一种窗帘的改进结构,包括支架、上端连接在支架上窗帘、其中一端与窗帘下端连接的拉绳,其特征在于在支架内设置有拉力变换器,拉绳的另一端与拉力变换器的主动拉绳联动,拉力变换器通过主动拉绳施加在拉绳拉力是这样变化的,随着窗帘下端往下移动而使窗帘释放,使窗帘施加在拉绳的拉力减少,拉力变换器施加在拉绳拉力也随着减少,随着窗帘下端往上移动而使窗帘收起,使窗帘施加在拉绳的拉力增大,拉力变换器施加在拉绳拉力也随着增大。本发明与已有技术相比,具有窗帘收放平缓自如的、使用方便的优点。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种窗帘的技术。
背景技术:
有些产生拉力的场合,如百页窗帘释放或者收起,由百页窗帘引起的拉力会发生很大的变化,如百页窗帘从完全收起开始释放时,由于全部的百页窗帘的重力全部作用在拉绳上,因此,此时的拉力是很大的,随着百页窗帘的释放,底部收起的百页窗帘越来越少,作用在拉绳上的拉力就越来越小,而且,随着所采用的百页窗帘的重量的加大,拉力的变化就会增大,开始释放百页窗帘时的冲击力大,需要额外用力拉着释放拉绳,以控制释放的幅度,而释放末期,由于拉力很小,又会导致释放不完全,从而导致百页窗帘的收放很不方便,不容易实现收放自如。
发明内容:
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种窗帘收放平缓自如的、使用方便的窗帘的改进结构。
本发明是这样实现的,包括支架、上端连接在支架上窗帘、其中一端与窗帘下端连接的拉绳,其特别之处在于在支架内设置有拉力变换器,拉绳的另一端通过导绳机构与拉力变换器的主动拉绳联动,拉力变换器通过主动拉绳施加在拉绳拉力是这样变化的,随着窗帘下端往下移动而使窗帘释放,使窗帘施加在拉绳的拉力减少,拉力变换器施加在拉绳拉力也随着减少,随着窗帘下端往上移动而使窗帘收起,使窗帘施加在拉绳的拉力增大,拉力变换器施加在拉绳拉力也随着增大。
由于采用了拉力变换器(如专利申请2021101106198所公开的技术),这样,随着窗帘的释放或者收起,窗帘施加在拉绳上的力也随着减小或者增大,同时,随着窗帘的释放或者收起,拉绳的释出或者收起,拉力变换器施加在拉绳拉力也随着减少或者增大,从而平衡了因窗帘的释放或者收起而施加在拉绳上的拉力的变化,使窗帘收放平缓自如的、使用方便。
这里,为了防止窗帘在自身重力的作用下,自主释放,或者在拉力变换器的主动拉绳的拉力作用下自主收起,在拉绳与拉力变换器的主动拉绳间设置有阻尼器,阻尼器的阻力是这样设置的,阻尼器的阻力加上拉力变换器的主动拉绳的拉力大于窗帘释放时的重力,同时,拉力变换器的主动拉绳的拉力大于阻尼器的阻力且拉力变换器的主动拉绳的拉力减去阻尼器的阻力小于窗帘释放时的重力。
这样,只有在外力施加给窗帘释放的拉力,使该窗帘释放的拉力加上窗帘释放时的重力大于阻尼器的阻力加上拉力变换器的主动拉绳的拉力时,窗帘才释放,一旦消除外力,窗帘就停止不动,从而满足人们将窗帘释放在任意设定位置的要求,要将窗帘收起,只需要托起窗帘,以抵消窗帘的重力,这样,拉力变换器的主动拉绳的拉力就会克服阻尼器的阻力,而拉动窗帘收起。
