Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜及其制备方法,包括如下重量份组分:祛皱抗衰成分3.0‑5.0份,保湿润肤成分20.0‑25.0份,美白成分3.0‑5.0份,促渗透成分0.5‑1.0份;其中祛皱抗衰成分由四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、糖类同分异构体、氢化卵磷酯、透明质酸钠组成,且四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、糖类同分异构体、氢化卵磷酯、透明质酸钠的重量比为1:3‑4:1‑2:0.1‑0.2。该润肤霜能够达到由内而外的祛皱抗衰效果,有效减轻因年龄增长带来的皮肤老化皱纹增粗的问题,延缓肌肤老化,帮助年轻肤肤保持健康状态延迟衰老,同时具有性质温和、肤感丝滑、亲肤易吸收等良好性能。

皮肤抗衰老一直被人们热切关注,而皱纹正是人体衰老的标志,皱纹产生的因素多 种多样,但其形成的主要原因还是在于人体内部,随着年龄的增长,细胞活性逐渐降低,代 谢能力减弱,造成新生细胞数目增速低于细胞老化速度,老化细胞水合能力低下和光老化作 用增强,导致皮肤缩水性和保湿性下降,加重纤维组织恶化,皮肤干燥易出细纹。另外,皮 肤老化也伴随着汗腺系统衰退,皮脂分泌不足,加剧皮肤坏损和干燥程度,诱发皱纹产生。 因此抗衰祛皱如影相随,并且需要由内而外进行祛皱抗衰。随着科技的发展,抗衰老化妆品 已经成为人们的一种必不可少的用品,但目前市面上出售的化妆品的祛皱抗衰效果有待进一 步提升。

发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜及其制备方法,该润肤霜能够达到由内而外的祛皱抗衰效果,有效减轻因年龄增长带来的皮肤老化皱纹增粗的问题,延缓肌肤老化,帮助年轻肤肤保持健康状态延迟衰老,同时具有性质温和、肤感丝滑、亲肤易吸收等良好性能。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜,其特征在于,包括如下重量份组分:祛皱抗衰成分3.0-5.0份,保湿润肤成分20.0-25.0份,美白成分3.0-5.0份,促渗透成分0.5-1.5份;
其中祛皱抗衰成分由四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、糖类同分异构体、氢化卵磷酯、透明质酸钠组成,且四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、糖类同分异构体、氢化卵磷酯、透明质酸钠的重量比为0.1-0.5:3-4:0.1-0.5:0.1-0.2。
优选的,所述祛皱抗衰成分由四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、糖类同分异构体、氢化卵磷酯、透明质酸钠按重量比0.5:4:0.2:0.1组成。
优选的,所述糖类同分异构体为单糖,所述单糖为甘露糖、果糖、萄萄糖、半乳糖中的至少一种。
优选的,将所述透明质酸钠通过酶切工艺得到分子量≤5KDa的水解透明质酸钠。
优选的,所述保湿润肤成分包括甘油、甜菜碱、赤藓醇、异壬酸异壬酯、油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、氢化大豆油甘油酯、辛酰羟肟酸、甘油辛酸酯、对羟基苯乙酮中的至少一种。
优选的,所述美白成分包括烟酰胺、母菊(CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA)花油、精氨酸、生育酚(维生素E)、羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述促渗透成分包括双-二乙氧基二甘醇环己烷1,4-二羧酸酯、尿囊素中的至少一种。
优选的,还包括8-10份的乳化剂和增稠剂以及50-70份的水。
本发明中具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、所述水、增稠剂和至少部分保湿润肤成分组成A相物料,将A相物料混合,混合条件为70-85℃,搅拌20-35min,得到水相并保温;
S2、所述乳化剂、氢化卵磷酯、以及至少部分所述保湿润肤成分和至少部分所述美白成分组成B相物料,将B相物料混合、混合条件为70-85℃,搅拌25-35min,得到油相并保温;
S3、抽真空,将B相抽入A相,启动均质机,均质一段时间后,保温20分钟;
S4、将S3中得到的混合物降温至50℃后,依次加入C相物料中的各个原料,搅拌均匀;所述C相物料包括所述透明质酸钠和所述促渗透剂;
S5、将S4中得到的混合物降温至45℃,依次加入D相物料中的各个原料,搅拌均匀,外观及pH指标合格后出料;所述D相物料包括所述四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、糖类同分异构体、以及剩余的保湿润肤成分和剩余的美白成分。
优选的,在上述制备方法中,在步骤S1中的保湿润肤成分重量份组分为8-10份,在步骤S2中的保湿润肤成分重量份组分为4-5份,在步骤S5中的保湿润肤成分重量份组分为8-10份;在步骤S2中的所述美白成分重量份组分为2-3份,在步骤S5中的美白成分重量份组分为1-2份。
