Abstract
The invention discloses a method for prolonging the normal-temperature storage period of compost tea and a special protective agent thereof. The method for prolonging the storage period of the compost tea at normal temperature comprises the following steps: adding sodium diacetate, calcium propionate and glycerol monolaurate into the compost tea, and preserving the obtained mixed system. The mass ratio of the sodium diacetate, the calcium propionate to the glycerol monolaurate to the compost tea is (0.1-0.3): (0.2-0.3): (0.3-0.5): 100. the method and the compost tea protective agent can prolong the shelf life of compost tea at normal temperature, thereby improving the shelf life of the compost tea and promoting the sustainable application of compost tea technology and products in agriculture in China.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of compost tea preservation, in particular to a method for prolonging the normal-temperature preservation period of compost tea and a special protective agent thereof.
Background
The compost tea is a leaching liquor obtained by fermenting decomposed compost in water, and can maximally extract microbial communities, functional substances and nutrients in the compost. A large number of documents prove that the compost tea contains a large number of nutrients, beneficial microorganisms and metabolites, can meet the nutritional requirements of crops, and can inhibit various diseases such as blight, damping-off, powdery mildew and the like. The compost tea is an agricultural liquid biological product, can be applied as fertilizer or pesticide by root system drip irrigation or foliage spraying through water and fertilizer integrated equipment, can also be used as a soilless culture nutrient solution, and is particularly suitable for organic agricultural planting. The compound property is strong, and special agricultural products can be developed by adding nutrient substances, biological stimulants and other bioactive substances according to different production requirements.
However, the application of the compost tea in agriculture in China is still limited at present, mainly because the compost tea is rich in microorganisms, active metabolites are easy to deteriorate and need to be prepared for use, the agricultural intensification degree in China needs to be improved, and the application of the technology in agricultural systems in China is influenced to a certain extent.
Disclosure of Invention
The method and the protective agent can prolong the quality guarantee period of the compost tea at normal temperature, thereby improving the shelf life of the compost tea and promoting the sustainable application of compost tea technology and products in agriculture in China.
The invention provides a method for prolonging the storage period of compost tea under the normal temperature condition, which comprises the following steps: adding sodium diacetate, calcium propionate and glycerol monolaurate into the compost tea, and preserving the obtained mixed system.
In the above method, the mass ratio of the sodium diacetate, the calcium propionate, the glycerol monolaurate and the compost tea may be (0.1-0.3): (0.2-0.3): (0.3-0.5): 100, preferably (0.1 to 0.3): (0.2-0.3): (0.4-0.5): 100, more preferably (0.1 to 0.3): (0.2-0.3): 0.5: 100, more preferably (0.1 to 0.3): 0.3: 0.5: 100, such as 0.3: 0.3: 0.5: 100.
in the above method, there is no limitation on the form of addition of sodium diacetate and calcium propionate as long as sodium diacetate and calcium propionate are dissolved in the compost tea according to solubility.

In the above-mentioned method, there is no limitation on the form of addition of glycerol monolaurate as long as it is dissolved in an appropriate solvent according to solubility and added to the compost tea.
For example, the glycerol monolaurate may be added as an organic solution of the glycerol monolaurate; the mass concentration of the organic solution of the glycerol monolaurate can be 50%, and the solvent can be ethanol.
The invention provides a first compost tea protective agent, which comprises the following components in independent packages:
a) sodium diacetate or an aqueous solution thereof; and the combination of (a) and (b),
b) calcium propionate or an aqueous solution thereof; and the combination of (a) and (b),
c) glycerol monolaurate or an organic solution thereof.
In the compost tea protective agent, the mass concentration of the sodium diacetate aqueous solution can be 10%;
the mass concentration of the aqueous solution of calcium propionate can be 10%;
the mass concentration of the organic solution of the glycerol monolaurate can be 50%, and the solvent is ethanol.
The second compost tea protective agent provided by the invention consists of sodium diacetate, calcium propionate, glycerol monolaurate and a solvent.
In the compost tea protective agent, the mass ratio of the sodium diacetate, the calcium propionate and the glycerol monolaurate can be (0.1-0.3): (0.2-0.3): (0.3 to 0.5), preferably (0.1 to 0.3): (0.2-0.3): (0.4 to 0.5), more preferably (0.1 to 0.3): (0.2-0.3): 0.5, more preferably (0.1 to 0.3): 0.3: 0.5, such as 0.3: 0.3: 0.5.

The invention provides a method for prolonging the storage period of compost tea at normal temperature, which comprises the following steps: adding sodium diacetate, calcium propionate and glycerol monolaurate into the compost tea, and preserving the obtained mixed system. The method and the protective agent which can prolong the shelf life of the compost tea under the normal temperature condition are explored through screening and compounding, so that the shelf life of the compost tea is prolonged, and the sustainable application of the compost tea technology and products in agriculture in China is promoted. Preferably, the mass ratio of the sodium diacetate, the calcium propionate, the glycerol monolaurate and the compost tea is (0.1-0.3): (0.2-0.3): (0.3-0.5): 100.

