技术领域
本发明涉及网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，更具体地，涉及油包水水分释放型化妆品组合物填充于在上部安装有网格网的化妆品容器中的网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，上述油包水水分释放型化妆品组合物包含：油相部，包含混合乳化剂、蜡以及油，上述混合乳化剂由主乳化剂与辅助乳化剂组合形成，上述主乳化剂由鲸蜡基聚乙二醇/聚丙二醇-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷以及聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚乙二醇-10/15交联聚合物组成，上述辅助乳化剂为选自由月桂基聚乙二醇-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、月桂基聚乙二醇-10三(三甲基甲硅烷氧基)甲硅烷基乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷以及失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯组成的组中的一种以上；水相部，包含水；以及粉体部，包含中空结构光泽颜料。
背景技术
彩妆化妆品的组合物用于遮盖皮肤缺陷或将人体装扮得美丽。涂敷于皮肤时，若轻柔地擦拭，皮肤紧贴性及化妆效果应当良好，经过一段时间后不应油滑，应保持对皮肤的稳定性。
通常，广为人知的彩妆化妆品组合物由乳化型、粉末型、油分散型。粉末型过于干燥，而油分散型含有大量的蜡，给人带来沉重的使用感，具有化妆时感觉憋闷的缺点。
乳化型化妆品组合物形态大体分为水包油型(O/W)和油包水型(W/O)，水包油型(O/W)在用于彩妆化妆品时，由于耐水性降低，易于脱妆，含有粉体时，具有降低紧贴感的缺点。
油包水型(W/O)霜类由于外相是油，因此化妆持续性和耐水性非常优秀，但因为油而带来沉重且憋闷的使用感，具有乳化物的长期稳定性低下的问题。并且，因粉体导致皮肤中油、水分平衡的破坏，皮肤变得更加干燥，或者皮脂分泌增加而恶化皮肤状态。
油、水分平衡的调节对皮肤非常重要。尤其是水分不足时，皮肤干燥而易于产生角质，从而发生皮肤问题。
近来，水珠化妆品作为用于提供水分的化妆品受到消费者的青睐。所谓水珠型化妆品，是指涂敷于皮肤时，化妆品内包含的水分释放到外部，能够在皮肤上形成水珠来向皮肤补充充分的水分的化妆品。
韩国公开专利第10-2011-0048899号涉及“水分瞬间释放型高含水油包水型粉底霜组合物及其制备方法”，公开了如下粉底霜组合物：在油包水型粉底霜乳液中提高内部水相含量，涂敷于皮肤时，随着乳滴的破碎，内部的水相也立即释放，给皮肤带来清凉感。但是，这样的高含水油包水水分释放型制品的情况下，不仅会因水分蒸发而发生裂纹、收缩等，还具有使用感变化的问题。为了解决这些问题，开发了使用蜡等作为固体成分来提高剂型稳定性，从而使组合物内成分分离现象最小化的水珠固体油包水型化妆品组合物(参照韩国授权专利第10-1813222号)。
最近，开发了一种将化妆品组合物含浸于由发泡氨基甲酸乙酯或丁腈橡胶(NBR)泡棉等形成的含浸材料的形态的气垫片或气垫化妆品(参照韩国授权专利第10-1159877号)。这些气垫化妆品能够轻便地携带并使用具有流动性的剂型的化妆品材料，因此在化妆品业界颇具人气。
然而，在海绵类型的气垫化妆品的情况下，若含浸使用蜡等固化剂的水珠油包水型化妆品组合物，不仅因堵塞海绵的气孔而不易排出，而且，因固体的缘故，不可能进行含浸。
于是，本发明人为了克服上述现有技术的问题而多次努力研究，其结果，开发出如下油包水水分释放型化妆品组合物：减少化妆品组合物内相的水分含量来确保产品的稳定度，通过与安装于网格网的气垫化妆品容器结合，使化妆品组合物通过网格网均匀排出，同时仍保持爆水效果，具有优秀的彩妆和低含水效果。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明即为解决上述现有技术的问题而提出，开发出如下化妆品组合物并完成本发明：与已商用化的现有普通剂型不同，在油包水型剂型中，虽然内相的量很少，但含有作为水分释放效果突出的固体相化妆品材料的具有中空结构的光泽颜料，通过调节对化妆品所含油相的吸油力，确保硬度、爆水程度、稳定性。
因此，本发明的目的在于，提供兼备顺应消费者提高的品质标准的彩妆效果和稳定性的差别化的化妆品组合物及将其填充于网格类型气垫化妆品容器的网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品。
解决问题的方案
