本发明公开了一种工业用防臭抑菌面料,该工业用防臭抑菌面料为交叉状针织面料或梭织面料,其原料按百分比重量计如下:铜纤维20‑30%、阻燃弹力纤维3‑5%、棉纱50‑60%、银纤维2‑3%以及改性纤维1‑3%。本发明改性纤维发挥石墨烯材料抗菌、促进微循环、防紫外线的功能性,提高面料的防缩性、抗皱性和保型性;铜纤维作为抗菌材料,铜纤维编织在面料中,更能发挥抗菌功效,同时可增加面料的耐磨强度;阻燃弹力纤维具有柔韧性、抗拉性、阻燃性和弹性,增加面料的柔软性、抗拉性强,同时又具有良好的阻燃性;银纤维表面的银离子能够极易与其他物质结合,使细菌细胞膜内外的蛋白质凝固,阻断细菌繁殖和呼吸,从而起到很好的抑菌防臭效果。

本发明涉及防臭抑菌面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种工业用防臭抑菌面料。
背景技术
人们根据不同的需求来使用不同的布料,布料大多加工成衣物对人们进行穿着,在工业生产中,由于工作环境导致工作者需要穿着的衣物面料需要有高强度的耐用性,现有的工业用面料的抑菌、防臭作用不佳,且其制成衣物后,柔韧性以及阻燃性均不能达到使用要求,为此,我们提出一种工业用防臭抑菌面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种工业用防臭抑菌面料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种工业用防臭抑菌面料,该工业用防臭抑菌面料为交叉状针织面料或梭织面料,其原料按百分比重量计如下:铜纤维20-30%、阻燃弹力纤维3-5%、棉纱50-60%、银纤维2-3%以及改性纤维1-3%。
优选的,其原料按百分比重量计如下:铜纤维29%、阻燃弹力纤维5%、棉纱60%、银纤维3%以及改性纤维3%。
优选的,其原料按百分比重量计如下:铜纤维30%、阻燃弹力纤维5%、棉纱59%、银纤维3%以及改性纤维3%。
优选的,其原料按百分比重量计如下:铜纤维30%、阻燃弹力纤维4%、棉纱60%、银纤维3%以及改性纤维3%。
优选的,所述改性纤维具体为石墨烯改性涤纶纤维,所述石墨烯改性涤纶纤维的包芯弹力纱线采用石墨烯改性涤纶纤维与精梳棉纤维混纺而成。
一种工业用防臭抑菌面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:纤维纺纱前的定型及染色;
S2:纺纱;
S3:坯布抑菌及金属粒子液体浸渍反复处理;
S4:坯布透气性处理;
S5:坯布柔软性处理;
S6:坯布再固色及定型;
S7:坯布抛光及修色,然后制得成品面料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种工业用防臭抑菌面料,由于改性纤维具体为石墨烯改性涤纶纤维,发挥石墨烯材料抗菌、促进微循环、防紫外线的功能性,提高面料的防缩性、抗皱性和保型性;铜纤维作为抗菌材料,铜纤维编织在面料中,更能发挥抗菌功效,同时可增加面料的耐磨强度;阻燃弹力纤维具有柔韧性、抗拉性、阻燃性和弹性,增加面料的柔软性、抗拉性强,同时又具有良好的阻燃性;银纤维表面的银离子能够极易与其他物质结合,使细菌细胞膜内外的蛋白质凝固,阻断细菌繁殖和呼吸,从而起到很好的抑菌防臭效果。

实施例1:一种工业用防臭抑菌面料,该工业用防臭抑菌面料为交叉状针织面料或梭织面料,其原料按百分比重量计如下:铜纤维29%、阻燃弹力纤维5%、棉纱60%、银纤维3%以及改性纤维3%。
具体的,所述改性纤维具体为石墨烯改性涤纶纤维,所述石墨烯改性涤纶纤维的包芯弹力纱线采用石墨烯改性涤纶纤维与精梳棉纤维混纺而成。
具体的,阻燃弹力纤维的原料为聚乙烯3-5%、聚氯乙烯1-2%、聚丙烯树脂96-94%,将聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯加入聚丙烯树脂混合均匀,然后聚合物喂入、熔融挤出、纤维形成制得阻燃弹力纤维。
