The anti-corrosion mildew preventive for the cigarette adhesive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 parts of anti-corrosion and mildew-proof active ingredients, 8 parts of synergistic agent and 90 parts of solvent;
wherein the anti-corrosion and mildew-proof active ingredient consists of 1 part of 2-bromo-2-nitropropane, 0.5 part of formic acid and 0.5 part of sodium cinnamate;
the synergistic agent is oxalic acid;
the solvent is water;
the preparation method of the anti-corrosion mildew preventive for the cigarette adhesive comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding 2-bromo-2-nitropropane, formic acid and sodium cinnamate into water, and stirring at 40 ℃ until the mixture is clear;
(2) Adding oxalic acid into the solution obtained in the step (1), stirring, and filtering with 400-mesh filter cloth.
Example 8
The anti-corrosion mildew preventive for the cigarette adhesive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of anti-corrosion and mildew-proof active ingredients, 2 parts of synergistic agent and 28 parts of solvent;
wherein the anti-corrosion and mildew-proof active ingredient consists of 2 parts of cinnamic acid, 66 parts of phenoxyisopropanol and 2 parts of propionic acid;
the synergistic agent comprises 1.5 parts of glutamic acid and 0.5 part of sodium oxalate;
the solvent is 1, 2-hexanediol;
the preparation method of the anti-corrosion mildew preventive for the cigarette adhesive comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding cinnamic acid, phenoxyisopropanol and propionic acid into 1, 2-hexanediol, and stirring at 40deg.C until it is clear;
(2) Adding glutamic acid and sodium oxalate into the solution in the step (1), stirring, and filtering with 400-mesh filter cloth.
Example 9
The anti-corrosion mildew preventive for the cigarette adhesive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of anti-corrosion and mildew-proof active ingredients, 30 parts of synergistic agent and 50 parts of solvent;
wherein the anti-corrosion and mildew-proof active ingredients consist of 6 parts of glycine, 2 parts of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 10 parts of sodium benzoate and 2 parts of sodium propionate;
the synergistic agent is sodium oxalate;
the solvent is water;
the preparation method of the anti-corrosion mildew preventive for the cigarette adhesive comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding glycine, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, sodium benzoate and sodium propionate into water, and stirring at 40deg.C until the mixture is clear;
(2) Adding sodium oxalate into the solution in the step (1), stirring, and filtering with 400-mesh filter cloth.
Corrosion-resistant and mildew-resistant performance detection
No synergist was added to examples 1 to 3,6 and 9, and the other examples were comparative examples 1 to 3,6 and 9, respectively, which were similar to examples 1 to 3,6 and 9.
The anti-corrosion mildew preventive for the cigarette adhesive is added into the cigarette adhesive according to the mass of 0.1 percent of the cigarette adhesive, and a microorganism challenge test is carried out according to the microorganism anti-corrosion efficacy test standard of United states pharmacopoeia USP27 (51), wherein the test microorganism strains are as follows: (1) bacteria: pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) CGMCC1.2464, escherichia coli (Escherichia coli) ATCC 44102, and Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus) CGMCC 1.0089; (2) fungi: candida albicans (Candida albicans) CGMCC 2.2086 and aspergillus niger (Aspergillus niger) CGMCC 3.3928.
The smoke glue antiseptic and mildew preventive obtained in examples 1-3,6 and 9 are respectively numbered 1#, 2#, 3#, 6#, 9#, the antiseptic and mildew preventive corresponding to comparative examples 1-3,6 and 9 without synergists are respectively numbered 1' #, 2' #, 3' #, 6' #, 9' #, the challenge experiment results are shown in table 1, and the units of the total number of bacteria and the total number of fungi are (cfu/g).

As can be seen from table 1, the cigarette adhesive with 0.1% of each preservative and mildew inhibitor added was as follows in the preservative challenge test: after the smoke adhesive antiseptic mildew inhibitor is added into smoke adhesive products, corresponding samples with the numbers of 1#, 2#, 3#, 6#, and 9#, the number of bacterial fungi in the samples with the numbers of 1#, 2#, 3#, 6#, and 9# isless than 0.1% of the initial bacterial addition amount on the 7 th day, and the number of bacteria and fungi continuously decreases on the 14 th day, 21 th day and 28 th day, which indicates that an antiseptic system of the sample has strong inhibition and killing effects on microorganisms, and passes an antiseptic challenge test; the experimental results show that the anti-corrosion and mildew-proof effects are poor, although the survival numbers of bacteria and fungi are continuously reduced within 28 days, the numbers of the bacteria and fungi in each sample are larger than 0.1% of the initial bacterial addition amount on 14 days, which indicates that the anti-corrosion system has poor effect on inhibiting and killing microorganisms and cannot pass the challenge test.
The results show that the synergistic agent can effectively improve the sterilization effect of the antiseptic and mildew-proof agent formula, and plays an important role in the formula.
Claims (5)
1. An anti-corrosion mildew preventive for cigarette glue is characterized in that: the material consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight: 2-70 parts of anti-corrosion and mildew-proof active ingredients, 1-30 parts of synergistic agent and 28-90 parts of solvent; wherein the synergistic agent is at least one of sodium oxalate, sodium aspartate and sodium glutamate;
the anti-corrosion and mildew-proof active ingredient consists of an anti-corrosion and mildew-proof active ingredient A and/or an anti-corrosion and mildew-proof active ingredient B;
the antiseptic and mildew-proof active ingredient A is at least one of benzyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, phenoxyisopropanol, dehydroacetic acid, sodium dehydroacetate, benzoic acid, sodium benzoate, cinnamic acid, sodium cinnamate, ethylhexyl glycerol, sorbitan octoate, lauric acid glyceride and caprylic acid glyceride;
the anti-corrosion and mildew-proof active ingredient B is at least one of 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1, 2-diol, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, phenethyl alcohol, formic acid, sodium formate, propionic acid, sodium propionate, sorbic acid, sodium sorbate, glycine and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.
2. The antiseptic and mildew-proof agent for cigarette glue according to claim 1, wherein: the solvent is water, 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1, 2-propylene glycol, 1, 4-butanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol or 1, 2-hexanediol, phenoxyethanol.
3. The method for preparing the anti-corrosion and mildew-proof agent for the cigarette adhesive, which is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding the antiseptic and mildew-proof active ingredients into a solvent, and stirring until the mixture is clear;
(2) Adding the synergist into the mixture, uniformly mixing the mixture, and filtering the mixture to obtain the anti-corrosion and mildew-proof agent for the cigarette adhesive.
4. The method for preparing the anti-corrosion and mildew-proof agent for the cigarette adhesive according to claim 3, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the stirring in the step (1) further comprises heating, wherein the heating temperature is 30-40 ℃.

The application of the anti-corrosion and mildew-proof agent for the cigarette adhesive as claimed in claim 1 in the cigarette adhesive, which is characterized in that: the application is that the anti-corrosion and mildew-proof agent for the cigarette adhesive is added into the cigarette adhesive according to the mass of 0.1-1% of the cigarette adhesive.
