Abstract
本申请公开了一种像素电路及其驱动方法、显示面板,其中像素电路,包括驱动晶体管,第一发光控制子电路、第二发光控制子电路、第一阈值补偿子电路、第二阈值补偿子电路、第一初始化子电路、第二初始化子电路、数据写入子电路、电容器、发光元件。本申请实施例提供的通过设置两个阈值补偿子电路,在电压补偿阶段的末尾,由于第四开关控制信号会向下跳变进而关闭第六晶体管,但第五开关控制信号会向上跳变进而关闭第七晶体管,本申请实施例通过采用LTPS TFT作为第七晶体管,在栅极电压向上跳变时通过自身寄生电容Cgs带动第一节点向上跳动,补偿了第六晶体管TFT栅极向下跳动对第一节点的影响,实现像素电路L0~L255的数据范围整体向0V电压方向偏移。

技术领域
本申请一般涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种像素电路及其驱动方法、显示面板。
背景技术
LTPO是一种低功耗OLED显示技术,LTPO TFT (Low Temperature Poly-OxideTFT,低温多晶氧化物薄膜晶体管)具有比LTPS TFT(Low Temperature Poly-Silicon,低温多晶硅薄膜晶体管)更低的驱动功率。LTPS显示静止图像需要60Hz,但是LTPO可以降低到1Hz,驱动功率大大降低。显示器功耗分为驱动功率和发光功率。LTPO将部分晶体管转换成氧化物,漏电流更少,可使电容器电压(电荷)保持一秒钟,以驱动1Hz。LTPS漏电流更大,即使驱动静止像素也需要60Hz;否则,亮度会大幅降低,而LTPO不会。
LTPO最初应用于智能手表。LTPO的效率在智能手表中得到了极大的证明。由于屏幕上的黑色区域较宽,因此发光功率较低。在LTPS中,驱动功率和发光功率之比约为6:4。LTPO会将现有驱动功率降低到三分之一,从而使总体功耗降低40%。
但是智能手机发光功率约占总功率的80%,并且发光功率明显大于驱动功率,即使降低驱动功率,总的功耗降低,但是效果并不明显。这是因为人们使用智能手机方式与智能手表不同,例如,人们可能会长时间通过手机观看视频,LTPO低功耗优势无法体现出来。
如果要将LTPO应用于手机显示屏等应用中,生产难度将增加,价格也会上涨。智能手表的显示屏尺寸小于2英寸,但智能手机显示屏约为6英寸。通过在功率降低效果和生产成本增加之间取得平衡,可以将与LTPO相关的更高工艺技术应用于实际产品中。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中的上述缺陷或不足,期望提供一种像素电路及其驱动方法、显示面板,可以有效解决驱动晶体管充电率变低。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种像素电路,包括驱动晶体管,第一发光控制子电路、第二发光控制子电路、第一阈值补偿子电路、第二阈值补偿子电路、第一初始化子电路、第二初始化子电路、数据写入子电路、电容器、发光元件,其中,
所述驱动晶体管,用于响应栅极的信号,在第一极至第二极的导通路径上产生驱动电流;
第一发光控制子电路,与第一电源端和所述驱动晶体管的第一极连接,用于响应发光信号,将所述第一电源端的电压施加至所述驱动晶体管;
所述第二发光控制子电路,与所述驱动晶体管的第二极和所述发光元件的第一端连接,用于响应所述发光信号,将所述驱动电流施加至所述发光元件,所述发光元件的第二端连接第二电源端;
所述数据写入子电路,用于响应第一开关控制信号,将数据信号写入所述驱动晶体管的第一极;
第一初始化子电路,与所述发光元件的第一端和初始电压端连接,用于响应第二开关控制信号,将复位电压施加至所述发光元件;
所述第二初始化子电路,与所述第二阈值补偿子电路和所述初始电压端连接,用于响应第三开关控制信号,将所述复位电压施加至所述驱动晶体管的栅极;
所述第一阈值补偿子电路,与所述驱动晶体管的第二极和所述第二阈值补偿子电路连接,用于响应第四开关控制信号,将驱动晶体管的第二极的信号传输至所述第二阈值补偿子电路;

第二方面,本申请提供了一种像素电路驱动方法,应用于如以上所述的像素驱动电路,所述驱动方法包括复位阶段、阈值补偿阶段和发光阶段:
