another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the above mentioned anticarious milk tablet.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the milk tablet for preventing the decayed teeth comprises the following raw materials of effective components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of milk powder, 5-15 parts of erythritol, 1-3 parts of xylitol, 0.5-1.5 parts of tricalcium phosphate, 0.02-0.04 part of lactoferrin, 0.15-0.35 part of vitamin complex and 0.1-0.3 part of mineral complex.
As a limitation of the invention, the raw materials for preparing the effective components of the milk tablet also comprise 1-4 parts of green tea extract by weight.

Detailed Description
EXAMPLE 1 preparation of a milk tablet for preventing dental caries
The embodiment is a preparation method of a milk tablet for preventing decayed teeth, which is sequentially carried out according to the following steps:
s1, preparing a green tea extract
Pulverizing 10kg of green tea in a pulverizer, adding the pulverized green tea into 90L of 70 wt% acetone water solution (the ratio of the pulverized green tea to the acetone water solution is 1 kg: 9L), and extracting at 25 deg.C for 20min to obtain material A1;
centrifuging the material A1, collecting the supernatant, repeatedly leaching the residue for 2 times (the same operation as the above leaching process), and mixing the supernatants to obtain material B1;
concentrating the material B1 under reduced pressure to obtain paste, washing with ethanol for 3 times, evaporating, concentrating, and freeze drying to obtain green tea extract;
s2, sieving
Sieving the milk powder, xylitol, erythritol and green tea extract with 110 mesh sieve respectively;
s3, mixing materials
Weighing 80kg of milk powder, 8kg of erythritol, 1kg of green tea extract, 1kg of xylitol, 1kg of tricalcium phosphate, 0.02kg of lactoferrin, 0.2kg of compound vitamin (comprising 0.1kg of vitamin A and 0.1kg of vitamin C), 0.2kg of compound mineral (comprising 0.05kg of ferrous sulfate and 0.15kg of zinc sulfate) and 0.05kg of cream essence, and uniformly stirring to obtain a material C1;
s4, tabletting
And putting the material C1 into a tablet machine to be pressed into tablets, namely the milk tablet for preventing the decayed teeth is marked as N1.
Example 2-8 preparation method of anti-caries milk tablet
Examples 2 to 8 are methods for preparing a milk tablet for preventing dental caries, and the methods are substantially the same as those in example 1, except for the differences in the amount of raw materials and process parameters, which are specifically shown in the following table:

EXAMPLE 9 Effect test
(I) sensory testing
Please refer to 15 professional product research and development and dairy product appraisers to taste the N1-N8 milk tablets provided in examples 1-8 and the N1 '-N3' milk tablets provided in comparative examples 1 'to 3', and perform sensory evaluation on the mouthfeel and state of the milk tablets according to the scoring criteria in table 2, and calculate the average value of the sensory evaluation results of the milk tablets in each group, and the results are shown in table 3:

Experiment on influence of milk tablet on oral health of mice
Grouping experiments: selecting 24 weaning SD rats with age of 23d, randomly dividing into 4 groups, namely a control group, an experimental group 1, an experimental group 2 and an experimental group 3, wherein each group comprises 6 rats with half of male and female;
administering 0.5mL of ampicillin sodium (dissolved in water) per SD rat every day during the age of 23-25d rats for killing bacteria in the oral cavity of SD rat, during which SD rat normal feed and water are normally fed;
inoculating cariogenic bacteria: feeding SD rats with cariogenic feed Diet2000# and 5% sucrose water from 25d of age, and inoculating 107CFU/mL of streptococcus mutans (streptococcus mutans is one of main cariogenic bacteria) into the oral cavity of each rat once a day during 26-30 d of age of the rat, wherein each inoculation is 1 mL; the main components of the cariogenic feed Diet2000# are as follows:

