Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method of sweet wormwood essential oil soap, and relates to the technical field of washing and caring articles. The sweet wormwood essential oil soap comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of sweet wormwood herb essential oil, 15-20 parts of unsaturated fatty acid, 10-15 parts of mixed solvent, 3-5 parts of sodium hydroxide, 1-2 parts of complex, 10-15 parts of nonionic surfactant, 0.1-0.5 part of chlorhexidine gluconate, 3-5 parts of multi-vesicular dihydromyricetin liposome, 1-2 parts of raspberry concentrate, 1-2 parts of soybean isoflavone, 1-2 parts of negundo chastetree fruit essence, 1-2 parts of horse chestnut essence, 0.5-1 part of bristlet flower extract, 3-5 parts of sorbitol and 0.5-1.5 parts of other auxiliary agents. The invention has outstanding antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects and long effective time, can improve hormone secretion and reduce grease generation, has sleep-aiding effect, can promote insomnia patients to gradually improve, and is very suitable for night use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing and caring articles, in particular to a preparation method of sweet wormwood essential oil soap.
Background
The sweet wormwood essential oil can quickly permeate into the surface layer of the skin, and can sterilize and diminish inflammation of the skin, clean the skin, whiten the skin, improve dry skin, reduce pores, remove acnes and scars and activate the skin.
The applicant finds that a Chinese patent discloses 'sweet wormwood soap and a preparation method thereof' through retrieval when applying the invention, the application number is '201711261525.0', the main components of the patent use titanium dioxide and pearl powder as whitening components, but the main effect is realized through external covering, and the titanium dioxide component is not easy to clean when being stained, but can not substantially lighten melanin. The application number of the artemisia annua handmade soap is 201911409862.9, although the ampelopsis grossedentata component in the main components of the artemisia annua handmade soap contains flavone such as myricetin and dihydromyricetin and polysaccharide antioxidant components, can remove free radicals in skin cells, particularly free radicals formed after hydroxyl loses an electron, and protects the skin from being damaged by carboxyl generated by the handmade soap, but the artemisia annua handmade soap has the defects of low water solubility, short biological half-life period and poor membrane permeability, and therefore innovative utilization of the artemisia annua handmade soap is needed.
Although some sweet wormwood essential oil soaps mainly used at night are added with clove, jasmine, rose, violet and mint to promote the relaxation of human bodies and improve sleep, the sweet wormwood essential oil soap mainly used at night is still lacked to regulate the sleep of the human bodies so as to naturally fade melanin and whiten the melanin.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a preparation method of sweet wormwood essential oil soap, which solves the problems that the vine tea ingredient in the prior art is low in water solubility, short in biological half-life period and poor in membrane permeability, and the market lacks of the special sweet wormwood essential oil soap at night.
(II) technical scheme
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the preparation method of the sweet wormwood essential oil soap comprises the following steps of: 2-3 parts of sweet wormwood herb essential oil, 15-20 parts of unsaturated fatty acid, 10-15 parts of mixed solvent, 3-5 parts of sodium hydroxide, 1-2 parts of complex, 10-15 parts of nonionic surfactant, 0.1-0.5 part of chlorhexidine gluconate, 3-5 parts of multi-vesicular dihydromyricetin liposome, 1-2 parts of raspberry concentrate, 1-2 parts of soybean isoflavone, 1-2 parts of negundo chastetree fruit essence, 1-2 parts of horse chestnut essence, 0.5-1 part of bristlet flower extract, 3-5 parts of sorbitol and 0.5-1.5 parts of other auxiliary agents.
Preferably, the nonionic surfactant is any one of AES and AEO-9.
Preferably, the multivesicular dihydromyricetin liposome is prepared from vine tea components extracted by a hydrothermal method, egg yolk lecithin serving as a liposome template and polyethylene glycol 4000 serving as a modifying material.
Preferably, the mixed solvent is formed by mixing ethanol, propylene glycol and glycerol in equal amount.
Preferably, the unsaturated fatty acids are C18 acids and C14 acids in a ratio of 4: 1 are mixed to obtain the product.
Preferably, the complex is ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid.
Preferably, the other adjuvants are a kasone preservative and a BHT antioxidant in a ratio of 10: 1-2, and mixing.
A preparation method of sweet wormwood essential oil soap comprises the following preparation steps:
s1: adding unsaturated fatty acid into a container, adding a mixed solvent into the unsaturated fatty acid, and heating and stirring at 50-60 ℃ for 30-60 min to obtain a clear solution;
s2: after the solution is clarified, slowly adding sodium hydroxide, and after the reaction is completed, continuously stirring for 20 min;
s3: then adding a complex, a nonionic surfactant, sorbitol and other auxiliary agents, continuing stirring for 20min, then adding sweet wormwood herb essential oil, raspberry concentrated solution and chlorhexidine gluconate, continuing stirring for 25min, then cooling to 10-15 ℃, and adding the multi-vesicle dihydromyricetin liposome, soy isoflavone, negundo chastetree fruit essence, horse chestnut essence and bristlet flower extract, stirring for 5min, namely obtaining orange soap base:
s4: pouring the soap base into a transparent soap mould while the soap base is hot, cooling, forming, demoulding, discharging, modifying the uneven part of the soap block by using a blade, and removing the corner or the protruded grinding tool part;
s5: and (3) drying the demoulded soap block for 1d in a drying chamber with good ventilation and a temperature of 20min and a humidity of 40%, then attaching a layer of 0.2mm industrial paraffin on the surface of the prepared soap block, printing, bagging and sealing.
(III) advantageous effects
The invention provides a preparation method of sweet wormwood essential oil soap. The method has the following beneficial effects:
1. the sweet wormwood essential oil, the chlorhexidine gluconate, the multi-vesicular dihydromyricetin liposome and the raspberry concentrated solution have antibacterial effects, are also used as pigments, have the effects of resisting tumors and inflammation and remarkable antioxidation, and simultaneously overcome the defects of low water solubility, short biological half-life period and poor membrane permeability of the vine tea in the prior art and prolong the antibacterial time.