在所述复位阶段,所述第一初始化子电路响应于第二开关控制信号将复位电压施加至所述发光元件,对所述发光元件的第一端进行复位;所述第二初始化子电路响应于第三开关控制信号控制所述第二初始化子电路的导通,所述第二阈值补偿子电路响应于第五开关控制信号控制所述第二阈值补偿子电路的导通,将复位电压施加至所述驱动晶体管的栅极,对所述驱动晶体管的栅极进行复位;
在所述阈值补偿阶段,所述数据写入子电路响应于第一开关控制信号将数据信号写入所述驱动晶体管的第一极,所述数据信号输入数据电压Vdata,所述驱动晶体管的第一极的电压充电至Vdata,所述驱动晶体管导通;所述第一阈值补偿子电路响应于第二开关控制信号以及所述第二阈值补偿子电路响应于第五开关控制信号控制导通所述驱动晶体管的第二极与栅极之间的电路,使所述驱动晶体管的栅极处的电压为Vdata+Vth,Vth为所述驱动晶体管对应的阈值电压,实现对所述驱动晶体管栅极的电压补偿;
在所述发光阶段,所述第一发光控制子电路响应于发光信号将所述第一电源端的电压施加至所述驱动晶体管的第一极,所述驱动晶体管DN导通,所述第二发光控制子电路响应于所述发光信号将所述驱动电流施加至所述发光元件,以驱动发光元件发光。
进一步地,在所述阈值补偿阶段结束之前,所述第五开关控制信号控制所述第二阈值补偿子电路相较于所述第一阈值补偿子电路提前一定时间关闭,并控制所述驱动晶体管栅极与所述驱动晶体管的第二极之间的电路在该时间段内断开。
优选地,所述像素电路用于驱动全黑画面时,对所述第二开关控制信号加载若干有效脉冲信号,通过所述第二开关控制信号控制所述第一初始化子电路的导通与断开,实现对所述发光元件的第一端进行多次复位。
进一步地,所述发光阶段还包括若干复位子阶段以及位于每一所述复位子阶段后的发光子阶段。
进一步地,在所述发光阶段内,所述第二开关控制信号与所述发光信号的脉冲频率相同。
进一步地,所述第一控制线与所述第二控制线为不同信号线,且所述第一开关控制信号与所述第二开关控制信号为不同开关控制信号。

下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与发明相关的部分。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。
在现有技术中,像素电路一般采用8TFT1C构成,在驱动晶体管的第二极和栅极之间设置有一个TFT作为阈值补偿单元,但由于阈值补偿TFT的栅极开关控制信号在补偿阶段结束时会向下跳变,通过阈值补偿TFT的寄生电容Cgs会带动驱动晶体管的栅极电压向下跳变,导致驱动晶体管的充电率变低,补偿效果变差,同时也会导致L0~L255的数据范围整体向正电压方向偏移,部分驱动晶体管的IC可能难以支持较大正电压输出。
请详见图1,本申请提供了一种像素电路,包括驱动晶体管DN,第一发光控制子电路、第二发光控制子电路、第一阈值补偿子电路、第二阈值补偿子电路、第一初始化子电路、第二初始化子电路、数据写入子电路、电容器C、发光元件,其中,

发光元件可以是现有技术中包括LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)或OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)在内的电流驱动型发光器件,在下述各实施例中是以OLED为例进行的说明。需要说明的是,发光元件可以为各种类型的OLED,例如顶发射、底发射、双侧发射等,可以发红光、绿光、蓝光或白光等,本公开的实施例对此不作限制。
晶体管可分别独立选自多晶硅薄膜晶体管、非晶硅薄膜晶体管、氧化物薄膜晶体管以及有机薄膜晶体管中的一种。其中,“控制极”具体是指晶体管的栅极,“第一极”具体是指晶体管的源极,“第二极”具体是指晶体管的漏极。当然,本领域的技术人员应该知晓的是,该“第一极”与“第二极”可进行互换,即“第一极”具体是指晶体管的漏极,“第二极”具体是指晶体管的源极。
另外,按照晶体管半导体特性的不同,晶体管可以分为N型晶体管和P型晶体管。其中,在晶体管作为开关晶体管使用时,N型开关晶体管受控于高电平开关控制信号而导通,受控于低电平开关控制信号而关闭;P型开关晶体管受控于低电平开关控制信号而导通,受控于高电平开关控制信号而关闭。