根据本发明的一实施方式，提供一种网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，包括：容器本体，用于收容化妆品组合物；化妆品容器，在上述容器本体的上部安装有网格网；以及化妆品组合物，填充在上述化妆品容器中，其中所述网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品为油包水水分释放型化妆品组合物，包含：油相部，包含混合乳化剂、蜡以及油，上述混合乳化剂由主乳化剂与辅助乳化剂组合形成，上述主乳化剂由鲸蜡基聚乙二醇/聚丙二醇-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷以及聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚乙二醇-10/15交联聚合物组成，上述辅助乳化剂为选自由月桂基聚乙二醇-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、月桂基聚乙二醇-10三(三甲基甲硅烷氧基)甲硅烷基乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷以及失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯组成的组中的一种以上；水相部，包含水；以及粉体部，包含中空结构光泽颜料。
在本发明中，所谓“网格类型的气垫化妆品”是与现有的“海绵类型气垫化妆品”相对的，化妆品组合物不含浸在海绵中，而是只位于网格网的下部，通过具有沿上下方向弹性的网格网给予气垫感，具有使用手指或粉扑按压就使下部的化妆品组合物通过网格网的网格排出的结构(参照韩国公开实用新型第20-2015-0000973号、第20-2016-0002585号，韩国授权专利第10-1541396号)。
在本发明中，提供一种网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其中所述化妆品组合物为水相部的含量为25重量百分比～45重量百分比的低含水的油包水水分释放型化妆品组合物。与现有的高含水水珠化妆品剂型不同，本发明的油包水型化妆品组合物具有内相的量虽少但水分释放效果突出的特征。
在本发明中，优选地，以组合物的总重量为基准，上述化妆品组合物可以包含35重量百分比～60重量百分比的油相部、25重量百分比～45重量百分比水相部以及5重量百分比～25重量百分比的粉体部。例如，在上述化妆品组合物中，上述油相部可以包3含重量百分比～8重量百分比的混合乳化剂、15重量百分比～25重量百分比的有机紫外线阻断剂、5重量百分比～15重量百分比的蜡、10重量百分比～20重量百分比的油，上述粉体部可以包含2重量百分比～8重量百分比的彩色颜料及体质颜料、3重量百分比～15重量百分比的无机紫外线阻断剂及0.5重量百分比～4重量百分比的中空结构光泽颜料，上述水相部可以包含剩余量。
在本发明中，提供一种网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其中所述粉体部的中空结构光泽颜料是在板状薄片基材上涂敷金属氧化物后通过酸处理及碱处理来去除位于中心的板状薄片而制成的。上述中空结构光泽颜料的制备方法参照韩国公开专利第10-2017-0055580号，其内容包括在本说明书中。
在本发明实施例中，使用中空性(空心的)白珠光粉(组合：二氧化钛(TitaniumDioxide)(96％)、氧化锡(Tin Oxide)(1％)、二氧化硅(Silica)(3％))作为中空结构光泽颜料，其分布于W/S类型(type)的外相中，一旦水珠类型的固体膏破裂，随着内相的水的爆出，分布于外相的白珠光粉瞬间吸收这些水，显出白色(珍珠色)的水珠。
在本发明中，中空结构光泽颜料的优点如下：白珠光粉的形态为中空的，相比于其他粉，可以感受到完成的剂型的油感，使用二氧化硅处理表面的形态而提高吸油力，可以由此提高化妆时的紧贴力，比起过去使用的二氧化钛基材，不仅具有非常轻柔的使用感，而且由于白珠光粉的大部分为二氧化钛，因此还具有防晒(Sun boosting)的效果。
在本发明实施例中，在以相同的处方添加本发明中空性珠光粉和(非中空性)珠光粉和非涂料二氧化钛(Non-coating TiO2)来观察形成白色水珠(white drop)的程度时，可以确认相比于本发明使用的中空性珠光粉，(非中空性)珠光粉和非涂料二氧化钛的白色(white)的鲜明度及爆水现象显著降低(参照图5)。也许这是因为存在于外相的中空性珠光粉与非中空性相比，能够更好的吸收内相的水，从而增加形成水珠的现象。
在本发明中，提供一种网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其中所述蜡包含选自由小烛树蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、蜂蜡、30-45烷基聚甲基硅氧烷、C30-45烷基聚二甲基硅氧烷、C30-45烷基二甲基甲硅烷基聚丙基倍半硅氧烷、纯地蜡、聚乙烯、地蜡以及肉豆蔻酸肉豆蔻酯组成的组中的一种以上。
在本发明中，蜡起到固化剂的作用，通过形成蜡-凝胶网络，不仅能够安全地保管内相的水分，还能在施加压力时使分布于外相的中空结构光泽颜料吸收水分并向网格外排出形成白色水珠(参照图4)。
在本发明中，提供一种网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其中所述油包含选自由环聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、苯基三甲硅油、聚异丁烯、角鲨烷、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、辛基十二醇、碳酸二辛酯、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、橄榄油、澳洲坚果油组成的组中的一种以上。
