所述安装夹还具有进一步改进了在具有锁定轮廓部的木质材料镶板的情况下的普遍适用性的下述尺寸:底板厚度0.2mm至0.6mm,尤其是0.4mm+/-0.15mm,底板宽度为3.10cm至3.40mm,底板长度为5.10cm至7cm,尤其是5.15cm+/-0.3cm,容纳部宽度为1.64cm+/-0.25cm,间隔腹板高度为0.5cm+/-0.1cm,接触腹板的高度为0.5cm+/-0.1cm。
根据本发明的一个改进方案,沿底板纵向方向延伸的线性的卷边设置在底板中。尤其在底板的特别薄的构成方案中,所述底板在安装时或在已安装状态下由于镶板的运动而趋于弯曲,或者部段地从下部结构抬高。因此,所述安装夹例如也能够倾斜,使得防止所述安装夹横向于镶板纵轴线的运动。沿着纵轴线方向设置的卷边引起提高安装夹的稳定性。因此也将所述容纳部保持在精确的位置中,使得所述容纳部不会从镶板的下部凹槽颊板滑落。特别优选的是,所述卷边设置在容纳部旁的右侧和左侧。所述容纳部通常关于底板的宽度居中地设置,而与此相应地,所述卷边设置在边缘区域中,其中所述卷边朝向底板的外边缘优选轻微缩进并且不形成外边缘。将线性理解为直线的,意即在安装夹的纵轴线方向上没有弧形形状。
底板在安装夹的纵轴线方向上的特别高的稳定性特别优选地如下实现:所述卷边在底板长度的至少一半上延伸,优选在底板长度的至少三分之二上延伸。因此确保:即使所述安装夹在长孔中大幅移动,所述夹子仍然具有足够的稳定性以防止从下部结构抬高和可能所述容纳部从下部的凹槽颊板滑出。
根据本发明的一个改进方案提出,围绕所述长孔环绕的卷边和/或线性卷边在底板的下侧上,意即在底板的贴靠在下部结构的侧上构成凹部,并且在底板的上侧上,意即在镶板所贴靠的侧上构成隆起。因此能够完全实现线性卷边以及围绕所述长孔环绕的卷边的所有功能,并且所述夹子仍具有低的总厚度。要注意的是,所述卷边尤其具有1mm至2mm的范围内的凸起,特别优选为1.4mm+/-0.2mm的凸起。
根据本发明的一个改进方案提出,所述容纳部构成为被冲切和两次弯曲的舌片。意即,所述容纳部在接触腹板的区域中具有自由端部。所述接触腹板在与自由端部相对置的端部处与间隔腹板一件式地连接,而所述间隔腹板在与接触腹板相对置的端部处与底板一件式地连接。底板和容纳部一件式地构成,意即由一个工件构成。作为冲切舌片的构成方案能够实现特别精确地构成容纳部,由此所述安装夹尤其能够作为大批量产品特别低成本地制造。
为了改进所安装的镶板在接触部段上的稳定性,以及特别还有所述镶板在接触部段上的滑动,根据本发明的一个改进方案提出,所述容纳部对应于底板宽度的至少一半,有利地,对应于底板宽度的至少三分之二。
原则上,所述安装夹能够由不同的材料形成。因此例如能够设想由塑料或者还有复合材料例如WPC制成的安装夹。然而,特别优选的是,所述安装夹由金属成形,尤其是板,优选镀锌板。因此,所述安装夹尤其能够作为大批量产品且非常低成本地制造,其中所有技术特性,尤其还有优选的实施形式的技术变型方案也易于实施。
此外,本发明通过一种由木质材料镶板和上述类型的安装夹制成的墙壁覆盖件和天花板覆盖件来实现,其中安装夹借助其容纳部贴靠在第一木质材料镶板的锁定轮廓部的下部的凹槽颊板上并且借助通过长孔伸入安装夹中的固定机构固定在下部结构上,其中所述镶板可运动地贴靠在容纳部上,并且所述固定夹沿着其长孔可运动地固定在下部结构上。
根据本发明的墙壁覆盖件和天花板覆盖件是由现代木质材料镶板制成的尽可能浮动支承的覆盖件,所述覆盖件经由无胶水地相互连接的锁定轮廓部构成覆盖面。在此,所述木质材料镶板特别优选地包括由刨花板或纤维板例如HDF或MDF制成的承载板,或者包括由刨花板和纤维板制成的夹心板。所述承载板通常包括相应的装饰覆层,并且在侧边缘上构成有锁定轮廓部,所述锁定轮廓部在已连接的状态下在镶板之间建立无粘合剂的连接,所述连接既不允许在高度方面的错位,也不允许在镶板之间的接缝。能够将在木质材料领域中已知的所有覆层设想为装饰覆层。因此,这例如能够是带有合成树脂浸渍和压制的装饰纸的合成树脂覆层。在此,例如也能够在装饰纸上设置有保护覆层,例如覆盖层。漆覆层也能够提供作为装饰覆层,所述漆覆层包括彩色装饰和必要时在彩色装饰上的另外的保护层,例如基于漆的保护层。