上述技术方案中,润肤霜的祛皱抗衰效果良好,各组分均能起到一定的祛皱抗衰效果,同时各组分具有协同增效的作用,能够促进细胞新陈代谢,清除自由基,降低外界环境对皮肤的刺激,修复受损肌肤,达到由内而外的抗衰效果。使得皮肤变得细腻、水润,皮肤水油平衡,光泽有生气,黄褐斑、色斑有一定淡化,皮肤细纹变浅。
第一种成分四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸能够修复细胞损伤、抑制炎症因子释放、促进胶原蛋白产生。四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸能有效降低HSP表达量(HSP热休克蛋白Heat ShockProteins,是机体细胞受到高温等恶劣环境袭击时合成的一种保护蛋白质,帮助细胞维持正常的生理活动。当细胞受热刺激时,HSP表达量短时间内迅速升高然后逐渐恢复至正常水平,HSP表达量越高说明刺激越明显),抵抗外界压力,提高细胞应激能力。四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸能保护DNA受紫外线及可见光损伤,在细胞膜层减少晒伤诱发的第二信使(第二信使指细胞内产生的非蛋白类小分子,能通过活化蛋白激酶,诱导一系列蛋白质磷酸化,最后引起细胞效应)生成;在细胞原生质层降低因晒伤激起的AP-2(转录因子-2,是一种特殊序号的DNA结合蛋白,可以与诱导病毒和细胞增强原件相互作用,刺激基因有选择的表达)活性;在细胞核减少受损后前炎症因子(前炎症因子可以导致产生炎症的细胞因子如白细胞介素1)的生成。四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸溶于水后可使水分子在其周围定向排列,改变水分子的微观结构,即“Kosmotrpic effect”,强化水分子间的氢键作用,长效保湿。对细胞膜、原生质以及细胞核多方位的影响起到良好的修复皮肤功效。并且还能保护皮肤表皮层位于角质细胞间的朗格汉斯细胞 (朗格汉斯细胞Langerhans Cells,是皮肤重要的免疫细胞。树突状细胞被称为皮肤的免疫屏障,根据其在皮肤不同的分布位置,可分为表皮内朗格汉斯细胞和真皮内树突状细胞。在正常皮肤中,朗格汉斯细胞能捕捉抗原并选择性诱导皮肤常驻调节T 细胞活化和增殖从而维持正常皮肤免疫耐受状态)免受外界刺激而引起伤害而达到增强皮肤免疫系统。
第二种成分糖类同分异构体含有甘露糖、果糖、萄萄糖、半乳糖、乳糖等,是与皮肤中组成中的糖类含量相似的组合物,因此它有很好的亲肤性,能象磁石一样与角蛋白紧密结合。其具有与角蛋白结合的作用,与肌肤相容性极佳,当结合之后,它会象蓄水池一样将水分牢牢抓住,只有随着角质的自然脱落才会被洗去,是天然的保湿剂。能有效减少皮肤脱毛指数,预防皮肤干燥,瘙痒及粗糙,具有良好的皮肤湿度调节功能,修复表皮层细胞,增强皮肤水合,改善细胞形态。独特的分子结构,赋予了良好的透皮吸收性能,促进成纤维细胞合成胶原蛋白,促进伤口愈合,修复受损肌肤,给予皮肤如丝绸般滋润光滑的触感。并对紫外线辐射产生的炎症细胞因子如前列腺素E2 (PGE2)和IL-6有抑制作用。
第三种成分是含有一组具有较强的修复效果的氢化卵磷酯。卵磷脂是生物膜的重要组成部分,是生命基础物质,是所有生物细胞的活性成分,在细胞渗透和新陈代谢中起重要作用。氢化卵磷脂是卵磷脂在催化剂的作用下加氢形成的一种稳定的乳化剂、保湿剂,氢化后的卵磷脂稳定性和乳化性得到提高,具有较强的亲水性和保湿性,对皮肤和黏膜有很强的亲和力,其结构有类细胞膜双分子层结构可以起到很好的保湿作用,可以有效缓释活性物功效,让功效活性物达到最大的效率,以在皮肤上形成脂质体或类液晶层结构能有效降低表面活性剂或者其他过敏原对皮肤刺激性。
本发明的第四种成分是采用独特的酶切工艺得到的具有超高生物活性,分子量(≤5KDa)极低的水解透明质酸钠。这种透明质酸钠由于分子量极低,容易穿过细胞间隙到达表皮深层及真皮层,能与细胞表面的CD44受体结合,调节免疫细胞活性:与toll样受体结合,刺激上皮细胞产生防卫素;对吞噬细胞和NK细胞的功能有促进作用;形成的细胞外衣(Coat),可作为防止细胞毒性溶解的屏障;刺激巨噬细胞和多核粒细胞的迁移和噬菌作用,减轻炎症反应。可以通过自身的降解来清除ROS,也可以通过提高体内抗氧化酶的活性发挥其抗氧化作用,可以有效清除紫外线诱导的活性氧自由基,避免炎症反应的发生。浓度0.1%的透明质酸钠自由基清除率达到81%。一项某原料商的实验数据表明,透明质酸钠对成纤维细胞UVA损伤、对角质形成细胞UV损伤、对化学损伤都有很好的修复效果。
此外,美白成分中的生育酚(维生素E)是一种脂溶性维生素,是最主要的抗氧化剂之一,也具有较强的修复效果同时具有延缓衰老,有效减少皱纹的产生,减少细胞耗氧量,抗氧化保护机体细胞免受自由基的毒害,保护皮肤免受紫外线和污染的伤害,减少疤痕与色素沉积,加速伤口的愈合,改善血液循环。实验证明,维生素有能减缓人体细胞衰老速度2-4倍。维生素E和氢化卵磷酯与水,通过高压均质机均质后形成氢化卵磷酯包裹的纳米脂质粒乳液,所得纳米脂质粒乳液中纳米脂质粒平均粒径在100~350nm,更好的有效缓释维生素E功效,在细胞渗透和新陈代谢中起重要作用。