在本发明中，提供一种网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其中所述水相部还包含保湿剂、增稠剂及添加剂中的一种以上。上述保湿剂可以包含例如甘油、聚甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇等，上述增稠剂可以包含例如卡波姆、黄原胶等。
在本发明中，提供一种网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其中所述粉体部还包含体质颜料、彩色颜料以及无机紫外线阻断剂中的一种以上。上述体质颜料可以包含例如滑石粉、云母、绢云母、二氧化硅、碳酸钙、高岭土等，彩色颜料可以包含例如黄色氧化铁、红色氧化铁、黑色氧化铁等，无机紫外线阻断剂可以包含二氧化钛、氧化锌等。
在本发明中，提供一种网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其中所述网格网具有0.1mm～2mm的孔隙尺寸，优选地，具有0.5mm～1.5mm的孔隙尺寸，最优选地，具有1.0mm的孔隙尺寸。只有具有上述范围的孔隙尺寸，才能在内容物通过网格排出时使内容物与水适当地混合并爆出。若孔隙尺寸过小，则会发生内容物不排出而只有水爆出的现象，若孔隙尺寸过大，则会因化妆品组合物流出过多而污染化妆品容器(参照图6)。
在本发明中，提供一种网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其特征在于，当用手指或粉扑按压上述网格网时，位于其下的化妆品组合物的固体膏破碎，内相的水爆出，同时，分布于外相的中空结构光泽颜料瞬间吸收爆出的水形成白色(珍珠色)的水珠并向网格网上渗出。

根据本发明，上述化妆品组合物虽然内相的含油量少，但水分释放效果优秀，在长期保存或在温度变化时也能够保持原有性状，加强保存稳定性及剂型的稳定性，可以解决现有的高含水油包水水分释放型产品在水分蒸发时使用感变糟的问题。并且，还具有如下效果：与网格类型气垫化妆品容器结合，具有使用手指或粉扑按压网格网时，位于其下的化妆品组合物的固体膏破碎，随着内相的水的爆出，分布于外相的白珠光粉瞬间吸收爆出的水形成白色(珍珠色)的水珠并向网格网上渗出。因此，可以给使用人员带来不仅是实质性的还是可视性的优秀的水珠效果。

具体实施方式
以下，通过实施例更详细地说明本发明。但这些实施例仅用于例示本发明，并且本发明的范围不限于这些实施例。
实施例1至实施例5及比较例1至比较例4：化妆品组合物的制备
在下述表1的成分中，在80℃的状态下，完全加温溶解油相A(蜡)+B(乳化剂)+C(油)、紫外线阻断剂B(有机紫外线阻断剂)。粉碎处理的粉A(彩色颜料、体质颜料)+紫外线阻断剂A(无机紫外线阻断剂)投入完全溶解的油相后进行搅拌分散。在80℃的状态下，完全加温溶解水相A(保湿剂、添加剂)+B(纯化水)。将准备好的水相慢慢投入混合有粉的油相部进行乳化。乳化后投入粉B(中空结构光泽颜料等)使其均匀分散。在粉B中，与实施例的中空结构光泽颜料(CQV公司的PT-9001K)作比较的比较例的珠光粉A及B为平均粒径为12μm及24μm的珠光颜料，非涂料二氧化钛A及B为平均粒径为0.2μm及0.3μm的二氧化钛。

制备例1：网格类型气垫化妆品的制备
根据上述实施例及比较例制备的化妆品组合物为固体膏剂型的内容物，因此在70℃～80℃的高温下填充于安装有网格网的化妆品容器来制备网格类型的气垫化妆品。图1a及图1b示出安装有将用于本发明的网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品的网格的化妆品容器的一例(100：化妆品容器，110：容器本体，120：网格网)。可以在图1a及图1b所示的化妆品容器100的容器本体110填充化妆品组合物后，在上面安装网格网120来制备网格类型气垫化妆品。图2为本发明的网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品的照片，可以明显地看到按压网格网时的白色(珍珠色)的水珠。
实验例1：根据珠光颜料种类的水珠效果比较
根据上述实施例制备化妆品组合物的结果，可以确认显出油观相的水珠效果。图4为示出本发明的油包水水分释放型化妆品组合物的内容物剖面的照片。
为了比较根据珠光颜料的种类的水珠效果，以乳化剂充分起作用而分散稳定度高的实施例3为基准，除中空结构光泽颜料外，以珠光粉A、珠光粉B、非涂料二氧化钛A、非涂料二氧化碳B各1％的基准实施相同的工序后，在80℃的条件下将内容物填充到铝盘，在室温下使内容物凝固后，刮削表面来观察白色水珠的形成程度。
图5为以相同的处方添加本发明中空性珠光粉和(非中空性)珠光粉和非涂料二氧化钛来比较观察形成白色水珠的程度的照片。其结果，白色水珠形成的程度依次为中空结构光泽颜料＞珠光粉＞非涂料二氧化钛，中空结构光泽颜料非常明显，珠光粉虽然也显出这种现象，但微乎其微，在非涂料二氧化钛中没有显出白色水珠。
实验例2：根据网格尺寸及形态的水珠效果比较
为了最大限度地表现本剂型的水分释放特性，并在使用网格网覆盖上部的情况下使该效果最大化，观察根据网格尺寸及形态的白色水珠的程度。网格的形态研究了从肉眼无法确认尺寸的丝袜网格网到单层、双层、压纹等形态，采用尺寸为0.1mm～2mm的网格。
以内容物和白色水珠能否均匀排出为评价标准，通过肉眼及使用性测试来评价。
