一种外墙无机纤维真空保温板结构的施工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑外墙保温技术领域,具体是一种外墙无机纤维真空保温板结构的施工方法。
背景技术
随着建筑行业标准的提升,居住型建筑室外墙面必须采取节能保温措施。常规的做法为:钢筋混凝土外墙或砖墙配合保温材料最终水泥砂浆抹面。这种做法在施工完成后,表面会产生许多裂缝,随着时间的推移,部分裂缝会不断扩展,保温板严重脱落,既影响整体质量、也存在渗水隐患,从而影响整体节能效果甚至存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提出一种在保证外墙保温施工质量的同时,还能有效避免外墙保温层脱落、外墙出现裂缝的可能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是这样实现的:
一种外墙无机纤维真空保温板结构的施工方法,所述外墙无机纤维真空保温板结构包括钢筋混凝外墙面或砖墙(1)、5mm厚专用聚合物防水砂浆(2)、9mm厚1:3专用水泥砂浆打底(3)、5mm厚聚合物水泥防水砂浆粘结层(4)、30mm厚无机纤维真空保温板(5)、填补缝隙、局部腻子(6)、专用膨胀螺栓固定(7)、10mm厚抗裂砂浆内加耐碱网格布(8)、柔性耐水腻子(9);施工方法包括
步骤一、对钢筋混凝土墙面或砖墙(1)基层进行清理,基层应坚实、平整、无灰尘、无污垢、无油渍、无残留灰块,并涂刷水泥浆一道;
步骤二、在钢筋混凝外墙面或砖墙上进行5mm厚专用聚合物防水砂浆(2)底面刮糙;
步骤三、9mm厚1:3专用水泥砂浆(3)打底扫毛;
步骤四、5mm厚聚合物水泥防水砂浆粘结层施工(4);
对待粘贴的无机纤维真空保温板板材进行确认并清洁,保证表面没有油污、粉尘和水,在板材背面均匀涂抹粘结剂,使用锯齿形涂抹工具将板材背面中部的多余粘结剂刮掉,形成条形粘结剂层,再使用无齿形涂抹工具均匀涂抹板材的背面四周边缘,增加边缘的边灰厚度,使边灰厚度比中部条形粘结剂厚5mm,将板材按照拉好的水平、垂直线粘在墙上,安装挤压并用工具进行调整,保证板材与墙体之间粘结牢固,无机纤维真空保温板底面采用胶粘剂与水泥砂浆找平层(3)有效粘结,水泥砂浆找平层(3)能保证无机纤维真空保温板(5)的平整度,避免空鼓及开裂隐患,铺贴时应将搭接缝错开不小于长度的1/3;
步骤五、30mm厚无机纤维真空保温板(5)施工;
无机纤维真空保温板非标准尺寸和局部不规则处可用切割机现场切割;墙面边角处使用的保温板材最小尺寸应大于200m,将胶粘剂采取条粘法涂抹在保温板粘贴面,涂抹厚度以使胶粘剂经粘贴挤压后厚度约为3-5mm为宜,保温板有效粘结面积应不小于90%,保温板粘贴时应轻揉、均匀挤压密实,并用2m靠尺及橡皮锤对板进行调整;板与板之间要挤紧,板间接缝处侧面挤出的胶粘剂应及时清理干净,无机纤维真空保温板粘贴宜分段自下而上沿水平方向横向铺贴,上下两排无机纤维真空保温板宜竖向错缝1/2板长,局部最小错缝不得小于200mm,在墙体转角处,无机纤维真空保温板端部应垂直交错互锁,并保证转角顺直;
步骤六、填补缝隙、局部腻子(6)施工;
步骤七、专用膨胀螺栓固定;
膨胀螺栓安装的数量每平方米不少于8个,膨胀螺栓的安装位置及在基层上的有效锚固深度应满足条件:对于普通混凝土基层墙体,螺栓有效锚固深度大于等于25mm,单个螺栓抗拉承载力标准值大于等于0.60KN,对于多孔砖砌体基层墙体,螺栓有效锚固深度大于等于50mm,单个螺栓抗拉承载力标准值大于等于0.40KN;螺栓距无机纤维真空保温板边缘不应小于60mm,在胶粘剂终凝后先安装占总量约50%膨胀螺栓,待铺设耐碱网格布后再安装其余50%膨胀螺栓,螺栓应按梅花状进行布设,混凝土墙体、加气混凝土砌块墙采用普通的敲击式螺栓,对空心砖、多孔砖墙应采用摩擦和机械锁定承载螺栓,螺栓的最低安装温度应为0℃;
步骤八,10mm厚抗裂砂浆内加耐碱网格布160g/m2铺设;
步骤九,柔性耐水腻子两遍。

1.一种外墙无机纤维真空保温板结构的施工方法,所述外墙无机纤维真空保温板结构包括钢筋混凝外墙面或砖墙(1)、5mm厚专用聚合物防水砂浆(2)、9mm厚1:3专用水泥砂浆打底(3)、5mm厚聚合物水泥防水砂浆粘结层(4)、30mm厚无机纤维真空保温板(5)、填补缝隙、局部腻子(6)、专用膨胀螺栓固定(7)、10mm厚抗裂砂浆内加耐碱网格布(8)、柔性耐水腻子(9);其特征是:施工方法包括
步骤一、对钢筋混凝土墙面或砖墙(1)基层进行清理,基层应坚实、平整、无灰尘、无污垢、无油渍、无残留灰块,并涂刷水泥浆一道;
步骤二、在钢筋混凝外墙面或砖墙上进行5mm厚专用聚合物防水砂浆(2)底面刮糙;
步骤三、9mm厚1:3专用水泥砂浆(3)打底扫毛;
步骤四、5mm厚聚合物水泥防水砂浆粘结层施工(4);
