For convenience of understanding, different examples of the refrigerator dish management method are described in detail below:
example 1
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the method for managing dishes in a refrigerator is used to perform management such as freshness detection on dishes such as overnight dishes stored in the refrigerator, so as to help a user to know the freshness of the dishes stored in the refrigerator in time and manage the dishes in the refrigerator reasonably and effectively.
Specifically, a preset dish nitrite detection standard can be obtained in advance, and whether the stored dishes in the refrigerator belong to the standard range or not can be detected according to the standard.
After a user puts dishes such as overnight dishes and the like into a refrigerator, regularly detecting the currently stored dishes; the duration of the detection time interval T1 is not limited, and timing detection may be performed at time intervals of 4 hours or 8 hours.
And if the actual nitrite concentration of the currently stored dish exceeds a preset concentration threshold value, or the actual nitrite content exceeds a preset content threshold value, or both the actual nitrite concentration and the actual nitrite content exceed preset content threshold values, judging that the currently stored dish reaches the stale standard.
In addition, the stored dishes can be distinguished in advance, and when the stored dishes are pickled dishes, the time interval of timing detection is shortened to the time interval T2, so that the freshness of the stored dishes can be detected at a high frequency.
Meanwhile, the stored dish freshness information is sent to the user mobile terminal, so that the user can timely know that the stored dishes reach the freshness standard.
In addition, the exclusive storage area for placing dishes such as overnight dishes can also be set as a sealed storage compartment or a storage drawer. A nitrite detection module is arranged in the special storage area to detect the nitrate concentration and the nitrite content of the dishes.
The exclusive storage area can be internally provided with a vacuumizing module, and when dishes are detected to be stored in the exclusive storage area, the exclusive storage area can be vacuumized and sealed through the vacuumizing module so as to be isolated from other storage spaces of the refrigerator.
And if the stored dishes belong to the freshness grade, corresponding information is sent to the mobile terminal of the user, so that the user can know the freshness of the dishes in time.
In order to facilitate the secondary eating of the dishes by the user, the secondary processing mode recommended by the currently stored dishes can be inquired and obtained according to the cooking mode of the dishes, the food material information and other dish information.
After the user eats the dishes, in order to facilitate the user to discard the dishes in time, the method can analyze and calculate the garbage information possibly generated by the dishes according to the dish information such as the cooking mode, the food material information and the like, and perform analysis processing such as classification on the garbage information to form a garbage classification data analysis result of the dishes; therefore, the user can quickly classify the eaten dishes into garbage and discard the garbage in time.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, similarly, the method for managing dishes in a refrigerator is used to perform freshness detection and other management on the dishes such as overnight dishes stored in the refrigerator, so as to help a user to know the freshness of the dishes stored in the refrigerator in time and manage the dishes in the refrigerator reasonably and effectively.
Specifically, a preset dish bacteria concentration threshold value M can be obtained in advance, and whether the stored dishes in the refrigerator reach an stale level due to long-time storage and the like is detected according to the bacteria concentration threshold value standard.
After a user puts dishes such as overnight dishes and the like into a refrigerator, regularly detecting the currently stored dishes; the duration of the detection time interval T1 is not limited, and timing detection may be performed at time intervals of 4 hours or 8 hours.
And when the actual bacterial concentration of the currently stored dish is detected to exceed the preset concentration threshold value M, judging that the currently stored dish reaches the stale standard.
Similarly, a preset threshold value N of the bacterial content of the dish can be obtained in advance, and when the fact that the actual bacterial content of the currently stored dish exceeds the preset threshold value N, the currently stored dish can be judged to reach the stale standard.
Be provided with bacterium detection module in the exclusive storage area to detect the bacterium concentration of dish.
The exclusive storage area can be internally provided with a vacuumizing module, and when dishes are detected to be stored in the exclusive storage area, the exclusive storage area can be vacuumized and sealed through the vacuumizing module so as to be isolated from other storage spaces of the refrigerator.