图6a至图6h为在本发明的网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品中比较观察根据网格尺寸的水珠效果的照片。在图6a至图6h中，1表示孔隙尺寸为1mm的单层网格，2表示孔隙尺寸为0.1mm的单层网格，3表示孔隙尺寸为0.1mm的双层网格，4表示孔隙尺寸为0.5mm的单层网格，5表示孔隙尺寸为2mm的厚的式样的网格，6表示孔隙尺寸为2mm的压纹形态的网格。
实验结果，从网格的形态来看，单层网格形态非常优秀，网格越厚，越是双层，内容物排出量越少，不适于用作彩妆化妆品。并且，网格网越密，内容物越不排出，只有白色水珠向网格外排出从而降低化妆效果，而网格网越大，内容物排出的越多，涂于脸上的量越多，不适于用作彩妆化妆品。在图6a至图6h中，1号网格在形成白色水珠时，内容物和爆出的水最均匀地向网格(mesh)外部排出，而4号网格虽稍逊于1号网格，但内容物和水也算排出得好的。以上述评价为基础，可以确认当网格是具有弹力并且孔隙尺寸为0.5mm～1.5mm的单层网格的网格形态时，最适合形成均匀的内容物排出和白色水珠的形成。
虽然参照上述实施例说明了本发明，但这些实施例不过是例示，应该理解的是，本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以通过这些实施例实施多种变形及同等的其他实施例。因此，本发明真正的技术保护范围应由随附的发明要求保护范围的技术事项来定义。

Claims (9)
1.一种网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，包括：容器本体，用于收容化妆品组合物；化妆品容器，在上述容器本体的上部安装有网格网；以及化妆品组合物，填充在上述化妆品容器中，其中所述网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品为油包水水分释放型化妆品组合物，包含：
油相部，包含混合乳化剂、蜡以及油，上述混合乳化剂由主乳化剂与辅助乳化剂组合形成，上述主乳化剂由鲸蜡基聚乙二醇/聚丙二醇-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷以及聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚乙二醇-10/15交联聚合物组成，上述辅助乳化剂为选自由月桂基聚乙二醇-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、月桂基聚乙二醇-10三(三甲基甲硅烷氧基)甲硅烷基乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷以及失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯组成的组中的一种以上；
水相部，包含水；以及
粉体部，包含中空结构光泽颜料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其中所述化妆品组合物为水相部的含量为25重量百分比～45重量百分比的低含水的油包水水分释放型化妆品组合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其中所述粉体部的中空结构光泽颜料是在板状薄片基材上涂敷金属氧化物后通过酸处理及碱处理来去除位于中心的板状薄片而制成的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其中所述蜡包含选自由小烛树蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、蜂蜡、30-45烷基聚甲基硅氧烷、C30-45烷基聚二甲基硅氧烷、C30-45烷基二甲基甲硅烷基聚丙基倍半硅氧烷、纯地蜡、聚乙烯、地蜡以及肉豆蔻酸肉豆蔻酯组成的组中的一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其中所述油包含选自由环聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、苯基三甲硅油、聚异丁烯、角鲨烷、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、辛基十二醇、碳酸二辛酯、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、橄榄油、澳洲坚果油组成的组中的一种以上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其中所述水相部还包含保湿剂、增稠剂及添加剂中的一种以上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其中所述粉体部还包含体质颜料、彩色颜料以及紫外线阻断剂中的一种以上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其中所述网格网具有0.5mm～1.5mm的孔隙尺寸。
9.根据权利要求1所述的网格类型的水分释放型气垫化妆品，其中，当用手指或粉扑按压上述网格网时，位于其下的化妆品组合物的固体膏破碎，内相的水爆出，同时，分布于外相的中空结构光泽颜料瞬间吸收爆出的水形成白色，即珍珠色的水珠，并向网格网上渗出。