需要说明的是,本公开的实施例中的第一电源端VDD例如保持输入直流高电平信号,将该直流高电平称为第一电压;第一电源端VDD例如保持输入直流低电平信号,将该直流低电平称为第二电压,低于第一电压。以下各实施例与此相同,不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,所述第一控制线与所述第二控制线为同一信号线,且所述第一开关控制信号P1与所述第二开关控制信号P2为同一开关控制信号。对应地,所述第三晶体管T3与所述第四晶体管T4中的一个为N型晶体管,另一个为P型晶体管。
当第一开关控制信号P1与第二开关控制信号P2为同一信号时,可以使得像素电路的开关控制信号简单,同时节省布线空间。在具体设置时,对于第一开关控制信号P1控制的第三晶体管T3,用于实现在阈值补偿阶段对驱动电路的阈值补偿和数据写入,对于第二开关控制信号P2控制的第四晶体管T4用于对复位阶段,用于实现对发光元件的第一端进行复位;两者分别对不同阶段实现有效信号控制,因此,控制线分别对应的晶体管为相反类型的晶体管,即可实现在相同阶段,输入高电平或者低电平时,对其中一个晶体管有效,对另一个晶体管无效。
在另一些实施例中,所述第一控制线与所述第二控制线为不同信号线,且所述第一开关控制信号P1与所述第二开关控制信号P2为不同开关控制信号。
当第一开关控制信号P1与第二开关控制信号P2为不同信号时,分别对应的两个晶体管类型可以为相同类型,分别在不同阶段设置对应的有效信号,并控制相应的晶体管导通,实现相应的功能。例如,第三晶体管T3和第四晶体管T4均为N型,通过控制第一开关控制信号P1在阈值补偿阶段为高电平控制第三晶体管T3导通,此时,第二开关控制信号P2为低电平控制第四晶体管T4断开;在复位阶段,第二开关控制信号P2为高电平控制第四晶体管T4导通,而此时,第一开关控制信号P1可以为高电平或低电平,对复位阶段没有影响。
在一些实施例中,所述第五晶体管T5和所述第六晶体管T6为氧化物薄膜晶体管,所述驱动晶体管DN、第一晶体管T1、第二晶体管T2、第三晶体管T3、第四晶体管T4、第七晶体管T7均为低温多晶氧化物薄膜晶体管。
氧化物薄膜晶体管(oxide thin-film transistor,简称TFT),例如以氧化物半导体(如铟镓锌氧化物(Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide,IGZO))作为TFT的有源层,氧化物半导体具有较高的电子迁移率、良好的关断特性,相比低温多晶硅(Low Temperature PolySilicon,LTPS),氧化物半导体制程简单,与非晶硅制程相容性较高。当然,氧化物薄膜晶体管还可以为其他金属氧化物半导体,例如,铟锌锡氧化物(IZTO)或铟镓锌锡氧化物(IGZTO)等。采用氧化物薄膜晶体管可以有效减小晶体管的尺寸以及防止漏电流,从而在使得该像素电路的可以适用于低频驱动的同时,还可以增加显示面板的分辨率。
低温多晶氧化物薄膜晶体管((Low Temperature Poly-Oxide TFT,简称LTPOTFT)具有比LTPS TFT更低的驱动功率。LTPO显示面板不仅具有LTPS显示面板的高分辨率、高反应速度、高亮度、高开口率以及生产成本低和功耗低的优势。
为了降低OLED的功耗,可以采用低频信号对像素电路进行驱动,然而在像素电路全部采用P型晶体管实现时,由于P型晶体管的漏电流比较大,采用低频驱动会产生闪屏(Flicker)等现象,从而限制了该像素电路的使用。在本公开实施例中,该像素电路采用混合N型和P型晶体管的像素电路,可以在该像素电路用于低频率驱动时克服闪屏现象。同时,由于N型晶体管的漏电流较小,所以无需考虑N型晶体管的老化问题。
实施例二
本申请提供了一种像素电路驱动方法,应用于如以上所述的像素驱动电路,请详见图2,所述驱动方法包括复位阶段、阈值补偿阶段和发光阶段:
在所述复位阶段t1,所述第一初始化子电路响应于第二开关控制信号P2将复位电压施加至所述发光元件,对所述发光元件的第一端进行复位;所述第二初始化子电路响应于第三开关控制信号P3控制所述第二初始化子电路的导通,所述第二阈值补偿子电路响应于第五开关控制信号P5控制所述第二阈值补偿子电路的导通,将复位电压施加至所述驱动晶体管DN的栅极,对所述驱动晶体管DN的栅极进行复位。
