背景技术
水溶膜包裹凝珠是一类形态新颖的洗涤剂新产品,该款产品是用水溶性高分子薄膜包裹定量的浓缩洗涤剂,消费者可以根据需要每次选用一粒或多粒水溶膜包裹凝珠来进行洗涤。目前,水溶膜包裹凝珠外观绝大多数是透明状态,其中含有浓缩类洗涤剂,活性物含量远远高于普通洗涤剂。在产品外观透明的浓缩洗涤剂中如何实现多项重要洗护功能共存是一项需要解决的技术问题。虽然水溶膜包裹凝珠可以通过包装工艺实现一粒凝珠同时含有多个独立腔室,互相排斥的成分灌装在不同的独立腔室中,实现稳定共存,但是也产生了额外的生产制造成本。因此,采用复配技术在一种水溶膜包裹的浓缩型洗涤剂中实现多项重要洗护功能,如将抗菌剂(如肉桂油微胶囊)通过复配技术稳定存在于浓缩型洗涤剂中,使产品同时具有抗菌与洗涤功效,将提供更便利的生产操作和具有更好的经济价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种包含肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的水溶膜包裹凝珠,以有效解决现有技术的不足之处。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种包含肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的水溶膜包裹凝珠,所述水溶膜包裹凝珠具有至少一个封闭腔室,及至少有一个封闭腔室中容装液态内容物;所述液态内容物中含有重量百分比为0.1-6%的肉桂油微胶囊薄膜。
进一步,所述肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的制备方法为:先将水溶性高分子膜材料溶解成水溶液,然后加入肉桂油微胶囊混合均匀得到混合液,最后通过涂布干燥得到肉桂油微胶囊薄膜。
作为优选,所述水溶性高分子膜材料的主要成分为聚乙烯醇;所述水溶性高分子膜材料在水溶液的重量百分比为50-60%;所述肉桂油微胶囊在混合液中的重量百分比为不大于12.5%(由不高于3:5换算而来);所述肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的厚度为30-50μm;所述肉桂油胶囊的壁材由壳聚糖季铵盐和阿拉伯明胶组成。

本发明所述的一种包含肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的水溶膜包裹凝珠,其包装结构是现有采用水溶性高分子膜材料(主要成分为聚乙烯醇)制备的,呈囊包状结构,具有至少一个封闭腔室,及至少有一个封闭腔室中容装液态内容物,所述液态内容物中含有重量百分比为0.1-6%的肉桂油微胶囊薄膜。
具体地,上述肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的制备方法为:先将水溶性高分子膜材料溶解成水溶液,然后加入肉桂油微胶囊混合均匀得到混合液,最后通过涂布干燥及分切得到肉桂油微胶囊薄膜。所述水溶性高分子膜材料在水溶液的重量百分比为50-60%,其主要成分为聚乙烯醇。所述肉桂油微胶囊在混合液中的重量百分比为不大于12.5%。得到的肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的厚度最好为30-50μm。所述肉桂油胶囊的壁材由壳聚糖季铵盐和阿拉伯明胶组成,阳离子性的壳聚糖季铵盐和阿拉伯明胶能使肉桂油胶囊更易于吸附在织物表面,帮助肉桂油发挥更佳的抗菌作用。

由于是以薄膜为载体将肉桂油微胶囊颗粒集成为具有一定体积的片状物,获得液体浮力增大,更易于“漂浮”于液态内容物中;同时采用长碳链的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、十一烯酸钠与高分子聚乙烯吡咯烷酮组成复合物,高分子聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与这两种阴离子表面活性剂的结合分子结构更为舒展,为配方体系提供更适合的粘稠度,使得片状肉桂油微胶囊薄膜能更稳定地悬浮于液态内容物中。而且,长碳链的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠具有良好的洗涤去污作用;十一烯酸钠能降低脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的用量;高分子聚乙烯吡咯烷酮也具有抗沉积和助洗的作用。
进一步,上述的液态内容物最好还包括重量百分比0.1-10%的脂肪酸,所述脂肪酸由油酸和二十碳四烯酸组成,油酸和二十碳四烯酸的重量比优选为3:1。该脂肪酸组合作为助溶剂,能解决长碳链脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的溶解稳定性问题,低温状态下不易析出。
进一步,上述的表面活性剂体系还包括其它阴离子表面活性剂和/或非离子表面活性剂,以及有机碱、溶剂、香精和生物酶等常用助剂。阴离子表面活性剂的优选用量为10-50重量%,其它阴离子表面活性剂优选烷基苯磺酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烯烃磺酸盐中的一种或几种。非离子表面活性剂优选脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和/或油脂乙氧基化物,优选用量为10-50重量%。有机碱优选用量2-15重量%,可选用单乙醇胺和三乙醇胺。溶剂包括水和醇类溶剂,醇类溶剂选自乙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、丁二醇;醇类溶剂的优选用量为5-30重量%,水的优选用量为5-55重量%。香精的优选用量为0.1-2重量%。生物酶的优选用量为0.1-1重量%。
实施例1-8
下述实施例中包含有肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的液态内容物的制备方法为:
1)在反应釜中加入溶剂、十一烯酸钠与脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠,搅拌至形成均一液体;
2)加入非离子离子表面活性剂搅拌均匀,加入1/2质量脂肪酸搅拌均匀;
3)加入余下阴离子表面活性剂与碱性助剂搅拌均匀;
4)加入余下脂肪酸搅拌均匀;
4)加入微胶囊薄膜、香精、生物酶搅拌均匀;
5)加入高分子助剂搅拌均匀至液体粘度不再发生明显变化后静置。
6)将上述液体加入水溶膜包裹凝珠的自动包装机的料浆槽中;水溶性高分子膜加热后被牵引至模具中,通过真空吸塑在模具中塑性;水溶性高分子膜敷水后牵引至模具中,在压辊作用下粘合封口,得到至少含有一个封闭腔室的水溶膜包裹凝珠。
下面表格中列举出实施例1-8的水溶膜包裹凝珠中的液态内容物的各组分及其用量情况。

