Abstract
本发明提供了一种含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠,具有一个由水溶性高分子膜制成的囊包,所述囊包内形成至少一个封闭腔室,至少一个封闭腔室内设有液体洗涤剂,还包括若干个留香固形物,所述留香固形物与所述液体洗涤剂设置在同一封闭腔室中;或所述留香固形物设置在另一个封闭腔室中。本发明还包括所述含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠的制备方法。本发明所述的洗衣凝珠实现了留香固形物在浓缩液体洗涤剂中的稳定共存;解决了使用时洗涤剂与留香固形物用量的控制问题;可以实现在衣物上的长效留香,并有较好的去污力。本发明所述的洗衣凝珠制备方法简单,有利于该技术的规模化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及日化洗涤剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣凝珠是水溶性高分子膜包裹洗涤剂的织物清洗剂,其活性物一般高于60%,每粒凝珠包裹的洗涤剂是定量的。这种浓缩化的新形态产品减少了洗涤剂单次用量,绿色环保,使用非常便利,受到市场的欢迎。作为一类新形态洗涤剂,在清洗污垢的基础功效之外,洗护的功能特性有待拓宽以形成系列化的产品,满足市场多方面的需求。
根据市场调查,消费者在购入织物洗涤剂时考虑的各种因素中,“去除污垢的能力”列第一,“良好的香气”位居第二。消费者对香气的关注度在逐年增加,所述香气不仅包括洗涤时的香味,还包括织物干燥后收取时以及穿着衣物时感受到的香气。为实现长效留香,使用较多的是通过添加微胶囊香精来实现。微胶囊香精颗粒会沉积在织物纤维上,织物在晾干、折叠、穿着的过程中不断产生物理摩擦,微胶囊香精的包裹层破裂,香气逐渐释放出,实现长效留香。但微胶囊香精的应用存在不少难点,如难以实现与洗涤剂的稳定共存,存放时间较长或配方中用量较大时,产品易出现分层、浑浊等现象,影响消费体验与产品性能;对于清洗力较强的洗涤剂,洗涤时对香精增溶分散作用也较强,降低了香精在织物表面的吸附,削弱了留香性能等。因此,需要开发新的技术来解决洗衣凝珠现存的上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是为了解决上述现有技术的缺点和不足,提供一种含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠及其制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠,具有一个由水溶性高分子膜制成的囊包,所述囊包内形成至少一个封闭腔室,至少一个封闭腔室内设有液体洗涤剂,还包括若干个留香固形物,所述留香固形物与所述液体洗涤剂设置在同一封闭腔室中;或所述留香固形物设置在另一个封闭腔室中。
进一步地,所述留香固形物悬浮或沉积于所述液体洗涤剂中。
进一步地,所述留香固形物为球形、半球形、片状或不规则的颗粒。
进一步地,所述留香固形物由以下重量百分比的原料组成:改性鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚5-25%、聚乙二醇50-70%、二氧化硅5-10%、硫酸钠5-10%、膨润土1-5%、微胶囊香精0.2-2%和香精0-5%。
进一步地,所述改性鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚的加成数为20-28;所述聚乙二醇的聚合度大于4000。
进一步地,所述微胶囊香精是非水溶性的;所述微胶囊香精的成膜剂包含明胶、阿拉伯明胶、树脂、壳聚糖季铵盐、密胺树脂、聚脲树脂中的至少一种成分。
进一步地,所述留香固形物与液体洗涤剂的质量比为0.1-40:1;所述洗涤剂活性物含量为60-90%。
进一步地,所述液体洗涤剂包括表面活性剂体系、溶剂和助剂;其中,所述表面活性剂体系由非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂复配而成,或仅由非离子表面活性剂组成;所述溶剂为丙二醇、丙三醇中的至少一种;所述助剂由有机碱、有机酸、复合生物酶和颜料组成;所述有机碱为三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺或异丙胺;所述有机酸为乙二酸、苯磺酸、酒石酸、乳酸中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述非离子表面活性剂由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、油脂乙氧基化物、支链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种组成;所述阴离子表面活性剂由烷基苯磺酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、烯基磺酸钠中的至少一种组成。
