In the actual production process, the liquid crystal glass substrates are placed in the lunch box placing frame layer by layer for convenient transportation and storage, and the two layers of liquid crystal glass are separated by the packaging paper for protecting the liquid crystal glass. The full-load lunch box placing frame is firstly transported into the machine body 1 by the feeding unit 2 and then is conveyed to the vertical transferring unit 3, and then the vertical transferring unit 3 vertically moves, so that the full-load lunch box placing frame is jacked to the position of the separating unit 5; then the first separating device 51 and the second separating device 52 are operated alternately to take out the packing paper and the liquid crystal glass substrate, respectively, so that the liquid crystal glass can be taken out automatically from the lunch box placing frame. In the actual working process, in the initial state, the first separating device 51 is placed with an empty lunch box placing frame; when a full load of the liquid crystal glass in the cassette placing frame is completely removed, the empty space of the first separating means 51 is filled with the packing paper in the full load placing frame when the cassette placing frame is filled with the packing paper, and is finally transported to the discharging unit to discharge the packing paper from the apparatus.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the feeding unit 2 includes a first conveying platform 21, a plurality of conveying rollers are disposed on the first conveying platform 21, and the full-loaded placing frame is placed on the conveying rollers for conveying; a first stopping device 22 is further arranged on one side, close to the vertical transfer unit 3, of the first conveying platform 21, the first stopping device 22 comprises a first vertical driving cylinder 23 fixed on the first conveying platform 21, and a first baffle 24 is mounted on a piston rod of the first vertical driving cylinder 23. When the loaded placing frame is transported to a position close to the vertical transfer unit 3, the transfer roller stops rotating, and the first vertical driving cylinder 23 drives the first shutter 24 to move upward, thereby blocking the placing frame so that the placing frame stops at a predetermined position.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the vertical transfer unit 3 includes a second conveying platform 31 and a second driving device 4 that drives the second conveying platform 31 to move vertically. The second transfer platform 31 is also provided with a plurality of transfer rollers for receiving the full-load placing frames from the feeding unit 2 and transporting the empty placing frames after the liquid crystal glass is completely taken away to the first separating device 51. The second driving device 4 can be selected from a plurality of driving devices such as an air cylinder driving device, an oil cylinder driving device, a motor screw rod driving device, a belt/chain transmission machine and the like, and one of the driving devices is selected for explanation in the embodiment; the second driving device 4 comprises a screw rod motor 41 fixed on the machine body 1, a threaded rod of the screw rod motor 41 is connected with a sliding block, and the second conveying platform 31 is fixed on the sliding block; the machine body 1 is further provided with slide rails 42 on two sides of the threaded rod, and the second conveying platform 31 is slidably connected to the slide rails 42. Initially, the second conveying platform 31 is flush with the first conveying platform 21, and after receiving a full loading frame, the screw motor 41 drives the second conveying platform 31 to move up to the position of the separating unit 5, and the separating operation is started.
As shown in fig. 2, the first separating means 51 includes a first mounting plate 6, and a fourth driving means 63 for driving the first mounting plate 6 to move horizontally is mounted in the machine body 1; the first mounting plate 6 is provided with a first suction disc mechanism 61 and a third driving device 62 for driving the first suction disc mechanism 61 to vertically move. In the embodiment, the fourth driving device 63 and the third driving device 62 are both provided as electric cylinders, and in the actual production process, the fourth driving device 63 drives the first mounting plate 6 to move horizontally to a position right above the second conveying platform 31, then the third driving device 62 drives the first suction disc mechanism 61 to move downwards, and the first suction disc mechanism 61 sucks the wrapping paper in the placing frame to take away the wrapping paper, and then the wrapping paper is placed in an empty placing frame on the first separating device 51.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the second separating device 52 includes a second mounting plate 7, and a fifth driving device 9 (not described herein) is further disposed in the machine body 1 for driving the second mounting plate 7 to move vertically. The second mounting plate 7 is further provided with a second suction cup mechanism 71, in this embodiment, the second suction cup mechanism 71 includes a connecting frame 72, a rotating hole is formed at the top end of the second mounting plate 7, and a rotating shaft (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the connecting frame 72 and rotatably arranged in the rotating hole. The second mounting plate 7 is further provided with a rotary driving device 8 for driving the connecting frame 72 to rotate, the rotary driving device 8 comprises a speed reducing motor, and an output shaft of the speed reducing motor penetrates through the rotating hole to be connected with the rotating shaft. In the working process, the speed reducing motor drives the connecting frame 72 to rotate, so that the suction cup is positioned right above the second conveying platform 31; then, the fifth driving device 9 drives the second mounting plate 7 to move down, so that the suction cup presses on the liquid crystal glass, thereby sucking and taking out the liquid crystal glass.
The working principle of the technical scheme of the application is as follows: in the initial state, the first separating device 51 is placed with an empty placement frame, and the second transfer platform 31 is flush with the first transfer platform 21. The loaded placing frame is inputted into the machine body 1 by the first transfer platform 21 and then transferred to the second transfer platform 31 on the vertical transfer unit 3. The second transfer platform 31 lifts the fully loaded setting frame up to the position of the separation unit 5, and then the first separation device 51 and the second separation device 52 in the separation unit 5 are operated alternately to take out the packing paper and the liquid crystal glass from the setting frame, respectively. The first separating means 51 puts the packing paper into the preset empty placing frame, and when the liquid crystal glass in a full-load placing frame is completely removed, the placing frame filled with the packing paper is discharged from the machine body 1 by the discharging unit.
