the vegetable powder is prepared from one or more of fructus Momordicae Charantiae, caulis et folium Lactucae Sativae, fructus Cucumidis Sativi, herba Apii Graveolentis, green vegetable, broccoli, fructus Hordei vulgaris, green tea, fructus kaki Pepper, fructus Lycopersici Esculenti, radix Dauci Sativae, fructus Cucurbitae Moschatae, cauliflower, herba Spinaciae, green semen Pisi Sativi, caulis et folium Brassicae Capitatae, Agaricus campestri;

3. A method of preparing the meal replacement powder of claim 1 or 2, comprising:
