2. The meal replacement powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ratio of the components in the five-cereal powder, the vegetable powder, the fruit powder, the melon seed powder and the medicinal and edible powder is equal.
3. A method of preparing the meal replacement powder of claim 1 or 2, comprising:
preparing QIAMUGU powder, five cereals powder, vegetable powder, fruit powder, semen Benincasae powder, fructo-oligosaccharide powder, and medicinal and edible powder;
weighing and mixing the Qamgur powder, the five-cereal powder, the vegetable powder, the fruit powder, the melon seed and fruit kernel powder, the fructo-oligosaccharide powder and the medicinal and edible powder in proportion.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the Qamgur flour is prepared by the following steps:
