In order to directly convey the bent plate 100 to the next process, an output table 5 is provided at an output end of the second bending apparatus 3, and the bent plate 100 is conveyed to the next process through the output table 5. The specific structure of the material output table 5 is not particularly limited, as long as the bent plate 100 can be driven to output.
Optionally, the bending forming device further includes a control system, and the first bending device 2, the second bending device 3, and the conveying device 4 are electrically connected to the control system, and the control system controls the actions of the components. Optionally, two conveying guide rails 41 are provided, the two conveying guide rails 41 are arranged at intervals along the second direction, each of the second adsorption assembly 422 and the third adsorption assembly 423 includes two sets of adsorption arms oppositely arranged along the second direction, the two sets of adsorption arms oppositely arranged are respectively slidably arranged on one conveying guide rail 41, the two sets of adsorption arms oppositely arranged can clamp and adsorb the first bending member or the second bending member, the two conveying guide rails 41 are provided, each of the first adsorption assembly 421 and the second adsorption assembly 422 includes two sets of corresponding adsorption arms, the two sets of adsorption arms oppositely arranged are respectively slidably arranged on one conveying guide rail 41, the first bending member or the second bending member is conveyed by the two sets of adsorption arms, and the conveying stability of the plate 100 can be improved; two sets of relative absorption arms can follow the both sides of first kink component or second kink component and carry out centre gripping and adsorb, improve the transport effect to first kink component or second kink component.
A group of first adsorption assemblies 421 are arranged on each of the two conveying guide rails 41, each first adsorption assembly 421 comprises a driving portion 4211 and an adsorption disc 4212, the driving portions 4211 are slidably arranged on the conveying guide rails 41, and an output end of each driving portion 4211 is connected with the adsorption disc 4212 to drive the adsorption disc 4212 to move in the vertical direction so as to adsorb and drive the plate 100 to move, so that the plate 100 is conveniently adsorbed or put down through the adsorption disc 4212; the plate 100 can be driven to move by the aid of the adsorption disc 4212, and mechanical damage to the plate 100 can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 4, the driving mechanism 43 includes a driving motor and a transmission component, an output end of the driving motor is in transmission connection with the transmission component, the transmission component is belt transmission or chain transmission, in this embodiment, the transmission component is belt transmission, the transmission component extends along a first direction, the transmission component is in transmission connection with the first adsorption component 421, the second adsorption component 422, and the third adsorption component 423, and the driving motor drives the transmission component to move so as to drive the first adsorption component 421, the second adsorption component 422, and the third adsorption component 423 to move synchronously. The driving mechanism 43 is not limited to the above configuration, and may have another configuration as long as synchronous driving of the first suction unit 421, the second suction unit 422, and the third suction unit 423 can be achieved.
Bending and forming:
first, the plate 100 is placed on the supporting table 1 and located in the area enclosed by the second positioning assembly.
Then, the first adsorption assembly 421 moves to a position right above the plate 100 along the conveying rail 41, the driving portion 4211 drives the adsorption disc 4212 to move downward to adsorb the plate 100, and then, the adsorption disc 4212 is driven to reset upward, and then the plate 100 is driven to move to the first supporting portion 21, the first pressing portion 22 presses the plate 100 against the first supporting portion 21, and the first bending portion 23 is folded upward to bend two ends of the plate 100 along the second direction, so as to form a U-shaped first bending structural member.
Then, the second adsorption component 422 moves the first bending structural member on the first supporting portion 21 to the second supporting portion, the first positioning component extends out to position the first bending structural member, then the second pressing portion presses the first bending structural member on the second supporting portion 21, and the first positioning component resets; and then the second bending part is turned over to turn over the front end and the rear end of the first bending component along the first direction so as to obtain a second bending component.
After that, the third suction unit 423 conveys the second bending member on the second support portion to the discharge table 5 for discharge.
It should be noted that: the supporting table 1, the first supporting portion 21 and the second supporting portion can all act simultaneously, when the three groups of adsorption assemblies move, the first adsorption assembly 421 conveys the plate 100 on the supporting table 1 to the first supporting portion 21, the second adsorption assembly 422 conveys the plate 100 on the first supporting portion 21 to the second supporting portion, the third adsorption assembly 423 outputs the first bending structural member on the second supporting portion, and three actions can be achieved simultaneously to improve the working efficiency of the bending forming device.
