Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用线以缝制方式将钮扣装到衣服、纺织品以及类似物上的方法。
背景技术
在工业成批生产过程中用缝纫线缝到衣服上如衬衫、罩衫或其他有关东西上的钮扣,通常不能有效地固定到织物上,因为借助缝纫机向下引入到钮扣上分开的孔内的上缝纫线即上线不能牢固地被下缝纫线即下线锁住,尽管有足够数量的针眼数,但这种重要的钮扣与纺织品的附装却马马虎虎,因此如果人拉一下松散的线头,缝纫线就会散开,使钮扣脱离。
用于钮扣的缝纫线也可能引起不舒适,因为线在织物内侧的聚结可能会对皮肤来说尖锐而不舒服。这个问题尤其是在开始使用人造缝纫线缝纫后、线头戳入皮肤时出现。
先前公开了这样一种过程,即钮扣借助人造线通过缠绕在线周围形成结头来装钮扣,借助结头使钮扣第一次缝在适当的位置上,然后在钮扣与织物之间从侧面将线熔合在一起,以在钮扣上形成一脖颈。例如参见GB,2 236 046 A。
先前还公开了这样一种过程,即钮扣借助松散的塑料钩被熔接在适当位置上,虽然这样会在织物内侧形成塑料材料的较大聚结并面向着装者。如果该服装是衬衫或罩衫,以及如果钮扣的附装直接接触人体和擦伤处,这会引起不舒服。

具体实施方式
一种用线102将钮扣101装到衣服103、纺织品如枕套、包以及类似物上的方法,通过用线102和一块材料200在钮扣上缝制,该块材料至少部分是人造纤维材料,该方法是这样进行的,即使用线熔融装置104将位于钮扣101被缝制在织物上的一面B的相反面A上的人造纤维材料块200熔融在一起。所述材料块200还受熔接心轴207的作用在同步变平坦的线聚结105顶部形成一平坦的薄片,其呈现位于服装内面3A1的基本光滑的表面170,使着装者以为是服装的一部分,不会擦伤或刺激皮肤,这意味着钮扣被牢固地装好。如果想去掉钮扣101,很容易,只要将在服装外面3A2的线102断开,从后面将线102自服装上拉出。
