本发明公开了一种具有医疗保健功效的含酒精的饮料苁蓉养身酒及其生产方法,让人们借日常饮用之机达到疗疾健身的功效。所述苁蓉养身酒内含草苁蓉、五味子、枸杞子、菟丝子、熟地的有效成分和人体必需的19种氨基酸和维生素,对治疗阳痿、不孕、腰膝冷痛、筋骨无力、大便秘结、眩晕、心悸、失眠、多梦、盗汗、口渴、久咳虚喘、妇女月经不调、崩漏、白带过多等症有明显疗效,还可消炎止痛,养容颜防衰老,增强机体免疫力。

本发明属于一种具有医疗保健功效的含酒精的饮料。
人们饮酒的历史由来已久。因为一些药物的有效成分不易溶于水而易溶于醇,酒又有促进血液循环、提高机体对药物的吸收能力、饮用方便、易于保存的优点,所以也有用酒泡药的喝法,常用的是黄酒。
草苁蓉,五味子,枸杞子,菟丝子,熟地入药在《本草纲目》中均有记载,但中药有熬制不方便,吃时又难以下咽的缺点,人们又习惯于无病不投医,也有单独用酒泡制的,但疗效又不十分明显。
本发明的目的是将草苁蓉与五味子、枸杞子、菟丝子、熟地配伍制成含酒精的饮料,使药效充分发挥,让人们借日常饮用之机,达到疗疾健身的功效。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种生产这种酒的方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下步骤来实现:
(1)、将药材切块或切片,以利有效成分充分浸出;
(2)、按每500g浸泡草苁蓉25—50g,五味子15—35g,枸杞子15—35g,菟丝子5—15g,熟地10—25g的比例将上述药材浸泡在50—60°的纯玉米酒里;
(3)、将上述浸泡液常温密封7—30天。
本发明所述苁蓉养身酒呈透明棕褐色,味醇香有药味,经日立L—8500氨基酸分析仪测定含有19种氨基酸,总含量在221mg/100ml左右,木脂素总含量在1、10%(以五味子乙基计)左右。每100ml中约含门冬氨酸94、37mg,苏氨酸4、42mg,丝氨酸6、12mg;谷氨酸24、99mg,甘氨酸2、03mg,丙氨酸10、45mg,胱氨酸1、23mg,缬氨酸3、91mg,蛋氨酸2、41mg;异亮氨酸2、43mg,亮氨酸2、55mg;酪氨酸1、25mg;苯丙氨酸1、49mg,赖氨酸1、52mg,组氨酸2、79mg;精氨酸6、49mg,脯氨酸50、38mg,牛氨酸0、72mg;氨基丁酸2、97mg,氨8、63mg。每百克约含维生素C7、0mg,维生素A微量,维生素E微量,硫胺素0、005mg;核黄素0、04mg。经药效学试验,具有抑制肝匀浆脂质过氧化作用和淋巴细胞转化作用,对阳萎、不孕、腰膝冷痛、筋骨无力、大便秘结、眩晕、心悸、失眠、多梦、盗汗、口渴、久咳虚喘,妇女月经不调、崩漏、白带过多等症有明显疗效,还可消炎止痛,养容颜防衰老,增强机体免疫力。
本发明下面结合实施例做进一步详述:
将草苁蓉、五味子、枸杞子、菟丝子、熟地分别切碎,然后取草苁蓉300g,五味子250g,枸杞子250g;菟丝子100g,熟地100g浸泡在5000g、52°的纯玉米酒中,置于陶瓷坛,常温密封10天,最好每隔2—3天震摇一次,然后将浸泡液过滤除去药材,再静置沉淀后取上层澄清液即可。
Claims (2)
1、一种苁蓉养身酒,含有草苁蓉、五味子、枸杞子、菟丝子、熟地和纯玉米酒,其特征在于:在50-60°的纯玉米酒中,按每500g酒浸泡草苁蓉25—50g,五味子15—35g,枸杞子15—35g,菟丝子5—15g,熟地10—25g,泡制而成。
2、一种权利要求1所述苁蓉养身酒的生产方法,包括:
(1)、将药材切块或切片;
(2)、按每500g酒浸泡草苁蓉25—50g,五味子15—35g,枸杞子15—35g,菟丝子5—15g,熟地10—25g的比例将上述药材浸泡在50—60°的纯玉米酒里;
(3)、将上述浸泡液常温密封7—30天。