所述安装夹提供了下部结构的灵活性,因为由于借助于固定机构将夹子简单和标准化地直接安装在任意的下部结构上,例如木板条、金属支架或者也直接安装在房间限界壁上,所述墙壁覆盖件和天花板覆盖件能够简单和不复杂地用于各个不同的房间,而无需对墙壁和天花板进行特殊准备。
根据本发明的一个改进方案提出,所述容纳部设置在第一镶板的下部的凹槽颊板和第二镶板的接触边缘之间,所述第二镶板经由锁定轮廓部与第一镶板连接,其中在镶板膨胀时,下部的凹槽颊板压在安装夹的接触部段上并且使所述安装夹移动,而在镶板收缩时,所述第二镶板经由锁定轮廓部保持与第一镶板连接,并且所述安装夹沿相反的方向经由接触边缘在第二镶板的锁定轮廓部上运动。所述安装夹沿两个方向的这种运动,意即在例如也能够交替进行的膨胀和枢转运动时确保:所述容纳部借助接触部段持久地并且即使在相应的运动时或之后仍贴靠在下部的凹槽颊板上,并且所述第一镶板不会由于运动从安装夹脱落。
本发明的一个特别优选的改进方案提出,所述木质材料镶板构成为吸音镶板。吸音镶板具有表面,来自房间的声波能够穿透到所述表面中。因此,所述吸音镶板能够具有凹部,如狭槽、孔眼、微穿孔等。通过凹部进入吸音镶板中或者穿过所述吸音镶板的声波在吸音镶板中或者在位于其后方的墙壁/天花板/地板中相应地被吸收或反射。为了更好的吸收,所述吸音镶板能够优选在其背侧上包括附加的吸音器。所述吸音器替选地也能够是下部结构的一部分。
在背侧上具有吸音器的木质材料镶板的实施方案中,容纳部在安装夹上的间隔腹板优选至少以所述吸音器的厚度延长,以便还能够确保木质材料镶板的牢固的固定。
墙壁覆盖件和天花板覆盖件的一个特别优选的实施形式还提出,在固定所述安装夹和所述木质材料镶板之前,将无纺布拉伸、例如钉到下部结构上。因此,一方面产生墙壁覆盖件或天花板覆盖件与下部结构至少部分地脱耦,而另一方面,所述无纺布用作涓流保护,例如在填充有绝缘材料的支架的情况下如此,并且最终所述无纺布在吸音镶板中是隐私保护。与此相应地,尤其设置有黑色的无纺布。
本发明的一个特殊的实施形式提出,所述墙壁覆盖件和天花板覆盖件构成为防火的,为此例如将所述镶板构成为防火镶板。所述镶板符合根据EN 13501的防火等级BS2 Do。为此,所述镶板尤其包括防火的承载板。所述镶板尤其通过由木质材料、尤其是纤维板制成的承载板获得防火保护,所述纤维板具有高的密度,例如在850kg/m3至950kg/m3的范围内的密度。在具有纤维板作为承载板的镶板中,用于防火的另一组分是包含在承载板中的阻燃剂。所述阻燃剂能够在制造纤维饼之前与纤维混合。因此发现,在例如具有上文提及的密度的用三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂粘合的纤维板的情况下,厚度在7mm和9mm之间并且胶含量在15%和30%之间,例如已经在阻燃剂的9%和17%(基于绝对干燥纤维的固体)之间足以达到预设的防火等级。而在具有上述密度和厚度的PMDI/EMDI胶合的纤维板的情况下,5-8%(基于绝对干燥纤维的固体)之间的明显较小的胶含量就足以借助在12%和21%之间(基于绝对干燥纤维的固体)的阻燃剂份额来达到预设的防火等级。以这种方式构成的承载板能够用于上述类型的普通墙壁镶板和天花板镶板(也具有覆层)以及上述的吸音镶板(也具有覆层),并且满足上述防火等级的条件。