本发明中的促透成分采用的是既亲油又新水的双-二乙氧基二甘醇环己烷1,4-二羧酸酯,能提高水溶性成分对角质层渗透的效果。角质层是脂溶性的,可以允许少量脂溶性成分进入,但水溶性成分却非常不容易透过,所以市场最常见的解决办法是促渗剂的使用,常规的促渗剂包括多元醇、乙醇、尿素衍生物、表面活性剂、氮酮等,但这些成分有刺激性大,或是敏感肌人群不适合等问题,而双-二乙氧基二甘醇环己烷1,4-二羧酸酯只是暂时的脂质空间扰动,不是将脂质屏障的组成破坏掉,所以不会对皮肤造成刺激及让皮肤屏障受损。活性成分经表皮吸收的途径,主要包括细胞内路径与细胞间脂质路径,双-二乙氧基二甘醇环己烷1,4-二羧酸酯作用于细胞间脂质路径,让角质层脂质暂时打开,从而让不易进入的水溶性成分更多进入皮肤内部。
双-二乙氧基二甘醇环己烷1,4-二羧酸酯与本发明前面几个成分配比,大大增加了活性物的吸收,使得本产品能够达到从内到外的祛皱抗衰的效果。

以下结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详述,以使本发明技术方案更易于理解和掌握。
实施例1:
一种具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜,由以下重量份组分的原料组成:皱抗衰成分5.0份,保湿润肤成分20.0份,美白成分5.0份,促渗透成分1.5份,具体如下所示,
祛皱抗衰成分:四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.5份、糖类同分异构体4.0份、氢化卵磷脂0.4份、透明质酸钠0.1份;
保湿润肤成分:甘油6.0份、甜菜碱1.0份、赤藓醇2.0份、异壬酸异壬酯5.0份、橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果油0.04份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯4.0份、氢化大豆油甘油酯1.5份、辛酰羟肟酸0.06份、甘油辛酸酯0.3份、对羟基苯乙酮0.1份;
美白成分:烟酰胺4.0份、 母菊(CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA)花油0.08份、精氨酸0.12份、生育酚(维生素E)0.3份、羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸0.5份;
促渗透成分:双-二乙氧基二甘醇环己烷1,4-二羧酸酯1.0份、尿囊素0.5份;
乳化剂和增稠剂:环聚二甲基硅氧烷4.0份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5份、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物1.5份、卡波姆0.15份、EDTA 二钠0.03份、鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾0.3份;
余量为水,水为60-70份。
实施例2:
一种具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜,由以下重量份组分的原料组成:皱抗衰成分3.0份,保湿润肤成分25.0份,美白成分3.0份,促渗透成分0.5份,具体如下所示,
祛皱抗衰成分:四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.2份、糖类同分异构体3.0份、氢化卵磷脂0.2份、透明质酸钠0.1份;
保湿润肤成分:甘油8.0份、甜菜碱2.0份、赤藓醇2.0份、异壬酸异壬酯5.0份、橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果油0.04份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯5.0份、氢化大豆油甘油酯2.5份、辛酰羟肟酸0.06份、甘油辛酸酯0.3份、对羟基苯乙酮0.1份;
美白成分:烟酰胺2.0份、 母菊(CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA)花油0.1份、精氨酸0.2份、生育酚(维生素E)0.2份、羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸0.5份;
促渗透成分:双-二乙氧基二甘醇环己烷1,4-二羧酸酯0.4份、尿囊素0.1份;
乳化剂和增稠剂:环聚二甲基硅氧烷4.0份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5份、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物1.5份、卡波姆0.15份、EDTA 二钠0.03份、鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾0.3份;

一种具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜,由以下重量份组分的原料组成:皱抗衰成分4.8份,保湿润肤成分21.54份,美白成分3.73份,促渗透成分1.2份,具体如下所示:
祛皱抗衰成分:四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.5份、糖类同分异构体4.0份、氢化卵磷脂0.2份、透明质酸钠0.1份;
