Abstract

一种胶水循环辊下式涂胶装置，包括胶水循环组件、涂胶组件组成。胶水循环组件由胶盒、胶泵、加热系统和供胶管组成；涂胶组件包括涂胶辊、撵胶辊、加热棒、安装座板、胶辊电机和输送辊组成，胶盒中的热熔胶经加热系统加热后，由胶水循环组件中的胶泵循环加入涂胶辊和撵胶辊中间，经胶辊电机驱动涂胶辊和撵胶辊转动对碾后，涂胶辊的表面覆盖均匀的胶水用于涂布在经过涂胶辊下面的纸张或板材，多余的胶水经涂胶辊两端的缺口流入下面的胶盒，并继续由胶泵循环加入涂胶辊和撵胶辊之间，从而实现多种厚度和材质的纸张和板材上表面的均匀涂胶，有效地避免的涂胶装置的漏胶，提高了涂胶的可靠性和稳定性。

一种胶水循环辊下式涂胶装置及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷包装的涂胶设备领域，尤其涉及涂胶装置。
背景技术
涂胶装置是一种把固态的热塑性橡胶加热至液态，并将液态橡胶均匀涂布在板表面的机构。现有技术中，涂胶装置辊上式涂胶和喷嘴喷涂胶方式，其中辊上涂胶方式，涂胶辊安装在胶盒内、涂胶辊两端安装轴承和密封装置，纸张或板材通过辊上侧，使得纸张或板材的底面接触涂胶辊的表面，实现纸张或板材的底面涂胶，并且涂胶装置长期运行过程中，涂胶轴的轴承在高温环境中产生磨损，导致涂胶轴受力时发生倾斜，与套设在涂胶轴外的密封垫圈产生间隙。胶水很容易从该间隙中向下流，并经过轴承，流到装置外面，从而造成漏胶现象。喷嘴喷涂胶方式，虽然可以实现纸张或板材的上面涂胶，但机构复杂，成本贵，并且由于热熔胶的粘度大，容易造成喷嘴堵塞。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种胶水循环辊下式涂胶装置，以解决目前已有技术中，辊式涂胶方式无法实现纸张或板材的上表面涂胶，且容易漏胶的问题，和用于纸张或板材上表面涂胶的喷嘴喷涂胶方式容易造成喷嘴堵塞的问题，并且有效地降低胶水老化，提高涂胶的可靠性和稳定性。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：一种胶水循环辊下式涂胶装置，包括胶水循环组件、涂胶组件组成。所述胶水循环组件由胶盒、胶泵、加热系统和供胶管组成；所述的涂胶辊组件包括一对涂胶辊、安装侧板组件，其中一对涂胶辊由橡胶辊和特氟龙辊组成，橡胶辊表面带细槽用于涂胶，特氟龙辊中空用于安装加热装置，胶水经加热温控系统加热后，由胶水循环系统中的胶泵循环加入一对涂胶辊，涂胶辊对碾转动后，橡胶涂胶辊的表面覆盖均匀的胶水用于涂布在经过橡胶辊下面的纸张，多余的胶水经胶辊2端的缺口流入下面的胶水盒，并经胶水泵循环加入涂胶辊，从而实现纸张产品的自动涂胶。
采用了上述技术方案后，本发明的有益效果是：由于胶水循环组件，使得胶水在涂胶辊上循环，避免涂胶装置漏胶，而纸张和板材通过涂胶辊下侧涂胶，从而实现纸张或板材的上表面涂胶，，大大提高了不同厚度材质纸张的涂胶能力，有效地降低了胶水老化和浪费，提高了涂胶的可靠性、稳定性和应用的广泛性。

