Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of modified milk powder, in particular to modified milk powder for promoting digestion and growth and development of children.
Background
According to the traditional Chinese medicine, the spleen is the acquired root and is the source of qi and blood generation. In the aspect of the depthwise location, the spleen and stomach are both located on the lower umbilicus of the diaphragm, belonging to the middle energizer and connected by the membrane; on the meridians, the spleen and stomach are interconnected and are exterior-interior; in transporting and transforming food, the spleen governs transportation and transformation, and the stomach governs storage, and the two cooperate to form the source of qi and blood generation; in regulating qi movement, spleen qi governs ascending and stomach qi governs descending, and they coordinate to form the hinge of qi movement ascending and descending. The growth and development of children depend on the spleen and stomach to generate and nourish essence, the recovery of diseases depends on the spleen and stomach to transform and transform, and the children with congenital deficiency also depend on the acquired regulation and supplement. Therefore, pediatricians pay attention to the care of the spleen and the stomach of children.
Because of the delicate viscera and insufficient qi circulation of children, the spleen and stomach are fragile in body structure, and the spleen is often deficient and weak in function. The children are in rapid growth and development, the vitality is vigorous, the nutrition requirement is relatively large, and the burden of the spleen and the stomach is heavy. In addition, children have no consciousness and have no self-control diet. Therefore, the milk and food factors are easy to injure children. Pathogenesis of milk indigestion: food damage to the spleen and stomach, indigestion affects the spleen's function and the stomach's function, so it is necessary to invigorate the spleen, stimulate the appetite, promote digestion and remove food stagnation. ② treating the deficiency of food and healthy energy: because of the deficiency of food essence intake caused by low food consumption and poor quality, and malnutrition of viscera due to poor diet, it should tonify qi and strengthen spleen. ③ uneven diet: children are easy to develop bad habits such as food preference, monophagia, and overeating, which cause unbalanced nutritional ingredients and make yin and yang, viscera, and qi and blood stronger and weaker, which is the inherent basis and condition for the children to have uneven constitutions and to have some diseases well. Diet health preservation is not only a basic method of traditional Chinese medicine health preserving science, but also an important component of Chinese traditional culture. Diet health preservation is a method for reasonably selecting, processing and utilizing food according to the characteristics of the food under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, thereby nourishing essence and qi, balancing yin and yang and maintaining health. Children should pay great attention to diet and health care to keep the disease treated.
The children can take food and health care from the aspects of spleen, stomach, intestinal health and the like. The normal flora in the intestinal tract can participate in the digestion and absorption process of food, synthesize cholesterol, various vitamins, trace elements, mineral substances and the like, generate certain enzymes and promote the metabolism of nutrient substances. In addition, the intestinal flora is closely related to the body's immunity, growth promotion, anti-aging, hematopoietic function promotion and anti-tumor effects. Under physiological conditions, intestinal bacteria and hosts are interdependent and mutually restricted to maintain dynamic balance, which plays an important role in the physiological function of spleen governing transportation and transformation. Once the intestinal flora is affected by the change of the host and the external environment, the balance state is broken, so that the intestinal flora is disordered, and the function of the spleen in governing transportation and transformation is also affected. The spleen is the acquired root and is the dynamic balance of intestinal flora. The microecology utilizes the theory of 'treating bacteria with bacteria' and corrects the microecological imbalance through biological antagonism, and is a brand new method for regulating the functions of the spleen and the stomach.
Modern pharmacological studies show that many tonifying traditional Chinese medicines have the effects of supporting the growth of normal flora in intestinal tracts, regulating dysbacteriosis and playing a role of prebiotics. The Malus hupehensis Rehd (Pamp.) is a fallen leaf arbor of Malus of Rosaceae, and the tender leaf of the tree can be used as tea, and has an application history of more than 400 years in China. Due to the long history of folk drinking, the leaf of malus hupehensis has been approved as a new food material. In recent years, the leaf of Malus hupehensis is found to contain a large amount of phlorizin, which is inferior to Docynia delavayi and is far higher than common fruits such as apple. Phlorizin may restore the diversity of the intestinal flora structure of type 2 diabetic mice by regulating the intestinal flora (Mei x., et al.,2016), and phlorizin may reduce high fat diet-induced intestinal microbial changes in mice, increase short chain fatty acid production, and regulate intestinal barrier integrity, thereby improving obesity-related endotoxemia and insulin resistance in high fat diet mice (Xiao-Yu z., et al., 2020). Hubei Chinese flowering crabapple leaf is commonly used for promoting digestion and relieving stasis in ancient books and drinking history in China. The Biao Zhang of Hubei Hai Tang has the functions of relieving dyspepsia, regulating stomach and invigorating spleen; it can be used for treating dyspepsia, dysentery, malnutritional stagnation, etc. However, the research and application in this area are rarely reported.
The milk is an ideal carrier of functional food which is beneficial to the health of spleen and stomach and promotes the growth and development of children. The milk can meet the nutritional requirements of rapid growth and development of children, and is a high-quality food with complete nutrition and easy digestion and absorption. Qing Dynasty "materia medica new edition" cloud: human milk, sweet in taste and mild in smell …, can tonify essence and blood and benefit primordial yang. "Tang Dynasty Sun Simiao" (Beiji Qianjin important prescription): the milk of cow is sweet in taste and slightly cold in nature, and can tonify deficiency and eliminate weakness and quench thirst. Modern traditional Chinese medicine believes that the milk belongs to the sweet flavor, and the sweet flavor can tonify slowly without damaging the transportation and transformation functions of the spleen and the stomach, and can tonify the lung and the stomach and nourish body fluids in vivo.
Therefore, the invention provides a diet health-care product and a method according to the theory of integrated nursing of spleen, stomach and intestinal tract by taking the milk powder as a carrier, adding a medicine-food homologous ingredient for tonifying qi and spleen, a medicine-food homologous ingredient for invigorating stomach and helping digestion, a probiotic for regulating intestinal flora, a medicine-food homologous prebiotic ingredient and a nutritional ingredient for promoting the development of bones of children. In recent years, documents and patents which simultaneously meet the requirements of integrated nourishing of spleen, stomach and intestine, homology of medicine and food, probiotics and traditional Chinese medicine prebiotics (leaf of malus hupehensis) and are combined with milk powder are rare.
The Chinese invention patent with application number of 20210727919.6 provides milk powder for promoting the growth of children's height and developing intelligence and brain and a preparation method thereof, wherein six traditional Chinese medicines of rhizoma polygonati, Chinese yam, malt, orange peel, tuckahoe and fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae are adopted to tonify qi and invigorate spleen to promote the growth of children's height and brain; however, modern medical efforts have not been systematically exploited to regulate intestinal flora to enhance spleen and stomach function.
The invention provides a stomach-invigorating and digestion-promoting probiotic goat milk tablet and a preparation method thereof in an authorized Chinese invention patent with the application number of 201410142871.7, wherein the probiotics, including bighead atractylodes rhizome, magnolia officinalis, codonopsis pilosula and hawthorn, are adopted to improve intestinal nutrition and flora balance, so that the effects of invigorating stomach and promoting digestion are achieved.
