An antiseptic and mildew-proof agent for cigarette glue comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 parts of an antiseptic and mildew-proof active ingredient, 8 parts of a synergist and 90 parts of a solvent;
wherein the antiseptic and mildew-proof active component comprises 1 part of 2-bromo-2-nitropropane, 0.5 part of formic acid and 0.5 part of sodium cinnamate;
the synergist is oxalic acid;
the solvent is water;
the preparation method of the antiseptic and mildew-proof agent for the cigarette adhesive comprises the following steps:
(1) adding 2-bromo-2-nitropropane, formic acid and sodium cinnamate into water, and stirring at 40 ℃ until the mixture is clear;
(2) adding oxalic acid into the solution obtained in the step (1), stirring, and filtering by using 400-mesh filter cloth.
Example 8
An antiseptic and mildew-proof agent for cigarette glue comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of antiseptic and mildew-proof active component, 2 parts of synergist and 28 parts of solvent;
the preservative and mildew-proof active ingredients comprise 2 parts of cinnamic acid, 66 parts of phenoxy isopropanol and 2 parts of propionic acid;
the synergist comprises 1.5 parts of glutamic acid and 0.5 part of sodium oxalate;
the solvent is 1, 2-hexanediol;
the preparation method of the antiseptic and mildew-proof agent for the cigarette adhesive comprises the following steps:
(1) adding cinnamic acid, phenoxy isopropanol and propionic acid into 1, 2-hexanediol, and stirring at 40 ℃ until the mixture is clear;
(2) and (2) adding glutamic acid and sodium oxalate into the solution obtained in the step (1), stirring, and filtering by using 400-mesh filter cloth.
Example 9
An antiseptic and mildew-proof agent for cigarette glue comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of antiseptic and mildew-proof active ingredients, 30 parts of a synergist and 50 parts of a solvent;
wherein, the antiseptic and mildew-proof active ingredients comprise 6 parts of glycine, 2 parts of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 10 parts of sodium benzoate and 2 parts of sodium propionate;
the synergist is sodium oxalate;
the solvent is water;
the preparation method of the antiseptic and mildew-proof agent for the cigarette adhesive comprises the following steps:
(1) adding aminoacetic acid, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, sodium benzoate and sodium propionate into water, and stirring at 40 ℃ until the mixture is clear;
(2) and (2) adding sodium oxalate into the solution obtained in the step (1), stirring, and filtering by using 400-mesh filter cloth.
Detection of corrosion and mildew resistance
The examples 1 to 3, 6 and 9 were conducted in the same manner as in examples 1 to 3, 6 and 9, respectively, except that no synergist was added, and comparative examples 1 to 3, 6 and 9 were conducted.
Adding the preservative and mildew inhibitor for the cigarette adhesive into the cigarette adhesive according to 0.1 percent of the mass of the cigarette adhesive, and performing a microorganism challenge test according to the microorganism preservative efficacy test standard of United states pharmacopoeia USP27(51), wherein the microorganism strains for the test are as follows: (1) bacteria: pseudomonas aeruginosa (CGMCC 1.2464), Escherichia coli (ATCC 44102), Staphylococcus aureus (CGMCC aureus) CGMCC 1.0089; (2) fungi: candida albicans (CGMCC 2.2086), Aspergillus niger (CGMCC 3.3928).
The numbers of the smoke glue antiseptic and mildew-proof agents obtained in the examples 1-3, 6 and 9 are respectively 1#, 2#, 3#, 6#, and 9#, the numbers of the smoke glue antiseptic and mildew-proof agents corresponding to the comparative examples 1-3, 6 and 9 without the synergist are respectively 1' #, 2' #, 3' #, 6' #and9 ' #, the challenge experiment result is shown in the table 1, and the total number of bacteria and fungi are (cfu/g).

As can be seen from table 1, the cigarette glue with 0.1% addition of each preservative and anti-mildew agent was as follows in the preservative challenge test: after the smoke glue preservative and mildew inhibitor is added into a smoke glue product, samples with the numbers of 1#, 2#, 3#, 6# and 9# are correspondingly added, the number of bacterial fungi in the samples with the numbers of 1#, 2#, 3#, 6# and 9# is less than 0.1% of the initial added bacterial quantity on day 7, and the number of bacteria and fungi is continuously reduced on days 14, 21 and 28, which shows that a preservative system of the samples has strong inhibiting and killing effects on microorganisms and passes a preservative challenge test; the experiment results of samples 1' #, 2' #, 3' #, 6' #and9 ' #afterthe preservative mildew inhibitor without the synergist is added into the smoke glue show that the preservative mildew-proof effect is poor, although the survival quantity of bacteria and fungi is continuously reduced within 28 days, the quantity of the bacteria and the fungi in each sample is more than 0.1 percent of the quantity of the initially added bacteria at the 14 th day, which shows that the preservative system has poor effect of inhibiting and killing microorganisms and cannot pass the challenge test.
The results show that the synergist can effectively improve the sterilization effect of the formula of the antiseptic and mildew inhibitor, and plays an important role in the formula.
Claims (6)
1. The anti-corrosion mildew inhibitor for the cigarette adhesive is characterized in that: the composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight, calculated according to 100 parts by weight: 2-70 parts of antiseptic and mildew-proof active ingredients, 1-30 parts of a synergist and 28-90 parts of a solvent; wherein the synergist is at least one of oxalic acid, sodium oxalate, aspartic acid, sodium aspartate, glutamic acid and sodium glutamate.
2. The antiseptic and mildewproof agent for the cigarette glue according to claim 1, wherein the antiseptic and mildewproof agent comprises: the antiseptic and mildew-proof active ingredient consists of an antiseptic and mildew-proof active ingredient A and/or an antiseptic and mildew-proof active ingredient B;
the antiseptic and mildew-proof active component A is at least one of benzyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, phenoxyisopropanol, dehydroacetic acid, sodium dehydroacetate, benzoic acid, sodium benzoate, cinnamic acid, sodium cinnamate, ethylhexyl glycerol, sorbitan caprylate, glyceryl laurate and glyceryl caprylate;
the antiseptic and mildew-proof active component B is at least one of 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1, 2-diol, iodopropynyl alcohol butyl carbamate, phenethyl alcohol, formic acid, sodium formate, propionic acid, sodium propionate, sorbic acid, sodium sorbate, glycine and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.
3. The antiseptic and mildewproof agent for the cigarette glue according to claim 2, wherein the antiseptic and mildewproof agent comprises: the solvent is water, 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1, 2-propylene glycol, 1, 4-butanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol or 1, 2-hexanediol, and phenoxyethanol.
4. The preparation method of the antiseptic and mildew-proof agent for cigarette glue of claim 1 is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding the antiseptic and mildew-proof active ingredients into a solvent, and stirring until the mixture is clear;
(2) adding a synergist into the mixture, uniformly mixing, and filtering to obtain the preservative and mildew-proof agent for the cigarette adhesive.
5. The method for preparing the preservative and mildewproof agent for the cigarette glue according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the stirring in the step (1) also comprises heating, wherein the heating temperature is 30-40 ℃.
6. The application of the antiseptic and mildew-proof agent for cigarette glue in cigarette glue as claimed in claim 1 is characterized in that: the application is that the preservative and mildew inhibitor for the cigarette adhesive is added into the cigarette adhesive according to 0.1-1% of the mass of the cigarette adhesive.