阻尼器包括固定滑轮构件、活动滑轮构件,固定滑轮构件包括固定在支架上的固定架、设置在固定架上的一个上的滑轮,活动滑轮构件包括活动架、设置在活动架上的一个以上的滑轮,拉绳的另一端依序绕过固定架上的滑轮、活动架上的滑轮后固定在固定架上,拉力变换器的主动拉绳连接在活动架上。采用固定滑轮构件、活动滑轮构件,一来增加了拉绳收放的摩擦力,以便有足够的摩擦力阻止窗帘在自重的作用下,自行释放,或者阻止拉力变换器的拉力将窗帘收起,二来,窗帘收放时的拉绳收放长度在固定滑轮构件、活动滑轮构件的作用下,以倍数缩短的方式,传递到拉力变换器的主动拉绳,使拉力变换器的主动拉绳以倍数缩短的方式收放,从而有效地减少了拉力变换器工作时,所需要的空间,从而使支架的体积减少,方便了设计及制造,也降低了成本。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有窗帘收放平缓自如的、使用方便的优点。

现结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述:
实施例一:如图1所示,本发明包括支架8、上端连接在支架8上窗帘9、其中一端与窗帘9下端连接的至少两根拉绳10,其特别之处在于在支架8内设置有拉力变换器a,拉绳10的另一端通过导绳机构13(支架8底部的导孔13)与拉力变换器a的主动拉绳4联动,拉力变换器a通过主动拉绳4施加在拉绳10的拉力是这样变化的,随着窗帘9下端往下移动而使窗帘9释放,使窗帘9施加在拉绳10的拉力减少,拉力变换器a施加在拉绳10的拉力也随着减少,随着窗帘9下端往上移动而使窗帘9收起,使窗帘9施加在拉绳10的拉力增大,拉力变换器a施加在拉绳10的拉力也随着增大。
窗帘9是蜂巢帘。
拉力变换器a包括盒形支架1、转动设置在支架1上的主动绕绳轮2和被动绕绳轮3、主动拉绳4、被动拉绳5、恒力伸缩拉绳机构6,恒力伸缩拉绳机构6可以设置在盒形支架1内,也可以设置在盒形支架1外,主动绕绳轮2和被动绕绳轮3通过传动机构7联动,主动绕绳轮2呈圆台状,被动绕绳轮3呈圆台状,圆台状的主动绕绳轮2外侧面设置有螺纹状绳槽201,圆台状的被动绕绳轮3外侧面设置有螺纹状绳槽301,主动拉绳4其中一端401连接在圆台状的主动绕绳轮2的直径最大的那端202,被动拉绳5其中一端501连接在圆台状的被动绕绳轮3的直径最大的那端302,被动拉绳5另一端502穿出被动拉绳导出窗口101后与恒力伸缩拉绳机构6连接,以便获得恒定的拉力,主动绕绳轮2和被动绕绳轮3是这样联动的,当主动绕绳轮2转动,使穿过主动拉绳导出窗口102的主动拉绳4从主动绕绳轮2的螺纹状绳槽201释放出来的同时,被动绕绳轮3同步转动,使被动拉绳5绕在被动绕绳轮3的螺纹状绳槽301上,当主动绕绳轮2转动,使穿过主动拉绳导出窗口102的主动拉绳4绕在主动绕绳轮2的螺纹状绳槽201上的同时,被动绕绳轮3同步转动,使被动拉绳5从被动绕绳轮3的螺纹状绳槽301释放出来。
优先地,如图7所示,在拉绳10与拉力变换器a的主动拉绳4间设置有阻尼器b,阻尼器的阻力是这样设置的,阻尼器b的阻力加上拉力变换器a的主动拉绳4的拉力大于窗帘9释放时的重力,同时,拉力变换器a的主动拉绳4的拉力大于阻尼器b的阻力且拉力变换器a的主动拉绳4的拉力减去阻尼器b的阻力小于窗帘9释放时的重力。
