本发明公开了一种环保彩色高温超耐磨超硬度瓷器质骨材,其原料按重量的配方如下:二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、三氧化二铁、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化钾、氧化钠、二氧化钛、五氧化二磷、氧化锰、三氧化二铬、氧化锌、氧化铅、氧化锆、氧化钡、氧化锶、三氧化二硼、氟、氧化锂、铬、碳、硫、氧化镍、氧化钴、三氧化二砷、三氧化二锑。该环保彩色高温超耐磨超硬度瓷器质骨材的硬度、强度、塑性、耐磨强度、耐火温度、防滑性能、烧成煅烧温度、使用范围、耐候性、与胶的粘结附着力等都大大高于原有产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及质骨材技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保彩色高温超耐磨超硬度瓷器质骨材。
背景技术
现有的瓷器质骨材在使用时与专用胶的结合很差(因为其产品表面手感很光滑会影响与胶的附着力),耐候性能差(因为用料简单化学成份缺乏),为此,我们提出了一种环保彩色高温超耐磨超硬度瓷器质骨材。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种环保彩色高温超耐磨超硬度瓷器质骨材,以解决上述背景技术中提出的瓷器质骨材在使用时与专用胶的结合很差的问题。

由上可知,该环保彩色高温超耐磨超硬度瓷器质骨材的硬度、强度、塑性、耐磨强度、耐火温度、防滑性能、烧成煅烧温度、使用范围、耐候性、与胶的粘结附着力等都大大高于原有产品。
