Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pet tooth cleaning products, in particular to a digestion-promoting tooth cleaning bone for pets and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the living standard of residents in China and the reduction of the scale of families, the raising of pets becomes a more and more people preference. In the process of raising the pet, a plurality of problems are faced, wherein the problem of the oral cavity of the pet is the most critical, and the cleanness of the oral cavity of the pet directly influences the body health of the pet, so the clean tooth bone of the pet can be produced at once. The teeth cleaning bone for the pet belongs to pet snacks, and is prepared from edible raw materials into a state of being hard, wear-resistant, high in food resistance and suitable for being chewed by the pet for a long time. The special structure and the texture of the teeth cleaning bone can clean teeth/molars for the pet when the pet gnaws, clean food residues remained on the teeth, clean a large amount of bacteria easy to breed and generate a large amount of corrosive acidic substances which are easy to breed on the teeth, further form decayed teeth or dental plaques causing periodontal diseases, remove peculiar smell in the oral cavity of the pet, maintain the oral health of the pet, and supplement certain nutrient elements for the pet at the same time.
Most of the products on the market for cleaning teeth at present usually use starch as the main raw material in order to prolong the chewing time of pets, and the teeth cleaning bone itself is designed to be harder. Although the tooth-cleaning bone products have high hardness and good toughness, the teeth-cleaning bone products are difficult to digest, are easy to cause indigestion of pets after being eaten for a long time, increase the gastrointestinal burden of the pets, and even cause vomit or other gastrointestinal diseases of the pets. Therefore, there is a need to develop a tooth cleaning bone which can satisfy the oral cavity cleaning function of pets and promote the gastrointestinal digestion of pets.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a digestion-promoting tooth cleaning bone for pets and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the problem that the pet tooth cleaning bone in the prior art is easy to cause dyspepsia of pets.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the digestion-promoting and tooth-bone-cleaning agent for pets comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-38% of rice flour, 18-22% of sweet potato starch, 16-22% of chicken, 10-14% of modified tapioca starch, 6-10% of glycerol, 1-5% of microcrystalline cellulose, 0.5-4% of sodium carboxymethyl starch, 0.5-4% of calcium carbonate and 0.5-2% of vegetable oil.
The technical scheme also provides a preparation method of the digestion-promoting and tooth-bone-cleaning pet food, which comprises the following steps:
step I: checking and storing the raw and auxiliary materials;
step II: mixing and stirring materials;
step III: granulating;
step IV: molding;
step V: baking, wherein the moisture content after baking is less than or equal to 16 percent;
step VI: and (5) sterilizing at high temperature.
The principle and the advantages of the scheme are as follows: in practical application, in the technical scheme, the rice flour, the sweet potato starch, the chicken and the modified cassava starch can provide nutrients such as starch, protein and fat, and are also basic materials for forming the tooth cleaning bone for the pet. Glycerol is a sweetener and humectant, making the food smooth and palatable. Calcium carbonate can increase physical friction and remove dental calculus. The vegetable oil can dissolve fat-soluble substances in the food material, increase bioavailability of the components, and has obvious emulsification effect. The modified tapioca starch, microcrystalline cellulose and sodium carboxymethyl starch synergistically play a role of a disintegrating agent, and can improve the digestibility of the tooth cleaning bone.
The modified tapioca starch is prepared by physically reacting the tapioca starch in a slurry state by adding a reagent, and combining a new functional group to obtain the modified starch with stronger functionality than the tapioca starch, so that the viscosity, the high temperature resistance, the acid resistance and other aspects are obviously improved. The product can be added into bone for improving taste, and can be used as swelling agent and emulsifier in subsequent bone formation process for promoting micro swelling state of bone, facilitating digestion and absorption, and preventing bone burst. In addition, the carboxymethyl starch sodium has very obvious water absorption and expansion effects in intestines and stomach, and can expand to 300 times of the original volume after absorbing water, so that the tooth cleaning bone product can be well disintegrated in the stomach, and on the other hand, the carboxymethyl starch sodium can be used as dietary fiber to promote intestinal tract peristalsis so as to improve the digestibility of pets.

TABLE 1
The first experimental example: rate of disintegration
The disintegration rates of the tooth-cleaning bones prepared in example 1 and comparative example 1 were measured, and the test drug reagents and test methods were as follows:
1. test drug reagents: (except for the description of the emphasis points, all the other reagents were commercially available)
Artificial gastric juice: the order of addition of the reagents (adjustment of pH to about 2.0) when preparing the reagents will be described with reference to the order of addition of 0.32g of 120u/g pepsin, 0.2g of sodium chloride, and 2.4ml of 1N hydrogen chloride, using 100ml of distilled water as the solvent.
Artificial intestinal juice: sodium bicarbonate (1.5 g) and pancreatin (0.28 g) were added, and distilled water (100 ml) was used as a solvent, and the order of addition of the reagents in the preparation of the reagents was described.
Pancreatin: 0.2-0.28 g of 5000U/g of pancreatic amylase, 2-3.22 g of 4000U/g of trypsin and 0.105-0.196 g of 2000U/g of pancreatic lipase, and the enzyme activity of the pancreatic lipase can reach 0.28 g.
2. Test method
2.1 experimental design: in vitro degradation rate under the same experimental environment and operating method, each set of experiments was performed in triplicate.
Cutting a sample into a cube of 1 cubic centimeter, simulating the size of food which is easily swallowed by a big dog, weighing and recording the mass M0; placing the sample in a 100ml triangular flask filled with prepared artificial gastric juice (or artificial intestinal juice);
placing the sample in a constant-temperature water bath oscillator at 38.6 ℃ to vibrate at a low speed, and reacting for 0h, 2h and 4h at the gastric stage respectively; the intestinal phase was reacted for 6h, 8h, 12h in a water bath shaker. After the treatment time of each sample reached the required duration, the samples were filtered through a 20-mesh screen, the sample pieces were carefully rinsed with clear water, the remaining sample pieces were transferred to a petri dish and dried at 60 ℃ for 48 hours (or to a constant weight), then taken out for cooling, reweighed and recorded as the final mass M1, and each set of experiments was run in triplicate.
Calculating the disintegration rate: (1-M1/M0) x 100% -W)
M0 represents the weight of the bone before digestion, M1 represents the weight of the bone after digestion; m0 and M1 are dry weights, so the moisture content of the sample needs to be measured and then removed in calculation, and W is the moisture content; the results are shown in Table 2. The result shows that the disintegration rates of the tooth cleaning bone in the stomach stage and the intestine stage of the embodiment of the invention are obviously higher than those of the comparative example at the same time, and the disintegration rate can reach 85.22 after 8h and is higher than that of the comparative example 12 h.