本发明还包括以上所述含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、留香固形物的制备
1)聚乙二醇加热至融化状态,加入二氧化硅、硫酸钠混合均匀;然后加入膨润土,混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅰ;
2)混合物Ⅰ中加入微胶囊香精与香精,混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅱ;
3)将改性鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚加热至熔融状态并加入模具中,再加入混合物Ⅱ,最后加入改性鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚至充满模具;
4)将模具急速冷却至25℃,静置一天后脱模得到留香固形物;
S2、液体洗涤剂的制备
1)原料预处理,所有原料在投入反应釜之前,确保已经加热溶解至液态;
2)加入所有非离子表面活性剂;
3)如果原料中含有阴离子表面活性剂,则投入阴离子表面活性剂;如果阴离子表面活性剂含有烷基苯磺酸,则先投入烷基苯磺酸与有机碱,完成中和反应后再加入其它阴离子表面活性剂;如果原料中不含有阴离子表面活性剂,则直接进行下一步;
4)物料温度控制在50℃时,加入溶剂,搅拌均匀;
5)加入复合酶搅拌均匀;
6)加入颜料搅拌均匀;
S3、洗衣凝珠的制备,
1)将液体洗涤剂与留香固形物分别加入洗衣凝珠自动包装机的料浆槽中;
2)水溶性高分子膜加热后被牵引至模具中,通过真空吸塑在模具中塑性;
3)通过投料口定量投放留香固形物,再定量投放液体洗涤剂;
4)水溶性高分子膜敷水后牵引至模具中,在压辊作用下粘合封口,得到含留香固形物的洗衣凝珠。
为了获得用户良好的洗涤体验,洗涤剂中通常含有香精,制造愉悦的香气感受。香精的主要成分是醛、酮、酯、醚、醇类有机物,一般是油溶性物质,在液体洗涤剂中用量过高易出现液体浑浊、分层等问题,影响产品效果。本发明将微胶囊香精和液体香精包裹形成留香固形物,该留香固形物难溶于浓缩液体洗涤剂,可溶于水,解决了在浓缩液体洗涤剂中加入大量香精难以稳定配伍的技术难点。留香固形物分散在液体洗涤剂中,需保障每次使用时可分配定量的留香固形物与洗涤剂,以确保稳定的洗涤与香气效果。本发明通过在洗衣凝珠中加入该留香固形物的方案,解决了使用时洗涤剂与留香固形物用量的控制问题。洗衣凝珠水溶性高分子膜形成的囊腔中,可包裹定量的洗涤剂与留香固形物,保证了单粒凝珠含有定量洗涤剂与留香剂。
本发明中留香固形物选用改性鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚和聚乙二醇作为主要载体。改性鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚优选加成数20-28,在常温下是固态而易溶于水。聚乙二醇是一种优选的成型助剂,可溶于丙二醇、丙三醇等洗衣凝珠常用溶剂中,本发明所述的聚乙二醇优选PEG6000-PEG9000。申请人通过大量实验研究,发现改性鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚作为最外层包裹剂,可减少聚乙二醇与洗涤剂的接触,实现留香固形物与液体洗涤剂的稳定共存。留香固形物中使用的二氧化硅作为填充剂并提供辅助洗涤的作用,硫酸钠是一种填充物,膨润土也是一种填充物同时具有调整留香固形物形态的作用。
与现有技术比,本发明的优点在于:
1、实现了留香固形物在浓缩液体洗涤剂中的稳定共存;
2、采用水溶性高分子膜包裹定计量留香固形物与液体洗涤剂的产品形态,解决了使用时洗涤剂与留香固形物用量的控制问题;
3、本发明所述的洗衣凝珠可以实现在衣物上的长效留香,并有较好的去污力;
4、本发明的洗衣凝珠制备方法简单,有利于该技术的规模化生产。