尽管结合安装夹对一些方面进行描述,但是要理解的是,这些方面也是对相应的制造和/或安装方法或墙壁覆盖件和天花板覆盖件的描述,使得安装夹的模块或组件也能够理解为相应的方法步骤或方法步骤的特征或理解为墙壁覆盖件和天花板覆盖件的特征。与此类似,结合墙壁覆盖件和天花板覆盖件描述的方面也代表对制造和/或安装方法或安装夹的描述。此外,关于墙壁覆盖件和天花板覆盖件的其它特征和关于特征的相应的定义参考关于安装夹的实施方案。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示出具有底板2的根据本发明的安装夹1的第一实施形式。所述底板2是矩形的并且约3.3cm宽、约5.2cm长和约0.5mm厚。从安装夹1的上边缘3开始,所述容纳部4设置在底板2的前三分之一处。所述容纳部4构成为冲切舌片。所述容纳部具有间隔腹板5(见图2)和接触腹板6。在容纳部4的区域中,在所述底板2中存在缺口7。所述缺口7通过冲切所述容纳部4产生。所述容纳部4的宽度对应于所述安装夹1的约50%的宽度。所述容纳部4同样具有约0.5mm的厚度。
从容纳部4下方的上边缘3开始并且沿着所述安装夹1的中心纵轴线ML,长孔8沿所述安装夹1的纵轴线方向L(通过箭头示出)延伸。所述长孔8为2.5cm长并且具有4mm的直径。卷边9围绕长孔8延伸,以加固所述长孔8的边缘10。所述卷边在此大约4.5mm宽。要明确指出的是,在图1-3中的各个特征和构件相对于彼此并未按比例示出。
为了安装夹1的特别稳定的实施方案,所述安装夹还具有两个线性卷边11a、11b,然而所述卷边在侧边缘12a、12b的区域中与所述侧边缘12a、12b间隔开地设置。所述线性卷边11a、11b因此设置在容纳部4和长孔8的左侧和右侧。线性卷边11a、11b约3.5mm宽并且在所述安装夹1的四分之三的长度上延伸。线性卷边11a、11b彼此平行地设置。所述卷边9、11a、11b的高度约为1.5mm。
图3示意性地示出在具有第一和第二木质材料镶板13、14的安装情况下具有安装夹1的天花板或墙壁覆盖件的局部的横截面视图。所述木质材料镶板13、14是带有装饰覆层的HDF,但是替选地也能够是被覆层的刨花板、MDF等。所述安装夹1借助其容纳部4套装在锁定轮廓部16的第一部分16a的下部的凹槽夹板15上。所述锁定轮廓部16的第二部分16b对应于第一部分16a。所述锁定轮廓部16的相对应的部分16a、16b无胶水地相互连接,并且防止在镶板13、14之间形成接缝或高度错位。
所述第一镶板13和第二镶板14置于安装夹1的线性卷边11a、11b上。所述安装夹1借助于螺丝17固定在下部结构18上。在此构成为埋头螺丝的螺丝17位于围绕长孔8延伸的卷边9上并且与所述卷边平面齐平。
在镶板13膨胀运动的情况下,下部的凹槽颊板15撞击所述容纳部4,尤其撞击所述间隔腹部5,并且沿安装夹1的纵轴线方向L,意即横向于所述镶板13、14的纵轴线方向(在此未示出)使所述安装夹1移动。在此,所述安装夹1沿着固定的螺丝17及其长孔8滑动。
在收缩运动的情况下,所述镶板13、14收缩。为了使所述安装夹1不留在其位置中并且必要时从第一镶板的下部的凹槽颊板15滑落,在所述锁定轮廓部16的第二部分16b中的接触部段19构成为,使得其在镶板13、14沿收缩方向运动时与安装夹1接触并且使安装夹移动。在收缩和膨胀运动时,由于锁定轮廓部16,所述镶板面作为整体在镶板13、14之间运动。
Claims (18)
1.一种用于浮动地支承由木质材料制成的墙壁镶板和天花板镶板(13、14)的安装夹,所述墙壁镶板和天花板镶板借助于相对应的锁定轮廓部(16)无粘合剂地相互连接成墙壁覆盖件或天花板覆盖件并且固定在下部结构(18)上,所述安装夹具有:
-底板(2),
-与所述底板(2)一件式地构成的、用于接合到镶板(13、14)的锁定轮廓部(16)中的容纳部(4),其中
-所述容纳部(4)具有:尽可能垂直于所述底板(2)的平面的间隔腹板(5);和
-接触腹板(6),所述接触腹板邻接于所述间隔腹板(5)并且尽可能平行于所述底板(2)的平面设置;以及
-在所述底板(2)中的长孔(8),以用于借助固定机构将所述安装夹(1)固定在所述下部结构(18)上,
-其中所述长孔(8)至少1.5cm-4cm长并且横向于所述接触腹板(6)关于所述长孔(8)的纵轴线方向(L)延伸,其特征在于,在所述底板(2)中的长孔(8)的边缘(10)上构成有围绕所述长孔(8)延伸的卷边(9),以形成用于所述固定机构的支撑件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安装夹,其特征在于,所述长孔(8)构成为冲孔。
3.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的安装夹,其特征在于,所述容纳部(4)具有在0.2mm至0.6mm之间的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的安装夹,其特征在于,在所述底板(2)中存在沿所述底板(2)的纵向方向(L)延伸的线性卷边(11a、11b)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的安装夹,其特征在于,所述卷边(9、11a、11b)设置所述容纳部(4)旁边的左侧和右侧。
6.根据权利要求4所述的安装夹,其特征在于,所述线性卷边(11a、11b)在所述底板(2)的长度的至少一半长度上延伸。
7.根据权利要求4所述的安装夹,其特征在于,围绕所述长孔(8)环绕的卷边(9)和/或所述线性卷边(11a、11b)在所述底板(2)的下侧上构成凹部,并且在所述底板(2)的上侧上构成隆起。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的安装夹,其特征在于,所述容纳部(4)构成为被冲切和两次弯曲的舌片。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的安装夹,其特征在于,所述容纳部(4)的宽度对应于至少一半的底板宽度。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的安装夹,其特征在于,所述安装夹(1)由金属成形。
11.根据权利要求6所述的安装夹,其特征在于,所述线性卷边(11a、11b)在所述底板(2)的长度的至少三分之二上延伸。
12.根据权利要求10所述的安装夹,其特征在于,所述安装夹(1)由板成形。
13.根据权利要求10所述的安装夹,其特征在于,所述安装夹(1)由镀锌板成形。
14.一种由木质材料镶板和根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的安装夹(1)构成的墙壁覆盖件和天花板覆盖件,其特征在于,
-安装夹(1)借助其容纳部(4)贴靠在第一镶板(13)的锁定轮廓部(16)的下部的凹槽颊板(15)上并且
-借助通过所述长孔(8)伸入的固定机构固定在下部结构(18)上,
-其中所述镶板(13)可运动地贴靠在所述容纳部(4)上,并且所述安装夹(1)沿着其长孔(8)可运动地固定在所述下部结构(18)上,其特征在于,在所述底板(2)中的长孔(8)的边缘(10)上构成有围绕所述长孔(8)延伸的卷边(9),所述卷边(9)缓冲了所述固定机构对所述安装夹(1)的压力。
15.根据权利要求14所述的墙壁覆盖件和天花板覆盖件,其特征在于,所述墙壁镶板和天花板镶板是木质材料镶板。
16.根据权利要求14或15所述的墙壁覆盖件和天花板覆盖件,其特征在于,
-安装夹(1)的间隔腹板(5)设置在第一镶板(13)的下部的凹槽颊板(15)和第二镶板(14)的接触部段(19)之间,所述第二镶板经由所述锁定轮廓部(16)与所述第一镶板(13)连接,
-使得在所述镶板(13、14)膨胀时,所述第一镶板(13)的下部的凹槽颊板(15)压到所述间隔腹板(5)上并且使所述安装夹(1)移动,而在所述镶板(13、14)收缩时,所述第二镶板(14)经由所述锁定轮廓部(16)保持与所述第一镶板(13)无接缝和无错开地连接,并且所述安装夹(1)沿相反的方向经由所述接触部段(19)在所述第二镶板(14)的锁定轮廓部(16)上运动。
17.根据权利要求15所述的墙壁覆盖件和天花板覆盖件,其特征在于,所述墙壁镶板和天花板镶板是具有由刨花板、纤维板制成的承载板的镶板或者是具有由刨花板和纤维板制成的承载板的镶板。
18.根据权利要求17所述的墙壁覆盖件和天花板覆盖件,其特征在于,所述纤维板为HDF或MDF。
