一种治疗神经衰弱、失眠的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，尤其是涉及一种治疗神经衰弱、、失眠的中药。
背景技术
神经衰弱是一种以脑和躯体功能衰弱为主的神经症。以易于兴奋又易于疲劳为特征，常伴有紧张、烦恼、易激惹等情绪症状及肌肉紧张性疼痛、睡眠障碍等生理功能紊乱症状。这些症状不是继发于躯体疾病和脑器质性病变，也不是其他任何精神障碍的一部分。但患者病前可存在持久的情绪紧张和精神压力。西医主要使用谷维素片或抗焦虑、抗抑郁药物治疗神经衰弱，可改善患者的焦虑和抑郁，也可使肌肉放松，消除一些躯体不适感。目前，没有治疗神经衰弱、失眠的特效药。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改进已有技术的不足而提供一种治疗神经衰弱、失眠的中药组合物，可以有效地改善甚至消除患者的临床症状，具有治疗效果显著、治疗周期短、无毒副作用等特点。
神经衰弱属中医的“郁证”、“不寐”、“心悸”等范畴。是由于患者长期处于精神过度紧张、精神负担过重或受到精神创伤，致使大脑功能失调而产生各种临床症状的一种神经功能性疾病。本病其发病原因，多由七情内伤，尤其与长期精神抑郁、思虑过度、精神紧张关系最为密切。由于情志内伤，往往导致脏腑气血阴阳失调，从而出现一系列临床症状。因此，应从整体上来调节人的机体，以达到彻底治愈的目的。
基于上述理论，本发明提供了一种治疗神经衰弱、失眠的中药，由下列重量份的原料药组成：莲子心1.5～3重量份；香排草、香青兰3～9重量份；酸浆草、南蛇藤果、太白茶、太子参9～18重量份；舞草、粉条儿菜15～30重量份。
在一个优选的实施方案中，所述治疗神经衰弱、失眠的中药组合物由下列重量份的原料药组成：莲子心3重量份；香排草、香青兰9重量份；酸浆草、南蛇藤果、太白茶、太子参18重量份；舞草、粉条儿菜30重量份。
其中,莲子心:味苦；寒。归心；肺；肾经。清心火；平肝火，止血；固精。临床发现对肝火扰心、心肾不交之烦燥不眠疗效显著。
太子参：甘、微苦，平。归脾、肺经。益气健脾，生津润肺。临床发现对心脾两虚、气虚型之心悸失眠，神经衰弱，头昏健忘疗效显著。
太白茶：甘；苦；淡；性凉；归肺；胃；心；肝经。清热生津；醒脑安神。临床发现对阴虚火旺之心烦口渴，神经衰弱，失眠疗效显著。
粉条儿菜：味甘，平。润肺止咳，养心安神，消积驱蛔。临床发现对心脾两虚型神经衰弱疗效显著。
香青兰：味辛、苦，凉。清肺解表，凉肝止血。临床发现对痰热内扰型神经衰弱疗效显著。
香排草：味甘，平。祛风，止咳，调经。临床发现对痰热内扰型神经衰弱有很好疗效。
舞草：微涩，平。安神，镇静，祛瘀生新，活血消肿。临床发现对血瘀阻络之神经衰弱疗效显著。
酸浆草：味酸，凉。归大肠；小肠经。清热利湿，解毒消肿。临床发现对神经衰弱疗效显著。
南蛇藤果：甘、苦，平。安神镇静。临床发现对血瘀阻络之神经衰弱，失眠，心悸，健忘疗效显著。注意孕妇忌服。
本发明是由中国传统的中草药制成，根据中医辨证论治及现代医学的若干原则，以某些成分确定、功效明晰的天然提取物的有序配伍，组合成了有效治疗神经衰弱、失眠的中药。
本发明可以贯穿于神经衰弱、失眠治疗的全过程，临床实验结果显示，用本药方施治，每日一剂，水煎100-150ml，分成两份，早晚各一份服用，以一个月为一疗程，一般一个疗程见效，三个疗程可见明显改善，疗效显著，标本兼治，治愈率高，安全可靠，无明显毒副反应，便于患者长期坚持服用，用药多年来，患者无任何不良反应，跟踪血液检查正常。
本发明的中药组合物原料易得，工艺简单，成本低，效率高，有利于制药企业进行药品生产、质量控制；产品价格低，易于被患者接受。
本发明还提供了一种由上述治疗神经衰弱、失眠的中药组合物制成的口服制剂，所述口服制 剂包括口服液、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂等，优选剂型为片剂和胶囊剂，一日一剂，分早晚两次服用。
本发明的中药组合物可以制备成多种剂型。例如，将煎煮后的药液杀菌消毒后装袋，制成口服液；或者将煎煮后的药液进行浓缩，烘干后，加入医学上可接收的辅料，然后制成片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂等。
所述医学上可接收的辅料包括淀粉、糊精、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙二醇、磷酸氢钙、海藻酸钠、山梨酸钾等。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗神经衰弱、失眠的中药，其特征是由下列重量份的原料药组成：莲子心3重量份；香排草、香青兰9重量份；酸浆草、南蛇藤果、太白茶、太子参18重量份；舞草、粉条儿菜30重量份。
3.一种治疗神经衰弱、失眠的口服制剂，其特征是由权利要求1或2中任一项所述的中药组合物制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种治疗神经衰弱、失眠的口服制剂，其特征是包括口服液、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂，优选口服液和片剂。