In order to prevent bacteria from breeding after the dishes are stored for a long time, the sterilization module in the refrigerator can be controlled to sterilize the dishes at regular time after the dishes are subjected to temperature control refrigeration.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, similarly, the refrigerator dish management method is used for performing freshness detection and other management on dishes such as overnight dishes stored in the refrigerator, so as to help a user to know the freshness of the dishes stored in the refrigerator in time and manage the dishes in the refrigerator reasonably and effectively.
Specifically, a preset dish odor intensity threshold value S can be obtained in advance, and whether the stored dishes in the refrigerator reach an stale level due to long-time storage or the like is detected according to the odor intensity threshold value standard.
After a user puts dishes such as overnight dishes and the like into a refrigerator, regularly detecting the currently stored dishes; the duration of the detection time interval T1 is not limited, and timing detection may be performed at time intervals of 4 hours or 8 hours.
And if the actual odor intensity of the currently stored dish exceeds the preset odor intensity threshold value S, judging that the currently stored dish reaches the standard of freshness and is not suitable for the user to continue eating.
The special storage area is internally provided with an odor detection module to detect the odor intensity of the dishes.
The exclusive storage area can be internally provided with a vacuumizing module, and when dishes are detected to be stored in the exclusive storage area, the exclusive storage area can be vacuumized and sealed through the vacuumizing module so as to be isolated from other storage spaces of the refrigerator.
In addition, if it is detected whether the dishes contain food materials with serious odor, specifically, summary information of the food materials with serious odor in the daily edible food materials of the user can be obtained in advance, the obtained main food material information of the dishes is compared, and when the stored dishes contain the food materials with serious odor, the vacuumizing module can be controlled to vacuumize and seal the exclusive storage area.
In order to prevent bacteria from breeding after the dishes are stored for a long time, the sterilization module in the refrigerator can be controlled to sterilize the dishes at regular time after the dishes are subjected to temperature control refrigeration.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, similarly, the refrigerator dish management method is used for performing freshness detection and other management on dishes such as overnight dishes stored in a refrigerator, so as to help a user to know the freshness of the dishes stored in the refrigerator in time and manage the dishes in the refrigerator reasonably and effectively.
Specifically, physicochemical and microbial parameter ranges preset for dishes and dish freshness grade information corresponding to the physicochemical and microbial parameter ranges can be obtained in advance, and the freshness grade information of the stored dishes is judged according to the parameter range standards.
In order to subdivide and manage the dishes, the freshness grade information of the dishes is divided into three types of fresh, stale and extremely stale; acquiring the parameter ranges of physicochemical and microbial parameters matched with the three types respectively, wherein the physicochemical and microbial parameter range is a first value range F1 of the physicochemical and microbial parameter matched with the grade of dish fresh failure, a second value range F2 of the physicochemical and microbial parameter matched with the grade of dish fresh failure, and a third value range F3 of the physicochemical and microbial parameter matched with the grade of dish fresh failure, wherein F1 is more than F2 is more than F3, namely the range is larger, and the dish fresh failure is represented.
And after the physical, chemical and microbial values of the stored dishes are detected, comparing the detection result with the dish physical, chemical and microbial parameter range standard in the summarized data, and acquiring freshness grade information matched with the corresponding parameter range.
When the actual physical, chemical and microbial values belong to a first value range F1, the stored dishes are in a fresh grade; when the actual physical, chemical and microbial values belong to a second value range F2, the stored dishes are in an stale grade; when the actual physicochemical and microbial values belong to the third value range F3, the stored dish is in a very stale grade.
And when the fact that the physical, chemical and microbial values of the stored dishes do not belong to any one of the three threshold values is detected, the stored dishes can be judged to reach the spoilage standard.
And meanwhile, the information of the freshness grade of the stored dishes is sent to the mobile terminal of the user, so that the user can timely know the freshness condition of the stored dishes.