Materials, reagents and the like used in the following examples are commercially available unless otherwise specified.
Example 1 extension of shelf life of compost tea at ambient temperature
The compost tea protective agent is prepared according to the following steps and is used for prolonging the storage period of compost tea under normal temperature conditions:
(1) preparing sodium diacetate mother liquor: weighing 100 g of sodium diacetate, adding 1000 g of deionized water, preparing 10% sodium diacetate mother liquor, and storing at normal temperature;
(2) preparation of calcium propionate mother liquor: weighing 100 g of calcium carbonate, adding 1000 g of deionized water, preparing a 10% calcium carbonate mother solution, and storing at normal temperature;
(3) preparation of glycerol monolaurate mother liquor: weighing 500 g of calcium carbonate, adding 1000 g of absolute ethyl alcohol, preparing 50% glycerol monolaurate mother liquor, and storing at normal temperature.
(4) Preparing compost tea: mixing organic fertilizer fully decomposed by chicken manure and mushroom residue after composting for 60 days with dechlorinated tap water at a ratio of 1:8, blowing oxygen by 6-channel sepiolite at a blowing frequency of 5min/3h, and fermenting for 48 h.
(5) 50kg of the total amount of the compost tea fermented for 48 hours after being filtered by a 50-mesh sieve, adding 1.0kg of sodium diacetate mother liquor, 1.0kg of calcium propionate mother liquor and 0.4kg of glycerol monolaurate mother liquor, uniformly mixing, canning into 3 plastic barrels of 15L, sealing and storing in a cool and dry place, and simultaneously carrying out 3 blank treatments (without adding a protective agent). Whether each replicate was bloated was observed at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months of storage, and 5mL samples were shaken up to determine the effect of each replicate on the germination rate and germination vigor of cucumber seeds (table 1). As can be seen from the table 1, the problem of flatulence of 3 treatments added with the protective agent is obviously reduced compared with the treatment without the protective agent, and the germination rate and germination potential experimental results of the compost tea on cucumber seeds also prove that the germination rate and germination potential of the treatments added with the protective agent are also obviously higher than those of the treatments not added with the protective agent, and the antiseptic protective agent obviously reduces the toxic and harmful effects of toxic and harmful substances generated by fermentation of putrefying bacteria on the cucumber seeds, thereby indicating that the preservative protective agent can effectively prolong the shelf life of the compost tea.

(2) preparation of calcium propionate mother liquor: weighing 100 g of calcium carbonate, adding 1000 g of deionized water, preparing a 10% calcium carbonate mother solution, and storing at normal temperature;
(3) preparation of glycerol monolaurate mother liquor: weighing 500 g of calcium carbonate, adding 1000 g of absolute ethyl alcohol, preparing 50% glycerol monolaurate mother liquor, and storing at normal temperature.
(4) Preparing compost tea: mixing organic fertilizer fully decomposed by composting tomato seedlings, mushroom residues and chicken manure for 45 days with dechlorinated tap water in a ratio of 1:5, blowing oxygen by 6-channel sepiolite with a blowing frequency of 5min/3h, and fermenting for 48 h.
(5) 50kg of the compost tea fermented for 48 hours is filtered by a 50-mesh sieve, then added with 0.5kg of sodium diacetate mother liquor, 1.5kg of calcium propionate mother liquor and 0.5kg of glycerol monolaurate mother liquor, mixed evenly, canned in 3 plastic barrels of 15L, sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, and simultaneously subjected to 3 blank treatments (without adding a protective agent). Whether each replicate was bloated or absorbed was observed at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months of storage, respectively, and 5mL samples were shaken well to determine the effect of each replicate on germination rate and germination potential of cucumber seeds (table 2). As can be seen from the table 2, the problem of flatulence of 3 treatments added with the protective agent is obviously reduced compared with the treatment without the protective agent, and the germination rate and germination potential experimental results of the compost tea on cucumber seeds also prove that the germination rate and germination potential of the treatments added with the protective agent are obviously higher than those of treatments not added with the protective agent, and the antiseptic protective agent obviously reduces the toxic action of toxic and harmful substances generated by fermentation of putrefying bacteria on the cucumber seeds, thereby indicating that the preservative protective agent can effectively prolong the shelf life of the compost tea.