And (3) experimental intervention: from the age of 31d rats, after feeding SD rats with cariogenic Diet, Diet2000# and 5% sucrose water, experimental group 1 was additionally fed daily with milk tablets N1 provided in example 1; experimental group 2 was additionally fed daily with the milk slices N1' provided in comparative example 1; experimental group 3 was additionally fed daily with the milk slices N2' provided in comparative example 1; each SD rat is fed with the corresponding milk tablet at a dose of 2g/kg (measured by weight of the SD rat) per day; the control group was not fed any additional samples, and so on for 6 consecutive weeks.
And (4) measuring the result: killing SD rats when the rats age 72 days, taking jaw bone specimens, cleaning and drying, soaking in 0.4% of a ziurenine solution for 12h for dyeing, taking out and cleaning, performing half-cutting along the nearly middle of the molar surfaces of the upper jaw and the lower jaw to the sagittal direction by using ultrathin carborundum tablets with the thickness of 0.1mm and the diameter of 25mm, and after cleaning and drying, scoring the smooth surfaces of the molar surfaces and the carious lesions of the fossa of the rats under a stereomicroscope according to a Keyes scoring method so as to evaluate the cariostatic condition of each group of milk tablets;
keyes scoring method:
(1) grinding mouse teeth according to caries range, and grinding mouse cheek, tongue and adjacent surfaceDividing the facial fossa into a plurality of tooth surface scoring units (shown in table 5), scoring according to the caries condition of each tooth surface, wherein the higher the scoring is, the larger the caries damage range is, and the worse the caries inhibiting effect of the milk tablet is;
(2) classification into 4 levels according to the depth of damage: the grade E caries lesion is limited to enamel, Ds grade caries lesion and enamel and dentin outer layer 1/4, and 1/4 to 3/4 of inner and Dm grade caries lesion and dentin thickness, and 3/4 of Dx grade caries lesion depth exceeding dentin thickness, even the full layer of dentin is affected;
the caries lesion status of each group of SD rats was scored and graded accordingly, and the results are shown in FIG. 1:

As can be seen from the attached figure 1, in caries lesions of grade E, grade Ds, grade Dm and grade Dx, the scores of the experimental groups 1-3 are lower than those of the control group in different degrees, wherein the score of the experimental group 1 is obviously lower than those of the experimental group 2 and the experimental group 3, the score of the experimental group 2 is slightly lower than that of the experimental group 3, but the difference is not large, and the milk slices of N1, N1 'and N2' have the function of resisting caries, but the degrees are different, and the anti-caries effect is better than that of the milk slice of N1 provided by the embodiment 1.
In conclusion, the milk tablet for preventing the decayed tooth provided by the invention is rich in nutrient substances and has good mouthfeel and decayed tooth resistance.

Claims (10)
1. The milk tablet for preventing the decayed teeth is characterized in that the raw materials for preparing the effective components of the milk tablet comprise the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of milk powder, 5-15 parts of erythritol, 1-3 parts of xylitol, 0.5-1.5 parts of tricalcium phosphate, 0.02-0.04 part of lactoferrin, 0.15-0.35 part of vitamin complex and 0.1-0.3 part of mineral complex.
2. The anti-caries milk tablet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw materials for preparing the effective components further comprise 1-4 parts by weight of green tea extract.

The anti-caries milk tablet as claimed in claim 2, wherein the green tea extract is obtained by crushing green tea, adding the obtained green tea crushed material into 60-70% by mass of an acetone aqueous solution, extracting for 10-30 min, centrifuging, concentrating the obtained supernatant to be paste, washing for 2-5 times, concentrating and drying.
4. The anti-caries milk slice as claimed in claim 3, wherein the ratio of the green tea crushed material to the acetone aqueous solution is 1 kg: 8-10L; the washing is with ethanol.
5. The caries prevention milk tablet according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the vitamin complex is composed of 0.1 to 0.2 parts by weight of vitamin A and 0.05 to 0.15 parts by weight of vitamin C.
6. The caries-preventing milk slice according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the composite mineral contains zinc and iron.
7. The anti-caries milk tablet of claim 6, wherein the composite mineral substance is composed of ferrous sulfate 0.05-0.15 parts by weight and zinc sulfate 0.05-0.15 parts by weight.
8. The anti-caries milk slice as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 and 7, wherein the effective component of the milk slice is prepared from 0.05 to 0.15 parts by weight of butter essence.