具体实施方式
一种胶水循环辊下式涂胶装置，包括胶水循环组件1、涂胶组件7组成。所述胶水循环组件1由胶盒4、胶泵2、加热系统3和供胶管5组成；所述的涂胶组件7包括涂胶辊8、撵胶辊9、加热棒10、安装座板11、胶辊电机12和输送辊13组成，其中涂胶辊8包覆橡胶，用于涂胶，撵胶辊9中空用于安装加热棒10，加热棒10用于撵胶辊8和涂胶辊9之间的胶水温度保持，胶盒4中的热熔胶经加热系统3加热后，由胶水循环组件1中的胶泵2循环加入涂胶辊8和撵胶辊9中间，经胶辊电机12驱动涂胶辊8和撵胶辊9转动对碾后，涂胶辊8的表面覆盖均匀的胶水用于涂布在经过涂胶辊下面的纸张或板材，多余的胶水经涂胶辊两端的缺口流入下面的胶盒，并继续由胶泵2循环加入涂胶辊8和撵胶辊9之间，从而实现纸张和板材产品的自动涂胶。
本发明的胶水循环辊下式涂胶装置为液态胶循环式，涂敷物纸张和纸板的上表面，即安装于涂胶装置墙板上的输送辊13输送的纸张或板材的上表面涂胶。工作时，胶盒4中的热熔胶由加热系统3加热融化为液态胶，由胶泵2将液态胶抽送到涂胶辊8和撵胶辊9之间，涂胶辊8和撵胶辊9由胶辊电机12驱动向内对碾，使得液态胶均匀分布在涂胶辊8表面，而且多余的液态胶经由涂胶辊和撵胶辊的两端流入胶盒，从而实现液态胶的循环，避免涂胶系统的漏胶；当输送辊13输送的纸张或板材向前经过涂胶辊下侧时，纸张或板材的上表面接触涂胶辊，从而将涂胶辊表面的液态胶均匀涂布在纸张或板材的表面，一张纸或板材送出后，又重复工作继续把下一张纸张或板材如上所述继续送出涂胶，直至所有待涂纸张或板材传送完毕。所述胶水循环组件1由胶盒4、胶泵2、加热系统3和供胶管5组成，实现液态胶的循环输送，经过加热系统的温度控制，既可以使用固态热熔胶，又可以使用无需加热的普通液态胶；所述的涂胶组件7包括涂胶辊8、撵胶辊9、加热棒10、安装座板11、胶辊电机12和输送辊13组成，其中涂胶辊8包覆橡胶，表面可以带细槽用于增加涂胶量，撵胶辊9中空用于安装加热棒10，涂胶辊8和撵胶辊9的两端带有缺口，用于排出多余的液态胶进入下面的胶盒，涂胶辊8和撵胶辊9向内对碾，实现涂敷多种厚度和材质的纸张和板材上表面的均匀涂胶，有效地避免的涂胶装置的漏胶，提高了涂胶的可靠性和稳定性。

1.一种胶水循环辊下式涂胶装置，包括胶水循环组件和涂胶组件组成。
2.根据权利1要求所述的胶水循环辊下式涂胶装置，其特征是所述的胶水循环组件由胶盒、胶泵、加热系统和供胶管组成，胶盒中的热熔胶经加热系统加热后，由胶水循环组件中的胶泵循环加入涂胶辊和撵胶辊中间。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的胶水循环辊下式涂胶装置，其特征是所述的涂胶组件包括涂胶辊、撵胶辊、加热棒、安装座板、胶辊电机和输送辊组成，其中涂胶辊包覆橡胶，用于涂胶，撵胶辊中空用于安装加热棒，加热棒用于撵胶辊和涂胶辊之间的胶水温度保持，经胶辊电机驱动涂胶辊和撵胶辊转动对碾后，涂胶辊的表面覆盖均匀的胶水用于涂布在经过涂胶辊下面的纸张或板材，多余的胶水经涂胶辊两端的缺口流入下面的胶盒，并继续由胶泵循环加入涂胶辊和撵胶辊之间，从而实现纸张产品的自动涂胶。
4.根据权利要求3所述的仿生摆动式的真空吸附输纸装置，其特征是经由胶泵循环添加的胶水可以是热熔胶和普通液态胶。
