As shown in fig. 14, the finished product discharging device 18 includes a discharging line 181, a product moving mechanism 182, a product taking mechanism 183, a good product clamping mechanism 184, and a defective product clamping mechanism 185, the discharging line 181 is disposed outside the turntable device 7 and extends to the outside of the rack 1, the discharging line 181 is composed of a good product conveying line and a defective product conveying line which are disposed side by side, the product moving mechanism 182 is disposed between the discharging line 181 and the turntable device 7, the product taking mechanism 183 is disposed on the product moving mechanism 182, and the good product clamping mechanism 184 and the defective product clamping mechanism 185 are disposed side by side on the product taking mechanism 183 and respectively correspond to the good product conveying line and the defective product conveying line.
In the finished product discharging device 18, the discharging line 181 is used for outputting finished products and defective products, when the carrier 73 is transferred to the braking position, the product taking mechanism 183 drives the good product clamping mechanism 184 and the defective product clamping mechanism 185 to sink first and respectively grab the finished products or the defective products and then ascend, and the product moving mechanism 182 drives the finished products or the defective products to be conveyed to the good product conveying line and the defective product conveying line, and then the finished products and the defective products are conveyed out from the rack 1, so that automatic production is completed.
In addition, a protective cover 2 is further arranged on the machine frame 1, a control device 19 is arranged on the protective cover 2, and the shell mounting device 6, the rotary disc device 7, the coil mounting device 10, the pole plate mounting device 14, the pole plate final pressure neglected loading detection device 15, the turnover shell assembly device 16 and the bending device 17 are all located in the protective cover 2.
The protective cover 2 can isolate man-machine contact, the safety of assembly production is improved, and the control device 19 controls the operation of all the devices.
The invention also provides a production process of the full-automatic new energy automobile coil assembly line, which comprises the following steps:
s1: the automatic shell feeding device 3 operates to convey the screened good shells to the shell loading device 6;
s2: the housing means 6 are operated, two housings at a time being loaded on the carriers 73 of the carousel means 7;
s3: the turntable device 7 operates to rotate the corresponding carrier 73 to the coil loading device 10;
s4: the coil loading device 10 operates to receive coils from the coil supply apparatus 20 and can load two coils at a time into the corresponding housings;
s5: the rotating disc device 7 operates to rotate the corresponding carrier 73 to the pole plate loading device 14, and meanwhile, the automatic pole plate feeding device 11 operates to convey the screened good pole plates to the pole plate loading device 14;
s6: the polar plate loading device 14 operates, and two polar plates are loaded into the corresponding shell to form two shell components each time;
s7: the turntable device 7 operates to rotate the corresponding carrier 73 to the pole plate final pressure neglected loading detection device 15;
s8: the polar plate final-pressure neglected loading detection device 15 operates to finally press the polar plate of the shell component in place and perform good product detection;
s9: the carousel means 7 operates to transfer the corresponding carrier 73 to the flip-shell assembly means 16;
s10: the flip housing assembly means 16 is operated to assemble the two housing assemblies into a semi-finished product;
s11: the turntable device 7 operates to rotate the corresponding carrier 73 to the bending device 17;
s12: the bending device 17 operates to bend the semi-finished pin into a finished product;
s13: the turntable device 7 operates to transfer the corresponding carrier 73 to the finished product discharging device 18;
s14: the finished product discharging device 18 operates to respectively discharge finished products and defective products from the machine frame 1, and automatic assembly operation is completed.
In conclusion, the full-automatic assembly line for the new energy automobile coil can automatically realize coil assembly, improves the production efficiency, reduces the labor intensity and cost of workers, and solves the problem of poor product uniformity. Meanwhile, the inspection can be automatically carried out, the assembly yield is guaranteed, and the production requirement is met.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications made without inventive step from the above-described concept will fall within the scope of the present invention for those skilled in the art.

The full-automatic new energy automobile coil assembly line comprises a rack and is characterized in that an automatic shell feeding device, a shell loading device, a rotary table device, a coil loading device, an automatic polar plate feeding device, a polar plate loading device, a polar plate final pressure neglected loading detection device, a turnover shell assembly device, a bending device and a finished product discharging device are arranged on the rack, the shell loading device, the coil loading device, the polar plate final pressure neglected loading detection device, the turnover shell assembly device, the bending device and the finished product discharging device are distributed along the circumference of the rotary table device, the shell loading device is connected with the automatic shell feeding device, and the polar plate loading device is connected with the automatic polar plate feeding device;
the coil loading device is connected with a butt joint device and comprises a coil dislocation mechanism, a coil taking mechanism, a coil clamping mechanism, a coil distance changing mechanism and a coil transferring mechanism, wherein the coil dislocation mechanism is connected with the butt joint device through a material transferring device;
the bending device comprises a shell assembly positioning mechanism, a bending mechanism, a pin positioning mechanism and a turntable positioning mechanism, wherein the shell assembly positioning mechanism and the pin positioning mechanism are respectively arranged above and below the turntable device, and the bending mechanism and the turntable positioning mechanism are respectively arranged above and below the side of the shell assembly positioning mechanism.

The full-automatic new energy automobile coil assembly line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shell automatic feeding device is provided with a shell deformation detection device and a shell NG sorting device in sequence along the shell conveying direction, the shell automatic feeding device comprises a shell storage bin, a shell vibration disc, a shell rail, a shell induction mechanism and a shell feeding mechanism, the shell storage bin is arranged above the shell vibration disc, the shell vibration disc is butt-jointed with the shell device through the shell rail, and the shell induction mechanism and the shell feeding mechanism are arranged between the shell vibration disc and the shell deformation detection device in sequence along the shell conveying direction.