另外,定义驱动晶体管DN的栅极与第二阈值补偿子电路在第一节点N1处连接,驱动晶体管DN的第一极与第一发光控制子电路在第二节点N2处连接,驱动晶体管DN的第二极与第二发光控制子电路和第一阈值补偿子电路在第三节点N3处连接,第一初始化子电路与发光元件的第一端在N4处连接,第一阈值补偿子电路与第二阈值补偿子电路和第二初始化子电路在第五节点N5处连接。
需要注意的是,在本公开实施例的说明中,第一节点N1、第二节点N2、第三节点N3、第四节点N4以及第五节点N5并非表示实际存在的部件,而是表示电路图中相关电路连接的汇合点。
在本申请公开实施例中,所述第一控制线与所述第二控制线为同一信号线,且所述第一开关控制信号P1与所述第二开关控制信号P2为同一开关控制信号。
第四晶体管T4为N型LTPO TFT,在第二开关控制信号P2为高电平时导通,第二晶体管T2为P型LTPO TFT,在发光信号EM为高电平关闭;通过第四晶体管T4将复位电压施加至发光元件,对所述发光元件的第一端进行复位;第五晶体管T5为N型TFT,在第三开关控制信号P3为高电平时导通;第七晶体管T7为P型LTPO TFT,在第五开关控制信号P5为低电平时导通;第六晶体管T6为N型TFT,在第四开关控制信号P4为低电平时关闭;第三晶体管T3为P型LTPO TFT,在第一开关控制信号P1为高电平时关闭;通过第五晶体管T5和第七晶体管T7将复位电压施加至所述驱动晶体管DN的栅极,对所述驱动晶体管DN的栅极进行复位。
在复位阶段t1,第一节点N1处的电压为Vinit,第四节点N4处的电压为Vinit,第五节点N5处的电压为Vinit。此时,第二节点N2和第三节点N3两端均处于断路,栅极处的电压为Vinit,驱动晶体管DN为N型LTPO TFT,在低电平时处于关闭状态。各阶段节点处的电压如下表所示。
在所述阈值补偿阶段t2,所述数据写入子电路响应于第一开关控制信号P1将数据信号写入所述驱动晶体管DN的第一极,所述数据信号输入数据电压Vdata,所述驱动晶体管DN的第一极的电压充电至Vdata,所述驱动晶体管DN导通;所述第一阈值补偿子电路响应于第二开关控制信号P2以及所述第二阈值补偿子电路响应于第五开关控制信号P5控制导通所述驱动晶体管DN的第二极与栅极之间的电路,使所述驱动晶体管DN的栅极处的电压为Vdata+Vth,Vth为所述驱动晶体管DN对应的阈值电压,实现对所述驱动晶体管DN栅极的电压补偿。
在t2阶段,第三晶体管T3为P型LTPO TFT,在第一开关控制信号P1为低电平时导通;驱动晶体管DN处于关闭状态,数据电压Vdata通过第三晶体管T3将电压施加至驱动晶体管DN的第一极,当所述驱动晶体管DN的第一极的电压充电至Vdata,驱动晶体管DN的栅极为电压为Vinit,驱动晶体管DN在高电平时导通;继续充电,此时第三节点N3处的电压为Vdata+Vth,Vth为所述驱动晶体管DN对应的阈值电压;第六晶体管T6为N型TFT,在第四开关控制信号P4为高电平时导通,第七晶体管T7为P型LTPO TFT,在第五开关控制信号P5为低电平时导通;此时,第一节点N1处的电压为Vdata+Vth,实现对所述驱动晶体管DN栅极的电压补偿,并将数据信号写入电容器C。
另外需要注意的是,在此阶段,发光信号EM为高电平,第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2在高电平时关闭,第三开关控制信号P3为低电平,第五晶体管T5在低电平时关闭,第二开关控制信号P2为低电平,第四晶体管T4在低电平时关闭;当然,第四晶体管T4也可以响应于其他的信号而导通或关闭,不会对该像素电路的后续发光阶段造成影响,本公开的实施例对此不作限制。
在所述发光阶段t3,所述第一发光控制子电路响应于发光信号EM将所述第一电源端的电压施加至所述驱动晶体管DN的第一极,所述驱动晶体管DN导通,所述第二发光控制子电路响应于所述发光信号EM将所述驱动电流施加至所述发光元件,以驱动发光元件发光。
在此t3阶段,发光信号EM为低电平,第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2在低电平时导通,驱动晶体管DN导通;其他晶体管在相应的开关控制信号控制下均处于关闭状态。