And a proper secondary processing mode matched with the stored dishes can be provided for the user according to the specific freshness grade information of the stored dishes.
When the stored dishes are in the grade of fresh state, recommending the secondary processing mode of the stored dishes to the user to be heating for ten minutes; when the stored dishes are in the stale grade, recommending the secondary processing mode of the stored dishes to the user to be heating for twenty minutes; and when the stored dishes are in a very stale grade, recommending the secondary processing mode of the stored dishes to the user to be heating for thirty minutes and carrying out UV sterilization.
In addition, the exclusive storage area for placing dishes such as overnight dishes can also be set as a sealed storage compartment or a storage drawer. The special storage area is internally provided with a spectrum analysis detection module to detect the physicochemical value and the microbial value of the dishes.
The exclusive storage area can be internally provided with a vacuumizing module, and when dishes are detected to be stored in the exclusive storage area, the exclusive storage area can be vacuumized and sealed through the vacuumizing module so as to be isolated from other storage spaces of the refrigerator.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, similarly, the refrigerator dish management method is used for performing freshness detection and other management on dishes such as overnight dishes stored in a refrigerator, so as to help a user to know the freshness of the dishes stored in the refrigerator in time and manage the dishes in the refrigerator reasonably and effectively.
Specifically, be equipped with the dish detection module in the refrigerator for the new freshness to the dish that has stored detects.
After the user puts dishes such as overnight dishes into the refrigerator, the freshness detection mode of the stored dishes preset by the user can be acquired, corresponding detection module information is inquired according to the information, and the matched detection module is controlled to detect the freshness of the stored dishes.
The dish detection module is divided into a nitrite detection module, a bacteria detection module, an odor detection module and a spectral analysis detection module.
When the actual nitrite concentration of the stored dish exceeds the preset concentration threshold value, or the actual nitrite content exceeds the preset content threshold value, or both of the actual nitrite concentration and the actual nitrite content exceed the preset threshold values, the currently stored dish can be judged to reach the stale standard.
When the actual bacteria concentration of the stored dish detected by the bacteria detection module exceeds the preset concentration threshold, the stored dish can be judged to reach the stale standard.
When the actual smell intensity of the stored dish is detected to exceed the preset smell intensity threshold value through the smell detection module, the stored dish can be judged to reach the stale standard.
After the actual physicochemical and microbial values of the stored dishes are detected by the spectral analysis detection module, the actual physicochemical and microbial values are compared with the preset physicochemical and microbial parameter range standard of the dishes, so that the freshness grade information matched with the corresponding parameter range can be obtained, and the freshness condition of the stored dishes is determined, such as whether the stored dishes are just fresh, not fresh, very fresh or putrefactive.
Meanwhile, the communication unit is controlled to send the freshness information of the stored dishes to the user mobile terminal, so that the user can timely know the freshness condition of the stored dishes.
The method and the device can also acquire the information receiving time preset by the user in advance, and send the dish freshness information to the user within the information receiving time preset by the user, so that the user can check the dish freshness information conveniently, and the user is prevented from being disturbed.
In addition, the exclusive storage area for placing dishes such as overnight dishes can also be set as a sealed storage compartment or a storage drawer. The exclusive storage area can be further provided with a vacuumizing module, when the stored dishes are detected to reach the corruption level, the exclusive storage area can be vacuumized and sealed in time through the vacuumizing module, and therefore the exclusive storage area is isolated from other storage spaces of the refrigerator.
In summary, in the management method, the preset odor intensity threshold is obtained, and after the currently stored dishes are detected, the freshness of the stored dishes is judged according to the preset odor intensity threshold standard; and when detecting that the actual smell intensity in the current stored dishes exceeds the preset smell intensity threshold standard, judging that the stored dishes are not fresh and timely informing the user so that the user can timely know the freshness condition of the dishes.
