Abstract
一种非晶带材母合金及其制备方法,属于非晶材料领域。该制备方法包括:非晶合金和渗碳体Fe3C;将非晶合金和渗碳体Fe3C置于冶炼炉中进行冶炼处理,得到非晶带材母合金。其中,组成非晶合金的元素包括Fe元素、Si元素和B元素。采用非晶合金和渗碳体Fe3C作为原料进行冶炼,能够在非晶合金中加入渗碳体Fe3C,形成所期望的非晶带材母合金,由于渗碳体具有磁性,使得非晶带材母合金的磁感应强度得以显著提升。当该非晶带材母合金用于制备非晶带材时,同样能够显著提高非晶带材的磁感应强度。