(2) preparation of calcium propionate mother liquor: weighing 100 g of calcium carbonate, adding 1000 g of deionized water, preparing a 10% calcium carbonate mother solution, and storing at normal temperature;
(3) preparation of glycerol monolaurate mother liquor: weighing 500 g of calcium carbonate, adding 1000 g of absolute ethyl alcohol, preparing 50% glycerol monolaurate mother liquor, and storing at normal temperature.
(4) Preparing compost tea: mixing bio-organic fertilizer produced by Tianjin Kun He Biotechnology group Limited with dechlorinated tap water at a ratio of 1:5, blowing oxygen with 6-channel sepiolite at a blowing frequency of 5min/3h, and fermenting for 48 h.
(5) 50kg of the total amount of the fermented 48-hour compost tea after being filtered by a 50-mesh filter is added with 1.5kg of sodium diacetate mother liquor, 1.25kg of calcium propionate mother liquor and 0.3kg of glycerol monolaurate mother liquor, the mixture is uniformly mixed and canned in 3 plastic barrels of 15L, and the mixture is hermetically stored in a cool and dry place and is subjected to 3 blank treatments (without adding a protective agent). Whether each replicate was bloated or systemically was observed at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months of storage, respectively, and 5mL of samples were shaken to determine the effect of each replicate on seed germination rate and seed germination vigor (table 3). (1) preparing sodium diacetate mother liquor: weighing 100 g of sodium diacetate, adding 1000 g of deionized water, preparing 10% sodium diacetate mother liquor, and storing at normal temperature;
(2) preparation of calcium propionate mother liquor: weighing 100 g of calcium carbonate, adding 1000 g of deionized water, preparing a 10% calcium carbonate mother solution, and storing at normal temperature;
(3) preparation of glycerol monolaurate mother liquor: weighing 500 g of calcium carbonate, adding 1000 g of absolute ethyl alcohol, preparing 50% glycerol monolaurate mother liquor, and storing at normal temperature.
(4) Preparing compost tea: mixing bio-organic fertilizer produced by Tianjin Kun He Biotechnology group Limited with dechlorinated tap water at a ratio of 1:5, blowing oxygen with 6-channel sepiolite at a blowing frequency of 5min/3h, and fermenting for 48 h.
(5) After the compost tea fermented for 48 hours is filtered by a 50-mesh sieve, sodium diacetate, calcium propionate and glycerol monolaurate mother liquor are added according to the experimental design shown in table 4 (the adding amounts of the sodium diacetate, the calcium propionate and the glycerol monolaurate in table 4 are all the mass percentage contents of the compost tea), the compost tea is uniformly mixed and canned in a small sealed plastic barrel, the small sealed plastic barrel is hermetically stored in a cool and dry place, the mixture is uniformly shaken and sampled for 5mL after being stored for 12 months, the influence of each repetition on the germination vigor of cucumber seeds is measured, and variance analysis is carried out (table 5) to evaluate the preservative effect of different preservative ratios on the compost tea. From table 5, it can be seen that the seed germination potentials are significantly different among different treatments, which indicates that the preservative effect of the compost tea is significant by adding the protective agent, 3 components of sodium diacetate, calcium propionate and glycerol monolaurate have certain preservative effect, and the preservative effect is best when 3 components are compounded.

Claims (10)
1. A method for prolonging the storage period of compost tea at normal temperature comprises the following steps: adding sodium diacetate, calcium propionate and glycerol monolaurate into the compost tea, and preserving the obtained mixed system.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the sodium diacetate, the calcium propionate to the glycerol monolaurate to the compost tea is (0.1-0.3): (0.2-0.3): (0.3-0.5): 100.
3. the method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the sodium diacetate is added as an aqueous solution thereof; the mass concentration of the sodium diacetate water solution is 10 percent; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein: the glycerol monolaurate is added in the form of its organic solution; the mass concentration of the organic solution of the glycerol monolaurate is 50%, and the solvent is ethanol.
5. A compost tea protectant comprising, each separately packaged:
a) sodium diacetate or an aqueous solution thereof; and the combination of (a) and (b),
b) calcium propionate or an aqueous solution thereof; and the combination of (a) and (b),
c) glycerol monolaurate or an organic solution thereof.
6. A compost tea protectant as claimed in claim 5 wherein: the mass concentration of the sodium diacetate water solution is 10 percent;
the mass concentration of the aqueous solution of the calcium propionate is 10 percent;
the mass concentration of the organic solution of the glycerol monolaurate is 50%, and the solvent is ethanol.
7. A compost tea protectant comprises sodium diacetate, calcium propionate, glycerol monolaurate and solvent.
8. A compost tea protectant as claimed in claim 7 wherein: the mass ratio of the sodium diacetate, the calcium propionate and the glycerol monolaurate is (0.1-0.3): (0.2-0.3): (0.3-0.5).
9. A method of extending the shelf life of compost tea at ambient conditions using a compost tea protectant as claimed in any of claims 5-8, comprising the steps of: and adding the compost tea protective agent into compost tea, and preserving the obtained mixed system.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein: the mass ratio of the sodium diacetate, the calcium propionate to the glycerol monolaurate to the compost tea is (0.1-0.3): (0.2-0.3): (0.3-0.5): 100.
