Abstract
The invention discloses a compound microbial agent for preventing and treating diseases and application thereof, relating to the technical field of microbial agents and comprising the following components: the compound microbial agent is prepared from bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis, rhodobacter palustris, bacillus mucilaginosus, bifidobacterium, phanerochaete chrysosporium, lactobacillus, streptomyces jingyangensis, a stabilizer, chitosan modified bentonite, trace elements and potassium fulvate, can effectively prevent and treat plant root diseases, has a very outstanding prevention and treatment effect, and can be widely applied to agricultural production; the bio-organic fertilizer prepared by the composite microbial inoculum can condition soil, activate the activity rate of microorganisms in the soil, overcome soil hardening, increase air permeability of the soil, prevent and treat various fungal diseases and bacterial diseases and inhibit viral diseases.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of microbial agents, in particular to a compound microbial agent for preventing and treating diseases and application thereof.
Background
Plant diseases are one of the important factors for restricting the high quality and high yield of crops. It is estimated that the average loss of major crops worldwide amounts to about 10-15% of the total yield, with direct economic losses of up to billions of dollars per year. Plant diseases not only directly cause the reduction of crop yield and quality, but also can secrete and generate a plurality of toxins and metabolites harmful to human and livestock in the process of infecting crops by partial pathogenic bacteria, thereby forming a great threat to the safety of agricultural products. Among various diseases, the root diseases of crops are always the headache which troubles farmers, and the occurrence of the root diseases can directly cause the problems of serious seedling shortage, seedling death, short seedling, uneven seedling emergence and the like, directly influences the crop yield and causes great economic loss.
At present, the prevention and the treatment of diseases are mainly based on chemical agents, and the chemical agents have the advantage of good quick-acting property. However, the long-term use of chemical pesticide has not only the killing and poisoning effect on pests, but also the large amount of chemical pesticide, which causes the pesticide to gradually accumulate in the environment, especially in the soil, and causes the problem of pesticide pollution to the environment. Prevention of pesticide contamination has become a concern in many countries of the world today. The use of pesticides is closely related to agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and the like, and therefore, the pollution of the pesticides to soil is one of important environmental problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a compound microbial agent for preventing and treating diseases and application thereof, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a compound microbial agent for preventing and treating diseases comprises the following components in parts by weight:
4-12 parts of bacillus subtilis, 2-6 parts of bacillus licheniformis, 1-5 parts of rhodobacter palustris, 3-7 parts of bacillus mucilaginosus, 5-9 parts of bifidobacterium, 1-4 parts of phanerochaete chrysosporium, 6-11 parts of lactic acid bacteria, 1-4 parts of streptomyces jingyangensis, 2-4 parts of a stabilizer, 7-15 parts of chitosan modified bentonite, 0.5-2 parts of trace elements and 50-60 parts of potassium fulvate.
As a further scheme of the invention: the compound microbial agent for preventing and treating diseases comprises the following components in parts by weight:
6-10 parts of bacillus subtilis, 3-5 parts of bacillus licheniformis, 2-4 parts of rhodobacter palustris, 4-6 parts of bacillus mucilaginosus, 6-8 parts of bifidobacterium, 2-3 parts of phanerochaete chrysosporium, 8-10 parts of lactic acid bacteria, 2-3 parts of streptomyces jingyangensis, 3-4 parts of a stabilizer, 9-12 parts of chitosan modified bentonite, 1-1.5 parts of trace elements and 53-57 parts of potassium fulvate.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the compound microbial agent for preventing and treating diseases comprises the following components in parts by weight:
