本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种八月瓜籽油的制备方法
背景技术
三叶木通,木通科木通属的一种野生藤本果树,俗称九月炸、八月瓜。是一种重要的药用植物,其根、藤、果实、种子均可入药。
八月瓜种籽中粗脂肪含量高达31%,是榨取食用油的良好原料,榨出的油色清味香,碘值比一般油脂低,皂化值比一般油脂稍高,不皂化物含量较低,属优质食用油。油脂中脂肪酸组成以油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸为主,含量分别为44.39%、25.79%、26.43%,其中不饱和脂肪酸油酸和亚油酸含量占总脂肪酸的 70%,因其富含油酸和亚油酸,因此这种油产品具有降脂降压、防止动脉硬化、保护心血管和防止脑血栓、理气止痛的作用,是一种极具开发价值的营养保健油,而对于八月瓜籽油的制备,有采用水剂法对其进行提取,但是提取的八月瓜籽油的品相不佳,且出油率低。

因此,基于以上背景,本发明提供一种八月瓜籽油的制备方法,其出油率高,且品质佳。
本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种八月瓜籽油的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
S1,八月瓜籽预处理:对八月瓜籽进行筛选、磁选和去石,水洗后干燥备用;
S2,轧胚:对八月瓜籽进行轧胚处理;
S3,蒸炒:将S2经过轧胚处理的八月瓜籽进行蒸炒;
S4,压榨:将步骤S3蒸炒后的八月瓜籽混合物料进行压榨,得到压榨毛油和籽饼;
S5,浸出:用溶剂油浸泡后,然后高温蒸出溶剂油后进行回收再利用,蒸发后留下的为浸出毛油;
S6,毛油精炼:将步骤S4得到的压榨毛油和步骤S5的浸出毛油进行混合后,得到混合毛油;向混合毛油中加入磷酸进行脱胶,然后加入烧碱溶液,混合均匀后,继续脱胶;然后依次进行过滤分离,水洗,过滤分离,真空干燥,得初步精炼油;
S7,向初步精炼油中加入活性白土进行脱色,然后进行过滤分离、干燥;
S8,将步骤S7干燥后的精炼油进行加热,真空脱嗅后,冷却后即可八月瓜籽油。

S6,毛油精炼:将步骤S4得到的压榨毛油和步骤S5的浸出毛油进行混合后,得到混合毛油;向混合毛油中加入磷酸进行脱胶50-70min,然后加入烧碱溶液,混合均匀后,继续脱胶和脱酸30-40min;然后依次进行过滤分离,水洗,过滤分离,真空干燥,得初步精炼油;
S7,向初步精炼油中加入活性白土进行脱色,然后进行过滤分离、干燥;
S8,将步骤S7干燥后的精炼油进行在250℃,压力<800Pa的条件下进行加热,真空脱嗅后,冷却后即可八月瓜籽油。
进一步地,步骤S5中的所用溶剂油为6#溶剂油。
进一步地,步骤S7中加入的活性白土的质量为初步精炼油量的3%。

S3,蒸炒:将S2经过轧胚处理的八月瓜籽在120-140℃条件下进行蒸炒30-40min;
S4,压榨:将步骤S3蒸炒后的八月瓜籽混合物料在70~90个大气压下进行压榨3-5min,得到压榨毛油和籽饼;
S5,浸出:用6#溶剂油浸泡后,然后高温蒸出6#溶剂油后进行回收再利用,蒸发后留下的为浸出毛油;
S6,毛油精炼:将步骤S4得到的压榨毛油和步骤S5的浸出毛油进行混合后,得到混合毛油;向混合毛油中加入磷酸进行脱胶50-70min,然后加入烧碱溶液,混合均匀后,继续脱胶和脱酸30-40min;然后依次进行过滤分离,水洗,过滤分离,真空干燥,得初步精炼油;
S7,向初步精炼油中加入3wt%的活性白土进行脱色,然后进行过滤分离、干燥;
S8,将步骤S7干燥后的精炼油进行在250℃,压力<800Pa的条件下进行加热,真空脱嗅后,冷却后即可八月瓜籽油。

S3,蒸炒:将S2经过轧胚处理的八月瓜籽进行蒸炒;
S4,压榨:将步骤S3蒸炒后的八月瓜籽混合物料进行压榨,得到压榨毛油和籽饼;
S5,浸出:用溶剂油浸泡后,然后高温蒸出溶剂油后进行回收再利用,蒸发后留下的为浸出毛油;
S6,毛油精炼:将步骤S4得到的压榨毛油和步骤S5的浸出毛油进行混合后,得到混合毛油;向混合毛油中加入磷酸进行脱胶,然后加入烧碱溶液,混合均匀后,继续脱胶;然后依次进行过滤分离,水洗,过滤分离,真空干燥,得初步精炼油;
S7,向初步精炼油中加入活性白土进行脱色,然后进行过滤分离、干燥;