本发明中选用的所有材料、试剂和仪器都为本领域熟知的,但不限制本发明的实施,其他本领域熟知的一些试剂和设备都可适用于本发明以下实施方式的实施。
结构实施例1
请参阅图1,一种含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠,具有一个由水溶性高分子膜制成的囊包10,所述囊包10内形成一个封闭腔室,所述封闭腔室内设有液体洗涤剂20和若干留香固形物30。
具体地,所述留香固形物30可以悬浮或沉积于所述液体洗涤剂20中,本实施例优选为悬浮状态;所述留香固形物30可以为球形、半球形、片状或不规则的颗粒,本实施例优选为片状结构。
具体地,所述留香固形物30由以下重量百分比的原料组成:改性鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚5-25%、聚乙二醇50-70%、二氧化硅5-10%、硫酸钠5-10%、膨润土1-5%、微胶囊香精0.2-2%和香精0-5%;所述改性鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚的加成数为20-28;所述聚乙二醇的聚合度大于4000;所述微胶囊香精是非水溶性的;所述微胶囊香精的成膜剂包含明胶、阿拉伯明胶、树脂、壳聚糖季铵盐、密胺树脂、聚脲树脂中的至少一种成分。

上所述含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠的制备步骤如下:
S1、留香固形物30的制备
1)聚乙二醇加热至融化状态,加入二氧化硅、硫酸钠混合均匀;然后加入膨润土,混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅰ;
2)混合物Ⅰ中加入微胶囊香精与香精,混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅱ;
3)将改性鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚加热至熔融状态并加入模具中,再加入混合物Ⅱ,最后加入改性鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚至充满模具;
4)将模具急速冷却至25℃,静置一天后脱模得到留香固形物;
S2、液体洗涤剂20的制备
1)原料预处理,所有原料在投入反应釜之前,确保已经加热溶解至液态;
2)加入所有非离子表面活性剂;
3)如果原料中含有阴离子表面活性剂,则投入阴离子表面活性剂;如果阴离子表面活性剂含有烷基苯磺酸,则先投入烷基苯磺酸与有机碱,完成中和反应后再加入其它阴离子表面活性剂;如果原料中不含有阴离子表面活性剂,则直接进行下一步;
4)物料温度控制在50℃时,加入溶剂,搅拌均匀;
5)加入复合酶搅拌均匀;
6)加入颜料搅拌均匀;
S3、洗衣凝珠的制备,
1)将液体洗涤剂与留香固形物分别加入洗衣凝珠自动包装机的料浆槽中;
2)水溶性高分子膜加热后被牵引至模具中,通过真空吸塑在模具中塑性;
3)通过投料口定量投放留香固形物,再定量投放液体洗涤剂;
4)水溶性高分子膜敷水后牵引至模具中,在压辊作用下粘合封口,得到含留香固形物的洗衣凝珠。
结构实施例2
本实施例所述的一种含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠结构与实施例1类似,不同之处在于所述的囊包10与留香固形物30采用另一种形状以及位置关系,请参阅图2。
本实施例为一种含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠,具有一个由水溶性高分子膜制成的囊包10,所述囊包10内形成两个封闭腔室,其中一个封闭腔室内设有液体洗涤剂20,另一个封闭腔室内设有若干留香固形物30;具体的,本实施例所述的留香固形物30优选为球形颗粒。本实施例所述洗衣凝珠的成分和制备方法同实施例1。
配方实施例
下面通过几个具体的实施例来详细说明本发明的含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠中的留香固形物各组分用量情况与洗衣凝珠各组分用量情况。

由表3可知,本发明产品与标准洗衣液相比具有较好的去污力。
本发明所述的洗衣凝珠不仅实现了留香固形物在浓缩液体洗涤剂中的稳定共存,而且在实现长效留香的基础上具有很好的去污能力。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本发明的各种改动或变形不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变形属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变动。

1.一种含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠,具有一个由水溶性高分子膜制成的囊包,所述囊包内形成至少一个封闭腔室,至少一个封闭腔室内设有液体洗涤剂,其特征在于,还包括若干个留香固形物,所述留香固形物与所述液体洗涤剂设置在同一封闭腔室中;或所述留香固形物设置在另一个封闭腔室中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述留香固形物悬浮或沉积于所述液体洗涤剂中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述留香固形物为球形、半球形、片状或不规则的颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述留香固形物由以下重量百分比的原料组成:改性鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚5-25%、聚乙二醇50-70%、二氧化硅5-10%、硫酸钠5-10%、膨润土1-5%、微胶囊香精0.2-2%和香精0-5%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述改性鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚的加成数为20-28;所述聚乙二醇的聚合度大于4000。
6.根据权利要求4所述的含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述微胶囊香精是非水溶性的;所述微胶囊香精的成膜剂包含明胶、阿拉伯明胶、树脂、壳聚糖季铵盐、密胺树脂、聚脲树脂中的至少一种成分。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述留香固形物与液体洗涤剂的质量比为0.1-40:1;所述洗涤剂活性物含量为60-90%。

10.权利要求1-9任一项所述含有留香固形物的洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、留香固形物的制备
1)聚乙二醇加热至融化状态,加入二氧化硅、硫酸钠混合均匀;然后加入膨润土,混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅰ;
2)混合物Ⅰ中加入微胶囊香精与香精,混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅱ;

3)如果原料中含有阴离子表面活性剂,则投入阴离子表面活性剂;如果阴离子表面活性剂含有烷基苯磺酸,则先投入烷基苯磺酸与有机碱,完成中和反应后再加入其它阴离子表面活性剂;如果原料中不含有阴离子表面活性剂,则直接进行下一步;
4)物料温度控制在50℃时,加入溶剂,搅拌均匀;
5)加入复合酶搅拌均匀;
6)加入颜料搅拌均匀;
S3、洗衣凝珠的制备,
1)将液体洗涤剂与留香固形物分别加入洗衣凝珠自动包装机的料浆槽中;
2)水溶性高分子膜加热后被牵引至模具中,通过真空吸塑在模具中塑性;
3)通过投料口定量投放留香固形物,再定量投放液体洗涤剂;
4)水溶性高分子膜敷水后牵引至模具中,在压辊作用下粘合封口,得到含留香固形物的洗衣凝珠。
