技术领域
本发明属于胶辊加工技术领域,具体涉及一种胶涂胶装置。
背景技术
胶辊是以金属或其他材料为芯,外覆橡胶经硫化而制成的辊状制品,胶辊一般由外层胶、硬质胶层、金属芯、辊颈和通气孔组成,其加工包括辊芯喷砂、黏合处理、贴胶成型、包布、铁丝缠绕、硫化罐硫化及表面加工等工序。胶辊主要应用于造纸、印染、印刷、粮食加工、冶金、塑料加工等方面。
传统的双辊涂胶机主要由上下涂胶辊及胶槽等组成,下涂胶辊下部浸于胶槽内,上涂胶辊的胶液由下涂胶辊传递,单板从两涂胶辊中间通过时,与涂胶辊接触使辊筒上的胶液涂覆在单板的上下表面,该双辊涂胶机其涂胶量的大小主要根据单板的厚度进而调整上下涂胶辊的间隙,该调节方式为停机手动调节,生产效率低下。

针对上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种胶辊涂胶装置,用以解决背景技术中提到的技术问题。

为了达到上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种胶辊涂胶装置,包括两组对称设置的支架,从上往下的方向上,两组所述支架内壁上依次设有上涂胶辊和下涂胶辊,所述上涂胶辊通过调节组件设置在所述支架内壁上,所述下涂胶辊两端设有压力传感器,所述压力传感器电线连接PLC控制器,所述PLC控制器电线连接所述调节组件。
进一步的改进在于:所述调节组件分为两组,对称设置在所述上涂胶辊的两端,所述调节组件包括设置在支架外部的支撑侧板,所述支撑侧板上设有气缸,所述气缸输出端设有安装件;
所述上涂胶辊的两端分别穿过安装座并延伸到支架的另一端,所述上涂胶辊在支架外部转动连接同侧所述安装件,所述安装座滑动设置在同侧所述支架内,
所述涂胶辊轴承连接所述安装座;

参照图1-4,本实施例公开了一种胶辊涂胶装置,包括两组对称设置的支架1,从上往下的方向上,两组所述支架1内壁上依次设有上涂胶辊2和下涂胶辊3,所述上涂胶辊2通过调节组件4设置在所述支架1内壁上,所述下涂胶辊3两端设有压力传感器12,压力传感器12通过套筒轴承套设在下涂胶辊3上,所述压力传感器12电线连接PLC控制器,所述PLC控制器电线连接所述调节组件4,其中PLC控制器设置在支架1的一侧或外部。
在本实施例中,PLC控制器设定压力为某一范围,当压力传感器12测得压力值不在该范围内,PLC控制器操作调节组件4对上涂胶辊2的位置进行调节。
所述调节组件4分为两组,对称设置在所述上涂胶辊2的两端,所述调节组件4包括设置在支架1外部的支撑侧板401,所述支撑侧板401上设有气缸402,所述气缸402输出端设有安装件403;

所述下涂胶辊3的一端设有驱动组件5,所述驱动组件5包括设置在支架1底部的支撑底板501,所述支撑底板501上设有驱动电机502,所述驱动电机502输出端连接减速电机503,所述减速电机503输出端设有第一齿轮504,所述第一齿轮504通过链条505连接有第二齿轮506,所述第二齿轮506转动连接在所述下涂胶辊3的外侧,且所述第一齿轮504、第二齿轮506和链条505均设置在所述支架1内部。

在本实施例中,可在胶槽6和涂胶箱8表面设有刻度线,便于观察,在胶槽6以及涂胶箱8外部设于输胶泵,从而方便对其进行供料。
传统的涂胶辊的胶液由下涂胶辊传递,其中下涂胶辊的一端连接传动源,下涂胶辊的另一端通过齿轮组件连接上涂胶辊,单板从两涂胶辊中间通过时,与涂胶辊接触使辊筒上的胶液涂覆在单板的上下表面,该涂胶机在涂胶过程中上下表面涂胶的量差距较大,因为单板与上下涂胶辊接触时下接触继续侵在胶槽内,而上涂胶辊与单板接触,从而下涂胶辊的胶液无法传递到上涂胶辊上,从而导致单板的两面涂胶不均,而在本实施例中,单板放在上涂胶辊2和下涂胶辊3之间,下涂胶辊3通过驱动组件5传动,而上涂胶辊2通过单板与两者之间的摩擦力进行传动。
且在本实施例中,PLC控制器可读取胶槽6内的第一液位仪7的读数,即得到下涂胶辊3的用胶量,从而通过第二液位仪9以及调节阀11对涂胶箱8内的出胶量进行调节,使得上涂胶辊2和下涂胶辊3的涂胶量尽可能的相同。
在本实施例中,还包括用于放置单板的升降板,将单板放入到上涂胶辊2与下涂胶辊3时,单板的另一端放置在与单板随行设计的升降板上,即可根据单板的高度调节升降板的高度,从而使得单板在上涂胶辊2与下涂胶辊3之间测得压力较为精准,升降板采用常规的气压杆或液压杆或电动伸缩杆形式进行升降。
本发明的工作流程:操作人员将单板放入到上涂胶辊2和下涂胶辊3之间,下涂胶辊3下方的压力传感器12测得的压力值与设定范围进行对比,当测得的压力值与设定范围不符时,PLC控制器通过升降气缸402带动上涂胶辊2进行移动,移动到检测的压力值与设定范围相符时,此时,开启驱动电机502,驱动电机502转动的同时带动下涂胶辊3转动,由于下涂胶辊3下部浸于胶槽6内,下涂胶辊3转动同时对单板底面进行涂胶;同时,第一液位仪7测得胶槽6内胶水用量,PLC控制器通过控制调节阀11控制涂胶箱8的出胶量,从而使得上涂胶辊2和下涂胶辊3对单板两面所涂的胶量相近。
需要说明的是,在第一液位仪7得出数据前,涂胶箱8开始涂胶量由常规的涂胶量设定。

所述安装座(404)以及齿条(405)对应的部位,所述支架(1)内部呈空心设置,空心结构的比例不小于齿条(405)在齿轮(406)上咬合的距离;
所述支撑侧板(401)上还设有滑杆(407),所述滑杆(407)与所述安装件(403)相连接;

该涂胶装置还包括设置在两组支架(1)顶端的涂胶箱(8),所述涂胶箱(8)内设有第二液位仪(9),所述涂胶箱(8)的底部设有涂胶管(10),所述涂胶管(10)上设有调节阀(11),所述涂胶管(10)上设有多个呈对称设置的涂胶口,所述第二液位仪(9)以及调节阀(11)均电线连接所述PLC控制器;
该涂胶装置还包括用于放置单板的升降板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶辊涂胶装置,其特征在于:所述下涂胶辊(3)的一端设有驱动组件(5),所述驱动组件(5)包括设置在支架1底部的支撑底板(501),所述支撑底板(501)上设有驱动电机(502),所述驱动电机(502)输出端连接减速电机(503),所述减速电机(503)输出端设有第一齿轮(504),所述第一齿轮(504)通过链条(505)连接有第二齿轮(506),所述第二齿轮(506)转动连接在所述下涂胶辊(3)的外侧,且所述第一齿轮(504)、第二齿轮(506)和链条(505)均设置在所述支架(1)内部。
