As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a vegetarian selenium meal powder production system comprises a classification module 1, a microwave curing module 2, a puffing and drying module 3, a first crushing module 4 and a mixing module 5 which are connected in sequence; the classification module 1 is used for classifying food raw materials into microwave materials, puffed materials, small materials, micro materials and other materials; the microwave curing module 2 is used for loading microwave materials and carrying out drying curing according to a preset microwave operation flow; the puffing and drying module 3 is used for adding water into the puffing material, placing the puffing material in a high-temperature closed space, puffing the puffing material in a continuous pressurizing process, and drying the puffed material at a preset temperature; the first crushing module 4 comprises a crusher 41, the crusher 41 comprises a crushing box 411, a crushing unit is arranged inside the crushing box 411, the crushing unit is connected with a power motor 412, the top surface of the crushing box 411 is provided with a puffed material feed inlet 413, the side surface of the crushing box 411 is provided with a microwave material feed inlet 414, a pre-crushing structure 415 is arranged between the puffed material feed inlet 413 and the crushing box 411, the pre-crushing structure 415 comprises a first discharge end 4151 and a second discharge end 4152, the first discharge end 4151 is connected with the crushing box 411, the second discharge end 4152 is positioned right above the microwave material feed inlet 414, wherein the puffed material feed inlet 413 is used for connecting puffed and dried puffed materials into the crushing box 411, the microwave material feed inlet 414 is used for connecting dried and cured microwave materials into the crushing box 411, and the pre-crushing structure 415 is used for crushing the puffed materials connected with the puffed material feed inlet 413 and discharging the crushed puffed materials from the first discharge end 4151 and the second discharge end 4152; the mixing module 5 is used for continuously and fully mixing the microwave material and the puffed material after the crushing and mixing are finished, and sequentially adding small materials, micro materials and other materials according to different preset proportions.
In the embodiment, it should be noted that, the classification module 1 is used to divide the food raw material into microwave material, puffed material, small material, micro material and other materials, so as to realize targeted classification, and facilitate the realization of automation in the subsequent processing process, the microwave curing module 2 and the puffing drying module 3 are used to process the microwave material and the puffed material respectively, so that the puffed material has better color, fragrance, taste and shape, then the first crushing module 4 is used to crush, dry and cure the cured microwave material and the puffed and dried puffed material, on the basis of not influencing the whole vegetarian selenium meal powder production, in order to improve the crushing efficiency, the crusher 41 is simultaneously provided with the microwave material feed inlet 414 and the puffed material feed inlet 413, when in use, the mass ratio of the two materials is firstly calculated according to the formula components, simultaneously adding microwave materials and puffed materials, namely premixing the microwave materials and the puffed materials while crushing, effectively improving the crushing efficiency, and greatly improving the mixing effect under the actions of over-shearing, extrusion and friction, more importantly, the pre-crushing structure 415 is also arranged below the puffed material feeding hole 413, the pre-crushing structure 415 can pre-crush the puffed materials with larger size, part of the puffed materials which are pre-crushed are dropped into the microwave material feeding hole 414 for premixing, so that the whole production treatment efficiency is further improved, and finally, the microwave materials and the puffed materials which are crushed and mixed are continuously mixed through the mixing module 5, and small materials, micro materials and other materials are sequentially added according to different preset proportions; in conclusion, the whole production treatment process is scientific and effective, the treatment efficiency is high, the optimal mixing effect can be realized through the means of puffing, curing, drying and the like, and after the mixing is finished, the component proportion among the microwave material, the puffed material, the small material, the micro material and other materials is the same as that in the formula, wherein the micro material has balanced nutrients, higher cellulose, relatively low calorie, rich trace elements such as selenium, calcium, iron and zinc and rich antioxidant plant active substances, can be eaten as meal, has balanced nutrition, is green and healthy.
Specifically, the pre-crush structure 415 includes: a horizontally disposed pulverizing tube 4153; a first spiral push rod 4154 inserted inside the pulverization tube 4153; and a first driving motor 4155 provided outside the pulverizing tube 4153; wherein, the upper part of the crushing pipe 4153 is communicated with the expanding material feeding hole 413, the lower part of the crushing pipe 4153 is communicated with the first discharging end 4151, the tail end of the crushing pipe 4153 is communicated with the second discharging end 4152, and the first driving motor 4155 is connected with the first spiral pushing rod 4154.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that the outer diameter of the first spiral propelling rod 4154 is the same as the inner diameter of the pulverizing pipe 4153, and the first driving motor 4155 drives the first spiral propelling rod 4154 to rotate, so as to generate extrusion and friction, thereby realizing pre-pulverization of the puffed material entering the first spiral propelling rod 4154, wherein a part of the puffed material directly falls into the first discharging end 4151, and the other part of the puffed material is propelled to the second discharging end 4152.

s6, sterilizing the mixed microwave material, the puffed material, the small material, the micro material and other materials according to the preset sterilization temperature and sterilization time, and forming a finished product material after sterilization is finished;
s7, carrying out inner packaging on the finished product material according to a preset weight to form a bagged material, and carrying out outer packaging on the bagged material according to a preset bag number to form a finished product.

The vegetarian selenium meal powder production system of claim 1 further comprising a second crushing module connected to the puffing and drying module, wherein the second crushing module is configured to pre-crush the puffing materials, and the puffing and drying module is further configured to puff and dry the puffing materials after pre-crushing.
3. The vegetarian selenium meal powder production system of claim 1 further comprising a sterilization module and a packaging module; wherein,
the sterilization module is used for sterilizing the mixed microwave material, the puffed material, the small material, the micro material and other materials according to the preset sterilization temperature and sterilization time, and forming a finished product material after sterilization is finished;
the packaging module is used for internally packaging the finished product materials according to a preset weight to form bagged materials, and externally packaging the bagged materials according to a preset bag number to form finished products.
