本申请实施例提供了一种频分双工系统通信方法、相关设备以及系统。其中,该方法包括:第一终端设备接收网络设备发送的第一专用信令并获取第一配置消息;根据该第一配置消息使用第二传输帧结构向网络设备发送第一信息以及接收网络设备使用该第二传输帧结构发送的第二信息;其中,该第二传输帧结构相对于第一传输帧结构存在第一固定时延,该第一传输帧结构为第二终端设备向网络设备发送第三信息以及网络设备向第二终端设备发送第四信息所使用的帧结构。上述方法能够使系统内的无线资源得到有效利用,还可以平衡不同时频域资源上的负载。
