随着科技的进步,社会的发展,现有的布料加工、窗帘和浴帘生产行业也逐步的走向自动化生产,然而,目前的织物裁切仍主要依靠人工进行,极大的影响了生产效率。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本申请的目的是提供一种织物裁切机构,具有自动化裁切,提高生产效率的优点。
本申请的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种织物裁切机构,包括裁切架、安装于裁切架上的压料气缸、设于压料气缸输出轴端部的压料梁、滑动连接于裁切架上的裁切臂、设于裁切架正下方的裁切刃、转动连接于裁切臂并与裁切刃相抵接的裁切滚刀以及同步驱动裁切臂滑动和裁切滚刀转动的驱动部。
优选的,所述驱动部包括转动连接于裁切臂上端的同步轮、转动连接于裁切臂下端的动力轮和安装于裁切架上驱动同步轮转动的同步带结构,所述同步轮和所述动力轮之间连接有皮带,所述动力轮和所述裁切滚刀之间固定连接有动力轴。
优选的,所述裁切臂内转动连接有垂直于动力轴的调节轴,所述调节轴上端连接有悬柄,所述裁切架上安装有用于驱动悬柄转动的调节气缸,所述调节轴下端安装有供动力轴穿过的调节筒,所述裁切臂供动力轴穿过的通孔处留有供动力轴摆动,以实现改变裁切滚刀切削方向的缝隙。
优选的,所述裁切臂的上端面和侧面分别安装有滑块,所述裁切架上安装有供两个滑块滑动的两条滑轨。
综上所述,本申请具有的有益效果:裁切织物时,首先压料气缸驱动压料梁将织物压平,防止织物在裁切时跑偏褶皱,驱动部带动裁切滚刀抵接裁切刃沿裁切架将织物切开,从而完成一次裁切,之后随着驱动部带动裁切臂做往复运动,即可实现自动化裁切,提高了生产效率。

一种织物裁切机构,参见图1至图3,包括裁切架1、安装于裁切架1上的压料气缸21、设于压料气缸21输出轴端部的压料梁22、滑动连接于裁切架1上的裁切臂23、设于裁切架1正下方的裁切刃11、转动连接于裁切臂23并与裁切刃11相抵接的裁切滚刀24以及同步驱动裁切臂23滑动和裁切滚刀24转动的驱动部。
裁切织物时,首先压料气缸21驱动压料梁22将织物压平,防止织物在裁切时跑偏褶皱,驱动部带动裁切滚刀24抵接裁切刃11沿裁切架1将织物切开,从而完成一次裁切,之后随着驱动部带动裁切臂23做往复运动,即可实现自动化裁切,提高了生产效率。
优选的,所述驱动部包括转动连接于裁切臂23上端的同步轮25、转动连接于裁切臂23下端的动力轮26和安装于裁切架1上驱动同步轮25转动的同步带结构27,所述同步轮25和所述动力轮26之间连接有皮带(图中未示出),所述动力轮26和所述裁切滚刀24之间固定连接有动力轴28。
裁切时,同步带结构27通过电机驱动,带动同步轮25转动,从而裁切臂23沿裁切架1滑动,与此同时,同步轮25上的皮带带动动力轮26旋转,使得与动力轮26通过动力轴28连接的裁切滚刀24抵接裁切刃11转动,对织物实现裁切。
优选的,所述裁切臂23内转动连接有垂直于动力轴28的调节轴3,所述调节轴3上端连接有悬柄4,所述裁切架1上安装有用于驱动悬柄4转动的调节气缸5,所述调节轴3下端安装有供动力轴28穿过的调节筒6,所述裁切臂23供动力轴28穿过的通孔处留有供动力轴28摆动,以实现改变裁切滚刀24切削方向的缝隙。
该结构的设置,通过调节气缸5的伸缩,带动调节轴3转动,进而使得动力轴28进行摆动,以调节裁切滚刀24的切削方向,这样使得裁切滚刀24一个来回便可实现两次裁切,提高了加工效率。
优选的,所述裁切臂23的上端面和侧面分别安装有滑块,所述裁切架1上安装有供两个滑块滑动的两条滑轨。
两组滑块和滑轨的设置进一步提高了裁切臂23运动时的直线度和平稳度,保证了裁切刃11与裁切滚刀24之间配合的精准度。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种织物裁切机构,其特征是:所述驱动部包括转动连接于裁切臂上端的同步轮、转动连接于裁切臂下端的动力轮和安装于裁切架上驱动同步轮转动的同步带结构,所述同步轮和所述动力轮之间连接有皮带,所述动力轮和所述裁切滚刀之间固定连接有动力轴。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种织物裁切机构,其特征是:所述裁切臂内转动连接有垂直于动力轴的调节轴,所述调节轴上端连接有悬柄,所述裁切架上安装有用于驱动悬柄转动的调节气缸,所述调节轴下端安装有供动力轴穿过的调节筒,所述裁切臂供动力轴穿过的通孔处留有供动力轴摆动,以实现改变裁切滚刀切削方向的缝隙。
