When the second cylinder 11 continues to move, the parallel plate capacitor 12 touches the second switch 10, the PLC controller enables the second cylinder 11 to drive the parallel plate capacitor 12 to move reversely, the parallel plate capacitor 12 returns to the position above the conveyor belt 13, and meanwhile, the PLC controller turns off the exhaust fan 6 and starts the first cylinder 3. The electrode switch 9 is again touched during the reverse movement of the parallel plate capacitor 12, restoring the electrode orientation.
The scheme utilizes the skin-sensitive films to carry the same charges to repel each other, so that the film pressure grabbing mechanism only grabs one skin-sensitive film, the two films are prevented from influencing the operation of the film pressure grabbing mechanism, the efficiency of a 14-film pressure system of the furniture is improved, and the surface of the 14-film pressure back furniture is attractive. The parallel plate capacitor 12 is used to remove dust from the skin-feel film and to provide a closer fit of the skin-feel film to the furniture 14.

The second baffle 27 and the second limiting block 28 act together, and the lower air duct can only exhaust air and can not intake air. When the suction blower 19 sucks air, dust in the equipment body 17 is discharged from the lower air flue, and the dust in the air flow is stuck on the first filter screen 25 to prevent the dust from diffusing to the outside; when the air suction blower 19 blows air, the air flow blows into the equipment body 17, enters the equipment body 17 from the upper air flue and passes through the second filter screen 29 before entering, and the second filter screen 29 filters dust in the air flow to prevent the dust from entering the equipment body 17 from the outside.
Pressure sensor 26 has been placed on first filter screen 25, and pressure sensor 26 is used for detecting first filter screen 25 weight variation, and pressure sensor 26 is connected with the PLC controller electricity. Pressure sensor 26 detects first filter screen 25 weight change, when filter screen weight exceeded the setting value, made the PLC controller open the water valve, made water outflow wash second filter screen 29 in the spray pipe 30, on water enters into the baffle from second filter screen 29, water washed first filter screen 25 under the slope baffle flows down to clean first filter screen 25 and second filter screen 29, prevent that the dust from entering into in the equipment body 17 along with the air current.
Before the furniture 14 is subjected to film pressing, deburring is firstly carried out to ensure that the film pressing effect is better, the furniture 14 is put into a feeding hole of an equipment body 17, an image recognition mechanism recognizes pictures of the furniture 14 to judge burrs of the furniture 14 and feeds the direction information of the burrs back to a PLC (programmable logic controller), when the PLC receives the direction of the burrs as forward information, the PLC controls a suction and blowing machine 19 to suck air to the furniture 14 to ensure that the burrs on the furniture 14 are in a vertical state, the furniture 14 is in contact with a scraper 18 under the action of a conveyor belt 13, the scraper 18 rotates to remove the burrs on the furniture 14, then the burrs are scraped completely, after the image recognition mechanism recognizes that no burrs are on the furniture 14, the PLC controls the suction and blowing machine 19 to suck air to the furniture 14 to ensure that the burrs are sucked into an air pipe 20 and then enter an upper air passage and a lower air passage, a first baffle 23 is opened by air flow generated by a fan at the moment, a second baffle 27 is closed, so that the burrs are caught on the first and second screens 25 and 29. The furniture 14 is then deburred and delivered to a skin-feel UV film press system.
When the direction that the PLC controller received the burr is reverse information, the PLC controller control is inhaled hair-dryer 19 and is blown to furniture 14, and the second baffle 27 of upper airway is opened this moment for in external air admission equipment body 17, first baffle 23 was closed, prevents that the dust on the first filter screen 25 from getting into in the equipment body 17. The burrs of the furniture 14 are then cleaned and transferred to the skin-feel UV film press system. The burrs on the furniture are cleaned, so that the film pressing effect is better, and the surface of the furniture is more attractive; clean inside equipment body 17 simultaneously, prevent that the dust from piling up, influence furniture membrane pressure effect.

the device also comprises a device body (17) arranged on the frame, wherein an image recognition mechanism, a dust removing device and a scraper (18) for removing burrs are arranged in the device body (17); the dust removing device comprises a suction blower (19) and an air pipe (20), wherein the air pipe (20) is communicated with the suction blower (19); the outlet of the suction blower (19) corresponds to furniture; the switch of the scraper (18) and the switch of the suction blower (19) are both electrically connected with the PLC;