在发光阶段t3,驱动晶体管DN工作处于饱和状态,根据饱和状态电流特性可知,流过驱动晶体管DN且用于驱动发光元件发光的饱和电流I满足公式:
I=1/2∗μ∗Cox∗W/L∗ (Vgs−Vth ) 2
=K(Vdata+Vth-VDD–Vth) 2
=K(Vdata-VDD) 2。
其中K为结构参数,相同结构中此数值相对稳定,可以算作常量。从而可以看出发光元件的工作电流已经不受驱动晶体管DN的阈值电压Vth的影响,彻底解决了由于工艺制程以及长时间的操作造成的驱动晶体管DN的阈值电压Vth漂移,从而改善了面板显示的不均匀性。
通过本实施例的技术方案,在进入发光阶段之前在电压补偿阶段的末尾,由于第四开关控制信号P4会向下跳变进而关闭第六晶体管T6,但第五开关控制信号P5会向上跳变进而关闭第七晶体管T7,本申请实施例通过采用LTPS TFT作为第七晶体管T7,在栅极电压向上跳变时通过自身寄生电容Cgs带动第一节点N1向上跳动,补偿了第六晶体管T6TFT栅极向下跳动对第一节点N1的影响。因此,可以实现L0~L255的数据范围整体向0V电压方向偏移,如图3所示。
实施例二
一种像素电路驱动方法,应用于如以上所述的像素驱动电路,所述驱动方法包括复位阶段、阈值补偿阶段和发光阶段:
在所述阈值补偿阶段t2,所述数据写入子电路响应于第一开关控制信号P1将数据信号写入所述驱动晶体管DN的第一极,所述数据信号输入数据电压Vdata,所述驱动晶体管DN的第一极的电压充电至Vdata,所述驱动晶体管DN导通;所述第一阈值补偿子电路响应于第二开关控制信号P2以及所述第二阈值补偿子电路响应于第五开关控制信号P5控制导通所述驱动晶体管DN的第二极与栅极之间的电路,使所述驱动晶体管DN的栅极处的电压为Vdata+Vth,Vth为所述驱动晶体管DN对应的阈值电压,实现对所述驱动晶体管DN栅极的电压补偿。
如图4所示,在所述阈值补偿阶段结束之前,所述第五开关控制信号P5控制所述第二阈值补偿子电路相较于所述第一阈值补偿子电路提前一定时间关闭,并控制所述驱动晶体管DN栅极与所述驱动晶体管DN的第二极之间的电路在该时间段内断开。
为了进一步提高充电率,并保证高频(120hz)驱动时的Vth补偿效果,可以通过调整第五开关控制信号P5的时序,使第五开关控制信号P5在阈值补偿阶段结束之前,提前向上跳变,使第七晶体管T7提前关闭。本申请实施例通过采用LTPS TFT作为第七晶体管T7,在阈值补偿阶段结束之前,在栅极电压向上跳变时通过自身寄生电容Cgs带动第一节点N1向上跳动,使得L0~L255的数据范围整体向0V电压方向偏移。当阈值补偿阶段时,第四开关控制信号P4会向下跳变进而关闭第六晶体管T6,此时,由于第七晶体管T7已经关闭,第六晶体管T6的栅极电压变化不会对第一节点N1产生影响。
实施例三
一种像素电路驱动方法,应用于如以上所述的像素驱动电路,所述驱动方法包括复位阶段、阈值补偿阶段和发光阶段:
在所述复位阶段t1,所述第一初始化子电路响应于第二开关控制信号P2将复位电压施加至所述发光元件,对所述发光元件的第一端进行复位;所述第二初始化子电路响应于第三开关控制信号P3控制所述第二初始化子电路的导通,所述第二阈值补偿子电路响应于第五开关控制信号P5控制所述第二阈值补偿子电路的导通,将复位电压施加至所述驱动晶体管DN的栅极,对所述驱动晶体管DN的栅极进行复位。
在所述阈值补偿阶段t2,所述数据写入子电路响应于第一开关控制信号P1将数据信号写入所述驱动晶体管DN的第一极,所述数据信号输入数据电压Vdata,所述驱动晶体管DN的第一极的电压充电至Vdata,所述驱动晶体管DN导通;所述第一阈值补偿子电路响应于第二开关控制信号P2以及所述第二阈值补偿子电路响应于第五开关控制信号P5控制导通所述驱动晶体管DN的第二极与栅极之间的电路,使所述驱动晶体管DN的栅极处的电压为Vdata+Vth,Vth为所述驱动晶体管DN对应的阈值电压,实现对所述驱动晶体管DN栅极的电压补偿。
在本申请公开实施例中,所述第一控制线与所述第二控制线为不同信号线,且所述第一开关控制信号P1与所述第二开关控制信号P2为不同开关控制信号。
在所述发光阶段t3,所述第一发光控制子电路响应于发光信号EM将所述第一电源端的电压施加至所述驱动晶体管DN的第一极,所述驱动晶体管DN导通,所述第二发光控制子电路响应于所述发光信号EM将所述驱动电流施加至所述发光元件,以驱动发光元件发光。
