Claims (10)

1. An aerobic composting device for biomass waste, which is characterized by comprising: the reaction device comprises a shell (1), wherein a plurality of separators (16) are arranged in the shell (1) at intervals, and the plurality of separators (16) divide the interior of the shell (1) into a plurality of reaction bins with accommodating spaces;
the reaction bin is provided with a stirring mechanism, a heating mechanism, an aeration mechanism, a spraying mechanism and a control device, and the control device is respectively connected with the stirring mechanism, the heating mechanism, the aeration mechanism and the spraying mechanism;
a temperature detection mechanism (20), an oxygen content detection mechanism (21) and a water content detection mechanism (22) are arranged in the accommodating space, and the temperature detection mechanism (20), the oxygen content detection mechanism (21) and the water content detection mechanism (22) are respectively connected with the control device;
the control device is used for controlling the heating mechanism according to temperature information detected by the temperature detection mechanism (20), controlling the aeration mechanism according to oxygen content information detected by the oxygen content detection mechanism (21), and controlling the spraying mechanism according to water content information detected by the water content detection mechanism (22).
2. The biomass waste aerobic composting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the stirring mechanism comprises a motor (3), a transmission shaft and a stirring blade (15);
the motor (3) is arranged outside the shell (1), and the motor (3) is connected with the control device;
the transmission shaft is connected with the motor (3);
the stirring paddle (15) is arranged in the transmission shaft, and the stirring paddle (15) is located in the accommodating space.

The aerobic composting of biomass waste as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heating mechanism comprises a solar hot water tank and a plurality of serpentine hot water pipes (17), the solar hot water tank is connected with the serpentine hot water pipes (17) through a circulating hot water inlet (10) and a circulating hot water outlet (13), and the serpentine hot water pipes (17) are arranged on the inner wall of the reaction chamber.

The aerobic composting apparatus for biomass garbage according to claim 1, wherein the aeration mechanism comprises an aeration fan and an aeration component, the aeration fan is arranged outside the reaction bin, and the aeration component is arranged in the reaction bin and is positioned at the bottom of the reaction bin;
wherein, aeration subassembly includes aeration pipe (19), be equipped with the aeration hole on aeration pipe (19).
5. The aerobic composting device of biomass waste as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that a bottom plate is arranged above the aeration pipe (19) to prevent the aeration holes from being blocked.

The biomass waste aerobic composting apparatus as claimed in any of the claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the control means comprises: the device comprises a DTU data receiving and processing module, a wireless data transmission module, a wireless radio frequency identification positioning module, a stirring control module, a heating control module, an aeration control module, a spraying control module and a display screen, wherein the display screen is arranged on the shell (1);
the stirring control module is electrically connected with the stirring mechanism, and is in communication connection with the radio frequency identification positioning module through the wireless data transmission module;
the heating control module is electrically connected with the heating mechanism, and the heating control module is in communication connection with the wireless radio frequency identification positioning module through the wireless data transmission module;
the aeration control module is electrically connected with the aeration mechanism and is in communication connection with the wireless radio frequency identification positioning module through the wireless data transmission module;
the wireless radio frequency identification positioning module is electrically connected with the display screen and is in communication connection with the cloud platform through a network.
