本发明属于药物领域,具体涉及抗体融合蛋白、制备方法及其应用。该抗体融合蛋白,表达量高,哺乳动物细胞293E中瞬转表达量100‑150mg/L;装配率高,正确装配率超过95%;亲和力高,单边抗体/融合蛋白和抗原结合KD值与阳性对照单克隆抗体/融合蛋白和抗原结合KD值相当;便于纯化,使用Protein A或Protein L一步纯化纯度即可达到95%以上,药效实验动物体内抑瘤率最高可达92%。
