The invention discloses a zinc-selenium nutrient solution for plants and a preparation method thereof, wherein the nutrient solution consists of the following components: potassium humate, urea, monopotassium phosphate, nano-silicon, zinc sulfate, magnesium sulfate, ferrous sulfate, copper sulfate, manganese sulfate, ammonium molybdate, sodium selenite, humic acid and the balance of water; the method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the components according to the proportion; (2) dissolving potassium humate in water to obtain a solution A; (3) adding urea, monopotassium phosphate, nano-silicon, zinc sulfate, magnesium sulfate, ferrous sulfate, copper sulfate, manganese sulfate, ammonium molybdate and sodium selenite into the solution A to obtain a solution B; (4) and adding humic acid into the solution B to obtain the nutrient solution. 3. A process for preparing a zinc-selenium nutrient solution for plants according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing potassium humate, urea, monopotassium phosphate, nano-silicon, zinc sulfate, magnesium sulfate, ferrous sulfate, copper sulfate, manganese sulfate, ammonium molybdate, sodium selenite and humic acid according to a proportion;
(2) adding the potassium humate obtained in the step (1) into water at normal temperature, and stirring at a constant speed for 15-20min to fully dissolve the potassium humate in the water to obtain a solution A;