The bending forming device realizes the automation of bending the plate 100, and can automatically replace manual operation, thereby ensuring the operation safety of personnel, avoiding personal injury and reducing occupational hazards brought by special work posts.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Claims (10)
1. A bending and forming device is characterized by comprising:
a support table (1), the support table (1) being used for supporting a plate (100), the support table (1) extending along a first direction;
the bending device comprises a first bending device (2) and a second bending device (3), wherein the first bending device (2) and the second bending device (3) are sequentially arranged along the first direction, the first bending device (2) is used for bending two ends of the plate (100) along the second direction, the second bending device (3) is used for bending two ends of the plate (100) along the first direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; and
a conveying device (4), wherein the conveying device (4) is configured to convey the plate (100) on the support table (1) to the positions of the first bending device (2) and the second bending device (3) in sequence, and output the bent plate (100).
2. The bend-forming apparatus in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the first bending device (2) comprises:
a first support portion (21) for supporting the plate member (100);
the first pressing part (22) is arranged above the first supporting part (21), and the first pressing part (22) can press the plate (100) on the first supporting part (21); and
and the first bending parts (23) are arranged in two groups, and the first bending parts (23) are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the first supporting part (21) along the second direction in a rotating mode so as to bend the two ends of the plate (100) along the second direction to form a first bending structural member.
3. The bend-forming apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the second bending device (3) comprises:
a second support portion for supporting the first bending structure;
the second pressing part is arranged above the second supporting part and can press the first bending joint member on the second supporting part; and
and the second bending parts are respectively and rotatably arranged on two opposite sides of the second supporting part along the first direction so as to bend the first bending structural member along two ends of the first direction to form a second bending structural member.
4. The bend-forming apparatus in accordance with claim 3, characterized in that the second bending device (3) further comprises:
the first positioning assembly is configured to be capable of stretching and retracting along the first direction so as to enable one end, far away from the first bending device (2), of the first bending joint member along the first direction to be pressed against the second supporting portion, and when the second pressing portion presses the first bending joint member against the second supporting portion, the first positioning assembly resets.
5. Bend forming device according to claim 3, characterized in that the conveying device (4) comprises:
a conveying guide rail (41) which is provided on the support table (1) and extends in the first direction;
the conveying component is arranged on the conveying component in a sliding mode and used for driving the plate (100) to move; and
and the driving mechanism (43) is used for driving the conveying component to move along the conveying guide rail (41).
6. The bend-forming apparatus of claim 5, wherein the transport component includes:
a first adsorption assembly (421), wherein the first adsorption assembly (421) is configured to adsorb the plate (100) on the support table (1) and convey the plate to the first support part (21);
a second suction assembly (422), the second suction assembly (422) being configured to be capable of sucking the first bending structure at the first bending apparatus (2) and transferring onto the second support; and
a third suction assembly (423), the second suction assembly (422) being configured to be able to suction the second bending junction member at the second bending device (3) and to deliver outfeed.
7. Bending forming device according to claim 6, characterized in that the first suction assembly (421), the second suction assembly (422) and the third suction assembly (423) move synchronously along the transport guide (41).
8. The bend forming device according to claim 6, wherein two conveying rails (41) are provided, and the two conveying rails (41) are arranged at intervals in the second direction;
the second adsorption component (422) and the third adsorption component (423) comprise two groups of adsorption arms arranged oppositely in the second direction, the two groups of adsorption arms arranged oppositely are arranged in one conveying guide rail (41) in a sliding mode respectively, and the two groups of adsorption arms arranged oppositely can clamp and adsorb the first bending structural member or the second bending structural member.
9. The bend forming apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first suction assembly (421) includes:
a drive unit (4211) slidably provided on the conveyance rail (41); and
the output end of the driving part (4211) is connected with the adsorption disc (4212) to drive the adsorption disc (4212) to move along the vertical direction so as to adsorb and drive the plate (100) to move.
10. The bend forming device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that a second positioning assembly is provided on the support table (1), the second positioning assembly being configured to position the plate member (100).
