Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有美白淡斑的嫩肤精华油,所述嫩肤精华油包括生育酚、霍霍巴籽油、野蔷薇果油、葡萄籽油、月见草油、突厥蔷薇花油、胡萝卜籽精油、姜黄精油、苦橙花精油和抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯。本发明的优点是:产品温和安全,具有很好的抗氧化和美白淡斑作用。

技术领域
本发明属于日化用品技术领域,特别涉及一种具有美白淡斑的嫩肤精华油及其制备方法。
背景技术
从古至今,美白是女性亘古不变的追求目标,谁都渴望拥有白净透亮的柔嫩肌肤。但随着年龄的增加,本身内部机能变化,以及外部环境污染、光损伤、化学和物理的伤害等,都会促使及加剧黑色素的产生和沉着,造成肤色暗沉、色斑、晒斑、黄褐斑等,成为女性爱美路上重大的烦恼。
目前市场上有很多宣称可以美白的方法和产品,大概可分为这几类:1、物理美白,即通过激光的高能量将局部皮肤组织破坏,从而达到除斑效果,但此法会对皮肤组织有较大损伤,且治标不治本,易反弹;2、化学剥落型,是通过果酸、曲酸、有机酸、间苯二酚类、稀氨水、水杨酸等弱酸碱性成分,破坏皮肤角质层并使其剥落,从而实现美白淡斑效果,但此法对皮肤刺激性很高,使用次数多会造成角质层变薄,皮肤屏障受损,皮肤极易敏感,甚至皮肤炎和皮肤局部灼伤;3、抑制酪氨酸酶和其它蛋白酶型,如过氧化脲、4-甲基水杨酸钾、熊果苷等,是通过抑制酪氨酸酶活性来抑制黑色素的生成,是从源头来减少黑色素,从而实现美白,但也都不同程度的会造成皮肤和眼部刺激。
另外,其实面部色斑在中医上属于内脏器官问题导致的色素沉着性皮肤病,比如因肝气郁结滞瘀不畅、脾虚不生精等都会造成黑色素的增加和沉着,形成皮肤色斑,“内因导致外相”,而市场上的美白产品都没有关注到这些机理因素。
并且,市场上很多产品都只是机械地在产品配方中加入具有美白功效的原料,而并没有关注这个原料的渗透性。因为黑色素细胞存在于表皮层的基底层中,如果具有抑制酪氨酸酶活性的原料只是停留在角质层而没有渗透吸收到基底层的话,是不能发挥其作用的,那这个功效原料相当于极少添加或者没有添加。
因此,开发温和安全,且能从源头减少和抑制黑色素的美白产品非常迫切且重要,也是化妆品行业目前的研究重点之一。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种具有美白淡斑的嫩肤精华油。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种具有美白淡斑的嫩肤精华油,所述嫩肤精华油包括生育酚、霍霍巴籽油、野蔷薇果油、葡萄籽油、月见草油、突厥蔷薇花油、胡萝卜籽精油、姜黄精油、苦橙花精油和抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯。
配方机理及原料的选择:
皮肤黑色素是需要经过以下几个步骤才会最终生成和沉着在皮肤上,造成肤色暗沉及色斑:1、外因(日晒、物理化学损伤等)和内因(肝气郁结等)会激活酪氨酸酶活性;2、促使一系列反应开启,产生黑色素;3、黑色素的熟化;4、熟化的黑色素从基底层释放,并传导到角质层,最终形成黑色素沉着和色斑。另外,已经体沉着在皮肤的色素及色斑的多少及深浅还与表皮细胞的更新速度有较大关系,表皮细胞更新快,肌肤黑色素及色斑就褪去的快。因此,想要实现美白淡斑,就要从抑制酪氨酸酶活性、抑制黑色素的产生及熟化等阶段以及层层阻断或抑制,同时促进表皮细胞的更新速率,这就是我们设计配方的和选择原料的依据。
1、生育酚:生育酚是一种天然维生素E,是非常好的抗氧化剂,保护机体细胞免受自由基氧化损伤,有助于延缓衰老,减少皱纹的产生;防护紫外线和污染对皮肤的伤害,减少疤痕与色素的沉积,加速伤口的愈合。
2、霍霍巴籽油:霍霍巴籽油富含鲸蜡醇、维生素D和不饱和脂肪酸,其脂类与皮肤的皮脂非常接近,因此极易吸收,分析细腻,营养丰富,渗透性强,是护肤极佳的天然植物油。
3、野蔷薇果油:萃取自无污染野生蔷薇的果实,还有较高含量的r-亚麻油酸、维生素A及不饱和脂肪酸,因其含较高的营养物质,可对抗皮肤初老、促进皮肤再生,促进疤痕愈合,改善皮肤干燥,暗沉,修复晒伤等。
4、葡萄籽油:葡萄籽油富含r-亚麻油酸、维生素B1、B3、B5等,质地清爽,不粘不腻,并且能提供很高的皮肤润滑度,较佳的皮肤渗透性。其还有丰富的维生素F,能增强皮肤的保湿效果,润泽、柔嫩肌肤。
5、月见草油:这种植物傍晚开花,天亮就凋谢,又名晚樱草。含有丰富的r-亚麻油酸,VC、VE、B6等,是非常好的肌肤保养油,可对抗自由基,促进VC、VE等的吸收,帮助改善皮肤湿疹、皮肤炎等皮肤状况。
6、抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯:是一种具有美白作用的维生素C衍生物,亲油性极易被皮肤吸收,在皮肤细胞中转变成VC,具有较强的抗氧化活性,可抑制蛋白和DNA氧化损伤,缓解紫外线对皮肤细胞的伤害,最重要的是在黑色素熟化过程中进行有效抑制,阻止黑色素的熟化,减少黑色素沉着,从而实现美白和淡斑的效果;
