本发明涉及面料领域,尤其涉及一种火山岩面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。火山岩高分子面料的最大特点就是暖和、柔软,适合贴身穿。采用核壳结构双技能粉体专利制造技术,将火山岩和有机植物碳化材料结合在一起,形成“微量金属元素+炭材料”的复方结构,比一般发热纱线更具保温效果。同时由于火山岩本身就含有大量的硒、铝、钙、钠、镁、钛、锰、铁、镍、钴等几十种矿物质和微量元素,这些复杂结构的金属化合物很容易吸收热能,加上其结构呈现不规则多孔结构,有超强蓄热能力,有效升温保暖、美肤、调湿。
现有的火山岩面料的抗菌、阻燃性能较差,因此我们提出了一种火山岩面料,用来解决上述问题。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在火山岩面料的抗菌、阻燃性能较差的缺点,而提出的一种火山岩面料。
本发明提出的一种火山岩面料,包括以下重量份的原料:火山岩30-40份、植物纤维40-50份、竹炭纤维10-15份、甲壳素1-5份、纳米银1-5份、橄榄叶提取物2-7份、三氧化二锑3-8份、氢氧化镁1-5份、氢氧化铝1-5份、抗静电剂0.5-1份。

依据GB/T5455-1997对本方案提出的火山岩面料进行阻燃性能检测。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种火山岩面料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:火山岩35份、植物纤维45份、竹炭纤维12份、甲壳素3份、纳米银3份、橄榄叶提取物4份、三氧化二锑5份、氢氧化镁3份、氢氧化铝3份、抗静电剂0.7份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种火山岩面料,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:通过纳米技术提炼出的火山岩原石中对人体有用的矿物质和微量元素;
S2:将矿物质和微量元素与甲壳素、纳米银、橄榄叶提取物、三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、抗静电剂进行混合,制得混合物;
S3:将混合物植入到植物纤维和竹炭纤维内,将植物纤维和竹炭纤维进行混纺,制得纱线;
S4:对纱线进行编织,制得火山岩面料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种火山岩面料,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为烷基磷酸酯类、聚胺类、聚酯聚醚类、三嗪类抗静电剂中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种火山岩面料,其特征在于,所述S2中,将矿物质和微量元素与甲壳素、纳米银、橄榄叶提取物、三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、抗静电剂进行混合,混合时间为10-20min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种火山岩面料,其特征在于,所述S3中,植物纤维和竹炭纤维依次经过络筒工序、整经工序、浆纱工序、穿经工序,形成预织纱线。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种火山岩面料,其特征在于,所述S4中,对制得火山岩面料的外观进行检验,检验合格进行入库存储,对合格的量进行计算,检验不合格的直接剔除,并对剔除的量进行计算,进而计算出实时合格率。