当所述像素电路用于驱动全黑画面L0时,驱动晶体管DN由于在阈值补偿阶段写入的L0数据信号,在发光阶段,驱动晶体管DN也处于关闭状态。在复位阶段,第四节点N4点被复位到Vinit(例如,-3V),到了发光阶段由于驱动晶体管DN自身的漏电,第四节点N4点的电压会被逐渐拉高,等到第四节点N4点与VSS压差大于OLED 的阈值电压时,OLED 就会发光,导致L0亮度升高,显示对比度变差,在低频驱动时更加明显。
因此,本申请实施例中,针对L0画面时,在发光阶段中,对所述第二开关控制信号P2加载若干有效脉冲信号,通过所述第二开关控制信号P2控制所述第一初始化子电路的导通与断开,实现对所述发光元件的第一端进行多次复位。
需要说明的是,在本公开的实施例中,有效信号(电平)是指用于开启相应开关元件的信号(电平),无效信号(电平)是指用于关闭相应开关元件的信号(电平)。同理,在本申请其他实施例中,均作此解释。有效电平和无效电平仅代表该信号的电平有2个状态量,不代表全文中有效电平或无效电平具有特定的数值。
在具体实施例时,所述发光阶段还包括若干复位子阶段以及位于每一所述复位子阶段后的发光子阶段。在所述发光阶段内,所述第二开关控制信号P2与所述发光信号EM的脉冲频率相同。
在复位子阶段,第四晶体管T4为N型LTPO TFT,在第二开关控制信号P2为高电平时导通,第二晶体管T2为P型LTPO TFT,在发光信号EM为高电平关闭;通过第四晶体管T4将复位电压施加至发光元件,对所述发光元件的第一端进行复位。
在发光子阶段,发光信号EM为低电平,第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2在低电平时导通,驱动晶体管DN在写入数据L0的控制下,驱动晶体管DN关闭,用于显示L0黑画面。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中所述的复位子阶段与复位阶段非相同阶段。在复位阶段,第二初始化子模块对驱动晶体管DN的栅极进行复位,而在复位子阶段,仅第一初始化子模块对发光元件的第一端进行复位,而第二初始化子模块不对驱动晶体管DN的栅极进行复位。
另外需要说明的是,所述复位子阶段位于非L0画面时的发光阶段内,进行一次像素电路的复位阶段和数据写入阶段,在发光阶段不再进行数据写入阶段或者阈值补偿阶段。
本申请实施例中,如图5所示,通过将第二开关控制信号P2与发光信号EM的频率保持一致,当发光信号EM为高电平时,第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2关闭,此时第二开关控制信号P2为低电平,第四晶体管T4为导通,将复位电压施加至发光元件的第一端,对第四节点N4再次复位。将第二开关控制信号P2与发光信号EM的频率为高频信号,当像素电路为低频驱动时,例如1hz驱动时,发光信号EM开关频率仍保持240hz,第二开关控制信号P2也保持一致,在具体设置时,可以将复位子阶段的时间设置较短,短于发光子阶段时间。
本申请实施例中通过对第四节点N4进行多次复位,确保第四节点N4不会因为驱动晶体管DN的长时间漏电而使第四节点N4的电压值被拉高,使得全黑画面L0得以确保。
需要说明的是,在本申请各实施例中,各晶体管的类型以及对应的各开关控制信号,在实现相同的通断控制时,可以采用其他的类型以及不同的开关控制信号,以上仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。
第三方面,本申请提供了一种显示面板,包括如以上所述的像素电路。该显示面板可以应用于:OLED显示装置、AMOLED显示装置、手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
需要理解的是,术语“ 长度”、“ 宽度”、“ 上”、“ 下”、“ 前”、“ 后”、“ 左”、“ 右”、“ 竖直”、“ 水平”、“ 顶”、“ 底”“ 内”、“ 外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“ 第一”、“ 第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“ 第一”、“ 第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“ 多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