7、突厥蔷薇花油:突厥蔷薇花油即为大马士革玫瑰精油,是由新鲜大马士革玫瑰花朵通过蒸汽蒸馏萃取的花朵类精油,含有香叶醇、香茅醇、芳樟醇、橙花醇等活性成分,大马士革玫瑰精油可促进皮肤细胞更新和修复,同时强力有效抑制酪氨酸酶活性,从而实现肌肤的更新提亮,焕白。
8、胡萝卜籽精油:胡萝卜籽精油富含多种单萜烯、芳樟醇、胡萝卜醇等活性成分,是非常好的皮肤细胞修复精油,促进角质层细胞的更新,促进和加快伤口愈合,从而促进肌肤新生,均匀肤色,淡化色斑;另外,胡萝卜籽精油还可有效节肝气郁结,从而改善因肝郁滞瘀不畅造成的黑色素产生和沉着,从而美白和淡斑。
9、姜黄精油:姜黄精油是由姜黄根通过蒸馏萃取得到的根茎类精油,富含姜黄酮,超强的抗氧化能力,是天然的抗氧化剂,可有效清除皮肤细胞自由基,净化肌肤,抑制黑色素熟化,从而有效亮白焕白肌肤。
10、苦橙花精油:苦橙花精油是由新鲜苦橙花通过蒸汽蒸馏法萃取的挥发精油,富含乙酸芳樟酯、芳樟醇、香叶醇等活性成分,具有保护及再生皮肤细胞的功效,还可抑制酪氨酸酶活性,改善皮肤缺水,美白祛黄,提亮肤色。
优选的,所述嫩肤精华油由以下重量份数的原料制成:生育酚0.3~0.7份、霍霍巴籽油40~55份、野蔷薇果油5~10份、葡萄籽油25~40份、月见草油26~41份、突厥蔷薇花油0.6~1.2份、胡萝卜籽精油0.4~0.8份、姜黄精油0.3~0.6份、苦橙花精油0.5~1份和抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯2.2~4.4份。
特别优选的,所述嫩肤精华油由以下重量份数的原料制成:生育酚0.5份、霍霍巴籽油45份、野蔷薇果油8份、葡萄籽油30份、月见草油30份、突厥蔷薇花油1份、胡萝卜籽精油0.6份、姜黄精油0.5份、苦橙花精油0.8份和抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯3份。
本发明还提供了一种制备所述嫩肤精华油的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配比,称取生育酚、霍霍巴籽油、野蔷薇果油、葡萄籽油、月见草油,混匀,得混合物Ⅰ;
(2)按照配比,称取突厥蔷薇花油、胡萝卜籽精油、姜黄精油、苦橙花精油,依次加入至所述混合物Ⅰ中,混匀,得混合物Ⅱ;
(3)将抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯加入所述混合物Ⅱ中,混匀,即可。
本发明还提供了一种所述的精华油在抗氧化的日化用品中的应用。
本发明还提供了一种所述的精华油在美白肌肤的日化用品中的应用。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提出配方天然化,即尽可能地使用天然来源的原料来制备具有美白淡斑的嫩肤精华油,更天然、温和、安全;
(2)从抑制黑色素的酶激活、产生、熟化和促进表皮细胞更新4个机理角度来选择原料,并实验了不同组方,实验结果说明组方原料无论在抗氧化能力还是美白功效上都发生了较好的协同作用;
(3)经试验筛选出了配比较优的配方组合,开发出一种具有美白淡斑功效的嫩肤精华油。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
实施例1
一种制备嫩肤精华油的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数,称取生育酚0.5份、霍霍巴籽油45份、野蔷薇果油8份、葡萄籽油30份、月见草油30份,混匀,得混合物Ⅰ;
(2)按重量份数,称取突厥蔷薇花油1份、胡萝卜籽精油0.6份、姜黄精油0.5份、苦橙花精油0.8份,依次加入至所述混合物Ⅰ中,混匀,得混合物Ⅱ;
(3)将抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯3份加入所述混合物Ⅱ中,混匀,即可。
实施例2
一种制备嫩肤精华油的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数,称取生育酚0.7份、霍霍巴籽油55份、野蔷薇果油10份、葡萄籽油40份、月见草油41份,混匀,得混合物Ⅰ;
(2)按重量份数,称取突厥蔷薇花油1.2份、胡萝卜籽精油0.8份、姜黄精油0.6份、苦橙花精油1份,依次加入至所述混合物Ⅰ中,混匀,得混合物Ⅱ;
(3)将抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯4.4份加入所述混合物Ⅱ中,混匀,即可。
实施例3
一种制备嫩肤精华油的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数,称取生育酚0.3份、霍霍巴籽油40份、野蔷薇果油5份、葡萄籽油25份、月见草油26份,混匀,得混合物Ⅰ;
(2)按重量份数,称取突厥蔷薇花油0.6份、胡萝卜籽精油0.4份、姜黄精油0.3份、苦橙花精油0.5份,依次加入至所述混合物Ⅰ中,混匀,得混合物Ⅱ;
(3)将抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯2.2份加入所述混合物Ⅱ中,混匀,即可。
为了研究、对比美白效果最佳的配方组合,我们进行了如下分组(重量份数)实验,详见表1。