保湿润肤成分:甘油6.0份、甜菜碱2.0份、赤藓醇2.0份、异壬酸异壬酯5.0份、橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果油0.04份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯4.0份、氢化大豆油甘油酯2.0份、辛酰羟肟酸0.1份、甘油辛酸酯0.3份、对羟基苯乙酮0.1份;

一种具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜,由以下重量份组分的原料组成:皱抗衰成分1.85份,保湿润肤成分21.54份,美白成分2.73份,促渗透成分0.4份,具体如下所示,
祛皱抗衰成分:四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.1份、糖类同分异构体1.5份、氢化卵磷脂0.2份、透明质酸钠0.05份;
保湿润肤成分:甘油6.0份、甜菜碱2.0份、赤藓醇2.0份、异壬酸异壬酯5.0份、油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果油0.04份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯4.0份、氢化大豆油甘油酯2.0份、辛酰羟肟酸0.1份、甘油辛酸酯0.3份、对羟基苯乙酮0.1份;
美白成分:烟酰胺2.0份、母菊(CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA)花油0.01份、精氨酸0.12份、生育酚(维生素E)0.1份、羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸0.5份;
促渗透成分:双-二乙氧基二甘醇环己烷1,4-二羧酸酯0.2份、尿囊素0.2份;

一种具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜,由以下重量份组分的原料组成:皱抗衰成分2.75份,保湿润肤成分21.54份,美白成分3.73份,促渗透成分0.7份,具体如下所示,
祛皱抗衰成分:四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.5份、糖类同分异构体2.0份、氢化卵磷脂0.2份、透明质酸钠0.05份;
保湿润肤成分:甘油6.0份、甜菜碱2.0份、赤藓醇2.0份、异壬酸异壬酯5.0份、油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果油0.04份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯4.0份、氢化大豆油甘油酯2.0份、辛酰羟肟酸0.1份、甘油辛酸酯0.3份、对羟基苯乙酮0.1份;
美白成分:烟酰胺3.0份、母菊(CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA)花油0.01份、精氨酸0.12份、生育酚(维生素E)0.1份、羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸0.5份;
促渗透成分:双-二乙氧基二甘醇环己烷1,4-二羧酸酯0.5份、尿囊素0.2份;
乳化剂和增稠剂:环聚二甲基硅氧烷4.0份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5份、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物1.5份、卡波姆0.15份、EDTA 二钠0.03份、鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾0.3份;
余量为水,水为60-70份。
实施例6:制备方法
以上所说的润肤霜组合物可以通过将所需要的成分在适宜的容器中,在环境条件下使其混合来制备,制备时可采用本领域熟知的任何常规的混合设备,如:乳化均质锅等。具体制备过程如下:
S1、将A相物料混合,混合条件为70-85℃,搅拌20-35min,得到水相并保温;所述的A相物料包括水和增稠剂和重量份组分为8-10份的保湿润肤成分;
S2、将B相物料混合、混合条件为70-85℃,搅拌25-35min,得到油相并保温;所述的B相物料包括乳化剂、氢化卵磷酯、以及量份组分为4-5份的保湿润肤成分和量份组分为2-3份的美白成分;
S3、抽真空,将B相抽入A相,启动均质机,均质一段时间后,保温20分钟;
S4、降温至50℃后,依次加入C相各个原料,搅拌均匀;C相物料包括:透明质酸钠、促渗透剂;
S5、降温至45℃,依次加入D相各个原料,搅拌均匀,外观及pH指标合格后出料;所述的D相物料包括四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、糖类同分异构体、以及剩余的保湿润肤成分和剩余的美白成分。
实施例7:使用效果测定
实施例1-3和对照组1-2制得的祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜产品,每组分别选50名年龄在30至55岁之间的女性志愿者,志愿者每日早晚将皮肤清洗干净后,将润肤霜均匀涂于皮肤表面,持续30天,观测使用效果,包括皮肤细腻度、光泽度以及皮肤细纹数量及色斑淡化等情况,结果如表1。
实施例8:功效性测试
对象与方法