除非另有定义,本文中所使用的技术和科学术语与本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施目的,不是旨在限制本发明。本文中出现的诸如“设置”等术语既可以表示一个部件直接附接至另一个部件,也可以表示一个部件通过中间件附接至另一个部件。本文中在一个实施方式中描述的特征可以单独地或与其它特征结合地应用于另一个实施方式,除非该特征在该另一个实施方式中不适用或是另有说明。

Claims (11)
1.一种像素电路驱动方法,其特征在于,应用于像素电路,所述像素电路包括驱动晶体管,第一发光控制子电路、第二发光控制子电路、第一阈值补偿子电路、第二阈值补偿子电路、第一初始化子电路、第二初始化子电路、数据写入子电路、电容器、发光元件;
所述驱动晶体管,用于响应栅极的信号,在第一极至第二极的导通路径上产生驱动电流;
第一发光控制子电路,与第一电源端和所述驱动晶体管的第一极连接;
所述第二发光控制子电路,与所述驱动晶体管的第二极和所述发光元件的第一端连接,所述发光元件的第二端连接第二电源端;
所述数据写入子电路,与所述驱动晶体管的第一极连接;
第一初始化子电路,与所述发光元件的第一端和初始电压端连接;
所述第二初始化子电路,与所述第二阈值补偿子电路和所述初始电压端连接;
所述第一阈值补偿子电路,与所述驱动晶体管的第二极和所述第二阈值补偿子电路连接;
所述第二阈值补偿子电路,与所述第一阈值补偿子电路、所述第二初始化子电路和所述驱动晶体管的栅极连接;
所述电容器,第一端连接所述第一电源端,所述电容器的第二端连接所述驱动晶体管的栅极;所述驱动方法包括复位阶段、阈值补偿阶段和发光阶段:
在所述复位阶段,所述第一初始化子电路响应于第二开关控制信号将复位电压施加至所述发光元件,对所述发光元件的第一端进行复位;所述第二初始化子电路响应于第三开关控制信号控制所述第二初始化子电路的导通,所述第二阈值补偿子电路响应于第五开关控制信号控制所述第二阈值补偿子电路的导通,将复位电压施加至所述驱动晶体管的栅极,对所述驱动晶体管的栅极进行复位;
在所述阈值补偿阶段,所述数据写入子电路响应于第一开关控制信号将数据信号写入所述驱动晶体管的第一极,所述数据信号输入数据电压Vdata,所述驱动晶体管的第一极的电压充电至Vdata,所述驱动晶体管导通;所述第一阈值补偿子电路响应于第二开关控制信号以及所述第二阈值补偿子电路响应于第五开关控制信号控制导通所述驱动晶体管的第二极与栅极之间的电路,使所述驱动晶体管的栅极处的电压为Vdata+Vth,Vth为所述驱动晶体管对应的阈值电压,实现对所述驱动晶体管栅极的电压补偿;
在所述发光阶段,所述第一发光控制子电路响应于发光信号将第一电源端的电压施加至所述驱动晶体管的第一极,所述驱动晶体管DN导通,所述第二发光控制子电路响应于所述发光信号将所述驱动电流施加至所述发光元件,以驱动发光元件发光;
其中,在所述阈值补偿阶段结束之前,所述第五开关控制信号控制所述第二阈值补偿子电路相较于所述第一阈值补偿子电路提前一定时间关闭,并控制所述驱动晶体管栅极与所述驱动晶体管的第二极之间的电路在该一定时间内断开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的像素电路驱动方法,其特征在于,所述像素电路用于驱动全黑画面时,对所述第二开关控制信号加载若干有效脉冲信号,通过所述第二开关控制信号控制所述第一初始化子电路的导通与断开,实现对所述发光元件的第一端进行多次复位。
3.根据权利要求2所述的像素电路驱动方法,其特征在于,所述发光阶段还包括若干复位子阶段以及位于每一所述复位子阶段后的发光子阶段。
4.根据权利要求3所述的像素电路驱动方法,其特征在于,在所述发光阶段内,所述第二开关控制信号与所述发光信号的脉冲频率相同。
5.一种像素电路,其特征在于,采用如权利要求1-4任一所述的方法驱动,包括驱动晶体管,第一发光控制子电路、第二发光控制子电路、第一阈值补偿子电路、第二阈值补偿子电路、第一初始化子电路、第二初始化子电路、数据写入子电路、电容器、发光元件,其中,