用上述不同实验组配方分别测试了其各自的抗氧化能力和美白效果,实验方法及数据如下:
抗氧化能力测试-β-胡萝卜素-亚油酸脱色法测定抗氧化活性实验方法:
(1)先取β-胡萝卜素溶于氯仿中,然后加入定量的T-40和亚油酸,旋转蒸发除去氯仿;加入超纯水,超声使其乳化,得到乳化液;
(2)向96孔板中,每孔加入200ul乳化液+40ul样液(空白为超纯水)。T=0时测470nm处的吸光值,然后t=120min时再测一次;
(3)计算:抑制率=[1-(A0-At)/(A0’-At’)]*100%
A0和At为样品的吸光度,A0’和At’为空白吸光度
(4)每个样品平行测试3组;
抗氧化能力测试结果见表2。

美白功效测试——抑制酪氨酸酶实验
(1)先将美白淡斑精华油用吐温80和纯化水,0.5:1:1预溶解均匀,作为测试样品溶液;
(2)分别按表3的体积准确吸取T1、T2、T3、T4中的酪氨酸酶、PBS及样品的反应液分别置于4个10ml的PE管中,混匀,37℃恒温水浴10min,然后在四组中全部加入1ml的L-酪氨酸,37℃恒温水浴反应10min,快速置于冰水中冷却。
注:PBS、L-酪氨酸要放置常温以后才可以使用,加样顺序为酪氨酸酶、样液、PBS。

(3)吸取300ul,迅速置于多功能微孔板检测仪中,测定475nm处吸光度值,计算酪氨酸酶抑制率,重复上述操作,平行测定2次。
(4)公式:酪氨酸酶活性抑制率=[1-(AT4-AT3)/(AT2-AT1)]×100%
AT1:未加样品且未加酪氨酸酶的反应液在475nm处测得的吸光度
AT2:未加样品加酪氨酸酶的反应液在475nm处测得的吸光度

可见,由上述试验得知,本发明技术方案具有良好的美白和抗氧化能力,具有显著的技术进步。
以上对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但本发明不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种具有美白淡斑的嫩肤精华油,其特征在于:所述嫩肤精华油包括生育酚、霍霍巴籽油、野蔷薇果油、葡萄籽油、月见草油、突厥蔷薇花油、胡萝卜籽精油、姜黄精油、苦橙花精油和抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有美白淡斑的嫩肤精华油,其特征在于:所述嫩肤精华油由以下重量份数的原料制成:生育酚0.3~0.7份、霍霍巴籽油40~55份、野蔷薇果油5~10份、葡萄籽油25~40份、月见草油26~41份、突厥蔷薇花油0.6~1.2份、胡萝卜籽精油0.4~0.8份、姜黄精油0.3~0.6份、苦橙花精油0.5~1份和抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯2.2~4.4份。

(1)按照配比,称取生育酚、霍霍巴籽油、野蔷薇果油、葡萄籽油、月见草油,混匀,得混合物Ⅰ;
(2)按照配比,称取突厥蔷薇花油、胡萝卜籽精油、姜黄精油、苦橙花精油,依次加入至所述混合物Ⅰ中,混匀,得混合物Ⅱ;
(3)将抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯加入所述混合物Ⅱ中,混匀,即可。