效果实验
1、下面对上述实施例以及对照例进行去污能力测定。
以实施例1~8为例,用QB/T 1224-2012衣料用液体洗涤剂标准中的去污力测定方法进行去污力测定,结果如下:

由表2可知,本发明的实施例1-8具有很好的去污能力,能达到标准的去污标准,肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的增添不影响水溶膜包裹凝珠的去污能力。
2、对上述实施例以及对照例的稳定性进行实验。
将实施例1~8制备的水溶膜包裹凝珠置于48℃恒温箱中分别1个月,取出目测是否具有分层与析出。实验结果如表3所示。

将实施例1~8制备的水溶膜包裹凝珠置于5℃恒温箱中分别1个月,取出目测是否具有分层与析出。实验结果如表4所示。

由表3,表4可知,实施例1-8均未出现析出或分层的情况,说明洗衣液中肉桂油微胶囊没有出现不稳定析出,长碳链脂肪酸甲酯也未出现析出。
3、对上述实施例进行抗菌测试
本发明的杀菌效果测试方法采用QB/T2738-2012《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》中7.2的方法进行,将实施例1-8和对比样(市售抗菌洗衣液,抗菌有效成分是PCMX),按质量百分比1:100用水进行稀释,作用10分钟后的杀菌率如表5所示。空白样是指不用任何抗菌洗衣液进行杀菌的细菌载体。

从表5可见实施例1-8杀菌率均高于99%,优于市售产品。
分别将实施例1-8和对比样(市售抗菌洗衣液,抗菌有效成分是PCMX)按质量百分比1:100用水稀释,对棉布浸泡10min,然后用自来水漂洗20次;将处理过的棉布分别接种金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌各10000个,24小时后再测定菌的数量,试验结果见表6。

从表6可见,经过20次漂洗后,本发明实施例1-8对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有很好的抗菌作用。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种包含肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的水溶膜包裹凝珠,所述水溶膜包裹凝珠具有至少一个封闭腔室,及至少有一个封闭腔室中容装液态内容物,其特征在于,所述液态内容物中含有重量百分比为0.1-6%的肉桂油微胶囊薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包含肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的水溶膜包裹凝珠,其特征在于,所述肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的制备方法为:先将水溶性高分子膜材料溶解成水溶液,然后加入肉桂油微胶囊混合均匀得到混合液,最后通过涂布干燥得到肉桂油微胶囊薄膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种包含肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的水溶膜包裹凝珠,其特征在于,所述水溶性高分子膜材料的主要成分为聚乙烯醇;所述水溶性高分子膜材料在水溶液的重量百分比为50-60%;所述肉桂油微胶囊在混合液中的重量百分比为不大于12.5%;所述肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的厚度为30-50μm;所述肉桂油胶囊的壁材由壳聚糖季铵盐和阿拉伯明胶组成。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种包含肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的水溶膜包裹凝珠,其特征在于,所述液态内容物还包括重量百分比为30-80%的表面活性剂体系和重量百分比为0.3-3%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,所述表面活性剂体系包括阴离子表面活性剂体系,所述阴离子表面活性剂体系包括脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和十一烯酸钠。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种包含肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的水溶膜包裹凝珠,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的分子碳链为C16-C22。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种包含肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的水溶膜包裹凝珠,其特征在于,
所述表面活性剂体系包括重量百分比为10-50%的阴离子表面活性剂和重量百分比为10-50%的非离子表面活性剂;
所述脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠在阴离子表面活性剂体系中的重量百分比为12-20%;所述十一烯酸钠在阴离子表面活性剂体系中的重量百分比为3-8%。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种包含肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的水溶膜包裹凝珠,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的分子量为20000-32000。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种包含肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的水溶膜包裹凝珠,其特征在于,所述液态内容物还包括重量百分比0.1-10%的脂肪酸,所述脂肪酸由油酸和二十碳四烯酸组成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种包含肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的水溶膜包裹凝珠,其特征在于,所述油酸和二十碳四烯酸的重量比为3:1。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种包含肉桂油微胶囊薄膜的水溶膜包裹凝珠,其特征在于,
所述阴离子表面活性剂体系还包括烷基苯磺酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烯烃磺酸盐中的一种或几种;
所述非离子表面活性剂体系包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和/或油脂乙氧基化物;
所述液态内容物还包括有机碱、溶剂、香精和生物酶。
