the feeding and stirring system comprises a bottom material bin, a cement bin and a stirrer, wherein bottom materials in the bottom material bin are automatically metered and then are sent into the stirrer, and cement in the cement bin is automatically metered and then mixed with water and sent into the stirrer;
the forming system comprises a pressure forming machine, the mixed and stirred base material and cement are sent to the pressure forming machine to form bricks and tiles, the forming system also comprises tile molds, the tile molds are positioned below the pressure forming machine, and the formed bricks and tiles are sent to the tile molds;
the cutting system comprises a cutting device, and the cutting device is used for cutting the formed tiles;
the airing system comprises a plurality of layers of automatic semi-finished product frames, and the plurality of layers of automatic semi-finished product frames are used for airing the formed bricks and tiles;
the demolding system comprises a tile mold separating device, and the dried tiles are separated from the tile mold through the tile mold separating device;
the separated tiles are conveyed to the maintenance system for maintenance, and the maintained tiles are conveyed to the packaging system to complete the stacking, packing and finished product yard transferring of the tiles;
the automatic tile production line further comprises a tile mold turning system, the tile mold turning system comprises a first turning mechanism, after tiles are separated from tiles, the tile molds are conveyed back to the tile forming system, and in the conveying process, the tiles are turned over through the first turning mechanism.

The automated tile and tile production line of claim 1, further comprising a coloring system, wherein the coloring system comprises a ground color coloring device, a surface color coloring device, a first spraying device and a second spraying device, the ground color coloring device, the surface color coloring device and the first spraying device are sequentially arranged between the cutting device and the multi-layer automated semi-finished product rack, and the second spraying device is arranged between the tile mold separating device and the maintenance system.
3. The automated tile production line of claim 2, wherein a first blower is disposed between the cutting device and the base color coloring device.
4. The automated tile and tile production line of claim 3, wherein a second blower is provided between the tile mold separation device and the second spray coating device.

The automated brick and tile production line according to claim 1, wherein the material outlets of the bottom bin and the cement bin are respectively provided with an electromagnetic valve for controlling material flow, and the electromagnetic valves are connected with electronic weighing sensors.

The automated tile production line of claim 1, wherein the cutting device comprises a first cutting mechanism and a second cutting mechanism, the first cutting mechanism and the second cutting mechanism being sequentially located at one side of the pressure forming machine, the first cutting mechanism and the second cutting mechanism each being provided with a cutter.
7. The automated tile production line of claim 1, wherein the multi-level automated semi-finished rack comprises a plurality of removable racks that can be moved back and forth and left and right, the racks comprising a plurality of storage compartments.
8. The automated tile production line of claim 2, wherein the maintenance system comprises a drying device and a cooling device, the drying device and the cooling device being sequentially disposed between the second spraying device and the packaging system.
9. The automated tile production line of claim 1, wherein the packaging system comprises a stacking device for stacking the cured tiles, a packing device for packing the stacked tiles, and a finished product conveyor for conveying and transferring the packed tiles.
10. The automated tile production line of claim 9, wherein the baling device is provided with a turnover mechanism for turning over the stacked tiles.