所述驱动晶体管,用于响应栅极的信号,在第一极至第二极的导通路径上产生驱动电流;
第一发光控制子电路,与第一电源端和所述驱动晶体管的第一极连接,用于响应发光信号,将所述第一电源端的电压施加至所述驱动晶体管;
所述第二发光控制子电路,与所述驱动晶体管的第二极和所述发光元件的第一端连接,用于响应所述发光信号,将所述驱动电流施加至所述发光元件,所述发光元件的第二端连接第二电源端;
所述数据写入子电路,用于响应第一开关控制信号,将数据信号写入所述驱动晶体管的第一极;
第一初始化子电路,与所述发光元件的第一端和初始电压端连接,用于响应第二开关控制信号,将复位电压施加至所述发光元件;
所述第二初始化子电路,与所述第二阈值补偿子电路和所述初始电压端连接,用于响应第三开关控制信号,将所述复位电压施加至所述驱动晶体管的栅极;
所述第一阈值补偿子电路,与所述驱动晶体管的第二极和所述第二阈值补偿子电路连接,用于响应第四开关控制信号,将驱动晶体管的第二极的信号传输至所述第二阈值补偿子电路;
所述第二阈值补偿子电路,与所述第一阈值补偿子电路、所述第二初始化子电路和所述驱动晶体管的栅极连接,用于响应第五开关控制信号,将所述第一阈值补偿子电路的信号或所述第二初始化子电路的信号传输至所述驱动晶体管的栅极;
所述电容器,第一端连接所述第一电源端,所述电容器的第二端连接所述驱动晶体管的栅极。
6.根据权利要求5所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述第一发光控制子电路包括第一晶体管,所述第一晶体管的第一极连接所述第一电源端,所述第一晶体管的第二极连接所述驱动晶体管的第一极,所述第一晶体管的栅极连接提供发光信号的发光控制线;
所述第二发光控制子电路包括第二晶体管,所述第二晶体管的第一极连接所述驱动晶体管的第二极,所述第二晶体管的第二极连接所述发光元件的第一端,所述第二晶体管的栅极连接所述发光控制线;
所述数据写入子电路包括第三晶体管,所述第三晶体管的第一极连接所述驱动晶体管的第一极,所述第三晶体管的第二极连接数据线,所述第三晶体管的栅极连接提供第一开关控制信号的第一控制线;
所述第一初始化子电路包括第四晶体管,所述第四晶体管的第一极连接所述发光元件的第一端,所述第四晶体管的第二极连接所述初始电压端,所述第四晶体管的栅极连接提供第二开关控制信号的第二控制线;
所述第二初始化子电路包括第五晶体管,所述第一阈值补偿子电路包括第六晶体管,所述第二阈值补偿子电路包括第七晶体管,其中,
所述第六晶体管的第一极连接所述驱动晶体管的第二极,所述第六晶体管的第二极连接所述第五晶体管的第一极和所述第七晶体管的第二极,所述第七晶体管的第一级连接所述驱动晶体管的栅极,所述第五晶体管的第二极连接所述初始电压端;
所述第五晶体管的栅极连接提供第三开关控制信号的第三控制线;所述第六晶体管的栅极连接提供第四开关控制信号的第四控制线;所述第七晶体管的栅极连接提供第五开关控制信号的第五控制线。
7.根据权利要求6所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述第一控制线与所述第二控制线为同一信号线,且所述第一开关控制信号与所述第二开关控制信号为同一开关控制信号。
8.根据权利要求7所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述第三晶体管与所述第四晶体管中的一个为N型晶体管,另一个为P型晶体管。
9.根据权利要求6所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述第一控制线与所述第二控制线为不同信号线,且所述第一开关控制信号与所述第二开关控制信号为不同开关控制信号。
10.根据权利要求6所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述第五晶体管和所述第六晶体管为氧化物薄膜晶体管,所述驱动晶体管、第一晶体管、第二晶体管、第三晶体管、第四晶体管、第七晶体管均为低温多晶氧化物薄膜晶体管。
11.一种显示面板,包括如权利要求5-10任一所述的像素电路。