优选地,阻尼器b包括固定滑轮构件11、活动滑轮构件12,固定滑轮构件11包括固定在支架8上的固定架1101、设置在固定架1101上的一个上的滑轮1102(实施例是2个滑轮),活动滑轮构件12包括活动架1201、设置在活动架1201上的一个以上的滑轮1202(实施例是2个滑轮),拉绳10的另一端依序绕过固定架1101上的滑轮1102、活动架1201上的滑轮1202后固定在固定架1101上,拉力变换器a的主动拉绳4连接在活动架1201的钩1203上。
实施例2:如图3所示,本实施例的窗帘9是罗马窗帘。
实施例3:如图5所示,本实施例的窗帘9是带有调节百页姿态,以实现透光度调节的百页姿态调节器14的百页窗帘。
如图2、4、6所示,在外力施加给窗帘9释放的拉力,使该窗帘9释放的拉力加上窗帘9释放时的重力大于阻尼器b的阻力加上拉力变换器a的主动拉绳4的拉力时,窗帘10才释放,一旦消除外力,窗帘10就停止不动,从而满足人们将窗帘10释放在任意设定位置的要求,要将窗帘10收起,只需要托起窗帘10,以抵消窗帘10的重力,这样,拉力变换器a的主动拉绳4的拉力就会克服阻尼器b的阻力,而拉动窗帘10收起。

1.一种窗帘的改进结构,包括支架、上端连接在支架上窗帘、其中一端与窗帘下端连接的拉绳,其特征在于在支架内设置有拉力变换器,拉绳的另一端通过导绳机构与拉力变换器的主动拉绳联动,拉力变换器通过主动拉绳施加在拉绳拉力是这样变化的,随着窗帘下端往下移动而使窗帘释放,使窗帘施加在拉绳的拉力减少,拉力变换器施加在拉绳拉力也随着减少,随着窗帘下端往上移动而使窗帘收起,使窗帘施加在拉绳的拉力增大,拉力变换器施加在拉绳拉力也随着增大,拉力变换器包括带有主动拉绳导出窗口的盒形支架、转动设置在盒形支架上的主动绕绳轮和被动绕绳轮、主动拉绳、被动拉绳、恒力伸缩拉绳机构,主动绕绳轮和被动绕绳轮通过传动机构联动,主动绕绳轮呈圆台状,被动绕绳轮呈圆台状,圆台状的主动绕绳轮外侧面设置有螺纹状绳槽,圆台状的被动绕绳轮外侧面设置有螺纹状绳槽,主动拉绳其中一端连接在圆台状的主动绕绳轮的直径最大的那端,被动拉绳其中一端连接在圆台状的被动绕绳轮的直径最大的那端,被动拉绳另一端与恒力伸缩拉绳机构连接,以便获得恒定的拉力,主动绕绳轮和被动绕绳轮是这样联动的,当主动绕绳轮转动,使穿过主动拉绳导出窗口的主动拉绳从主动绕绳轮的螺纹状绳槽释放出来的同时,被动绕绳轮同步转动,使被动拉绳绕在被动绕绳轮的螺纹状绳槽上,当主动绕绳轮转动,使穿过主动拉绳导出窗口的主动拉绳绕在主动绕绳轮的螺纹状绳槽上的同时,被动绕绳轮同步转动,使被动拉绳从被动绕绳轮的螺纹状绳槽释放出来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窗帘的改进结构,其特征在于在拉绳与拉力变换器的主动拉绳间设置有阻尼器,阻尼器的阻力是这样设置的,阻尼器的阻力加上拉力变换器的主动拉绳的拉力大于窗帘释放时的重力,同时,拉力变换器的主动拉绳的拉力大于阻尼器的阻力且拉力变换器的主动拉绳的拉力减去阻尼器的阻力小于窗帘释放时的重力。
3.根据权利要求2所述的窗帘的改进结构,其特征在于阻尼器包括固定滑轮构件、活动滑轮构件,固定滑轮构件包括固定在支架上的固定架、设置在固定架上的一个上的滑轮,活动滑轮构件包括活动架、设置在活动架上的一个以上的滑轮,拉绳的另一端依序绕过固定架上的滑轮、活动架上的滑轮后固定在固定架上,拉力变换器的主动拉绳连接在活动架上。