对象:采取随机、开放、自身对照研究。选取广州市不同地区写字楼上班人员30例,长时间处在暴露组环境相对恶劣条件下的工作者20名,共计50例。所有人员自愿参加临床观察,签署知情同意书,并承诺按要求使用该具有祛皱抗衰的润肤霜。
入选标准:① 临床观察前1周内延续个体以往正常的工作和生活状态,并在观察期间不使用上述产品或同类产品;②观察期间不使用其他护肤品和皮肤用药。
方法
治疗方法
对照组按常规,患者每天早晚两次,将皮肤清洗干净后将实施例3中的润肤霜均匀涂于皮肤表面,持续30天。
评价方法
有效:各种环境年造成的皮肤损伤有明显修复,皮肤变得细腻、水润,皮肤水油平衡,光泽有生气,黄褐斑、色斑有一定淡化,皮肤细纹变浅;
无效:肤色继续暗沉,皮肤干燥或油腻、毛孔粗大,细纹明显,色斑明显等。
统计学方法数据采用SPSS13.0软件行Wilcoxon秩和检验,检验水准 a==0.05。
结果
有效48例 、无效2例,有效率为96%。
当然,以上只是本发明的典型实例,除此之外,本发明还可以有其它多种具体实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜,其特征在于,包括如下重量份组分:祛皱抗衰成分3.0-5.0份,保湿润肤成分20.0-25.0份,美白成分3.0-5.0份,促渗透成分0.5-1.5份;
其中祛皱抗衰成分由四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、糖类同分异构体、氢化卵磷酯、透明质酸钠组成,且四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、糖类同分异构体、氢化卵磷酯、透明质酸钠的重量比为0.1-0.5:3-4:0.1-0.5:0.1-0.2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜,其特征在于:所述祛皱抗衰成分由四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、糖类同分异构体、氢化卵磷酯、透明质酸钠按重量比0.5:4:0.2:0.1组成。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜,其特征在于:所述糖类同分异构体为单糖,所述单糖为甘露糖、果糖、萄萄糖、半乳糖中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1或者2所述的具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜,其特征在于:将所述透明质酸钠通过酶切工艺得到分子量≤5KDa的水解透明质酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜,其特征在于:所述保湿润肤成分包括甘油、甜菜碱、赤藓醇、异壬酸异壬酯、油橄榄(OLEA EUROPAEA)果油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、氢化大豆油甘油酯、辛酰羟肟酸、甘油辛酸酯、对羟基苯乙酮中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜,其特征在于:所述美白成分包括烟酰胺、母菊(CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA)花油、精氨酸、生育酚(维生素E)、羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜,其特征在于:所述促渗透成分包括双-二乙氧基二甘醇环己烷1,4-二羧酸酯、尿囊素中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜,其特征在于:还包括8-10份的乳化剂和增稠剂以及适量的水。
9.如权利要求8所述的具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、所述水、增稠剂和至少部分保湿润肤成分组成A相物料,将A相物料混合,混合条件为70-85℃,搅拌20-35min,得到水相并保温;
S2、所述乳化剂、氢化卵磷酯、以及至少部分所述保湿润肤成分和至少部分所述美白成分组成B相物料,将B相物料混合、混合条件为70-85℃,搅拌25-35min,得到油相并保温;
S3、抽真空,将B相抽入A相,启动均质机,均质一段时间后,保温20分钟;
S4、将S3中得到的混合物降温至50℃后,依次加入C相物料中的各个原料,搅拌均匀;所述C相物料包括所述透明质酸钠和所述促渗透剂;
S5、将S4中得到的混合物降温至45℃,依次加入D相物料中的各个原料,搅拌均匀,外观及pH指标合格后出料;所述D相物料包括所述四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、糖类同分异构体、以及剩余的保湿润肤成分和剩余的美白成分。
10.根据权利要求9所述的具有祛皱抗衰作用的润肤霜的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述S1中的所述保湿润肤成分重量份组分为8-10份,在所述S2中的保湿润肤成分重量份组分为4-5份,在所述S5中的保湿润肤成分重量份组分为8-10份;在所述S2中的所述美白成分重量份组分为2-3份,在所述S5中的美白成分重量份组分为1-2份。
