 5-10 parts of a freshener, 6-8 parts of an omega 3-containing material, 6-8 parts of soybean protein isolate, 5-7 parts of an emulsifier, 4-6 parts of phosphate, 4-6 parts of a pH regulator, 3-5 parts of protease, 2-4 parts of probiotics, 2-4 parts of taurine, 0.2-0.4 part of mineral substances and 0.2-0.4 part of a glutathione promoter.
3. The digestion-promoting and teeth-cleaning core material for pets according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
25 parts of gelatin, 15 parts of resistant dextrin, 12 parts of chicory root powder, 5.6 parts of freshener, 8 parts of omega 3-containing material, 6 parts of soybean protein isolate, 5 parts of emulsifier, 4 parts of phosphate, 6 parts of pH regulator, 5 parts of protease, 4 parts of prebiotics, 4 parts of taurine, 0.2 part of mineral substance and 0.2 part of glutathione accelerator.
4. A digestion promoting, teeth cleaning core material for pets according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the omega 3 containing material comprises any one or more of fish oil, linseed oil, perilla oil, hemp oil and sea buckthorn oil.
5. A digestion promoting, teeth benefiting core material for pets according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the emulsifier comprises soy lecithin;
and/or, the phosphate comprises any one or more of tripolyphosphate, pyrophosphate, and hexametaphosphate;
and/or, the pH adjusting agent comprises citric acid.
6. A digestion promoting and teeth cleaning core material for pets according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the prebiotic comprises either or both of inulin and fructo-oligosaccharide;
and/or, the mineral comprises selenomethionine;
and/or, the glutathione promoter comprises vitamin E.
7. A process for preparing a digestion promoting and teeth cleaning core material for pets as claimed in any of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
mixing the solid component at high speed, and mixing with the liquid component.
8. The preparation method of the digestion-promoting and teeth-cleaning core material for the pets as claimed in claim 7, wherein the high-speed mixing time is 1-10 min, preferably 2-5 min;
and/or, carrying out high-speed mixing by adopting a high-speed mixer, wherein the rotating speed of the high-speed mixing is 260-300 r/min;
preferably, the mixing time with the liquid component is 1 to 10min, and more preferably 3 to 7 min.
9. A pet food comprising the digestion promoting dentifrice core material for pets of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. The pet food of claim 9, wherein the amount of the digestion promoting and teeth cleaning core material for pets is 1-15% by mass of the pet food;
preferably, the consumption of the core material for promoting digestion and cleaning teeth for the pet is 5-10% of the mass of the pet food;
preferably, the pet food comprises any one of a meat snack and a bone.
