Abstract

本发明涉及轴承领域,公开用于轴承润滑的毛细甩油环及其主减速器主锥轴承单元,包括环体,环体的外圆周侧壁两端都一体成型有毛细板,毛细板环绕在环体上并倾斜向外延伸,两毛细板之间的环体上设有形状为环形的集油槽,毛细板上设有数量为多个且都与集油槽连通的毛细孔。两个轴承内圈之间安装有用于轴承润滑的毛细甩油环,毛细甩油孔两侧的毛细孔分别朝向各自端的滚道。集油槽将流入毛细甩油环内的润滑油收集,同时由于毛细孔的作用迅速吸附润滑油,有效的实现了润滑油的分流;在离心力的作用下,润滑油流出毛细孔,实现前轴承和后轴承的润滑;通过合理的设计毛细孔的位置及安装,可实现轴承的定点润滑。

Description

用于轴承润滑的毛细甩油环及其主减速器主锥轴承单元
技术领域
本发明涉及轴承领域,尤其涉及用于轴承润滑的毛细甩油环及其主减速器主锥轴承单元。
背景技术
主减速器主锥齿轮轴承采用飞溅润滑,即以齿轮箱作为油箱,在减速器壳上设有集油槽、进油孔和回油孔,通过主锥齿轮的旋转使润滑油通过油道甩入轴承腔内进行润滑,润滑油在圆锥滚子旋转时产生的泵油作用下,由小端流向大端,通过回油孔流回齿轮箱,实现轴承的润滑及润滑油的循环。
然而,主锥齿轮前轴承距离油面和齿轮较远,且有后轴承相隔,润滑条件较差;且由于主减速器轴存在5~7°倾角,前轴承处于高位,润滑条件更加恶劣,极易引起轴承的磨损,影响车辆运转稳定性,例如申请号为202021762935.0的汽车主减差速器主锥轴承单元。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中轴承润滑效果差的缺点,提供用于轴承润滑的毛细甩油环及其主减速器主锥轴承单元。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
用于轴承润滑的毛细甩油环,包括环体,环体的外圆周侧壁两端都一体成型有毛细板,毛细板环绕在环体上并倾斜向外延伸,两毛细板之间的环体上设有形状为环形的集油槽,毛细板上设有数量为多个且都与集油槽连通的毛细孔。本毛细甩油环应用在轴承润滑中,集油槽能够收集储存润滑油,在离心力的作用下,润滑油通过毛细孔对前轴承和后轴承进行定点润滑。
作为优选,远离集油槽一端的毛细板的外侧壁为甩油面,毛细孔的出油口设在甩油面上,甩油面的粗糙度值≥Ra 0.8μm,甩油面为圆柱面,毛细板倾斜延伸的外侧壁为导油面,导油面与甩油面连接,导油面为圆锥面。圆柱形的甩油面一方面方便人们定位加工毛细孔,另一方面甩油面在不工作时能够更好的吸附润滑油,从而使得轴承在刚开始转动时,毛细甩油环就能够及时将其表面的润滑油甩入到滚珠所在的滚道内。
作为优选,靠近集油槽一端的毛细板延伸到集油槽上方形成挡檐,挡檐的内侧壁为圆柱面,挡檐与集油槽之间形成环形槽,毛细孔的进油口设在集油槽的侧壁上。在离心力的作用,挡檐用于引导润滑油,挡檐能够遮挡集油槽内两侧的油液,润滑油在张力的作用下储存在环形槽内,毛细甩油环随着轴承转动甩油时,环形槽内的润滑油能够及时进入到毛细孔内并甩出毛细甩油环。
作为优选,毛细板的内侧壁与环体的端面形成定位槽,定位槽的形状为向外扩展的喇叭状。喇叭状的定位槽用于定位安装轴承内圈,轴承内圈端面压紧在环体的端面,外扩的喇叭状的毛细板主要用于输送润滑油到倾斜的滚道中,同时也为了防止轴承内圈与毛细板发生干涉。
作为优选,毛细孔的孔径为0.5mm~1.5mm。该范围的毛细孔由于孔径较小,在润滑油的张力作用下,其具有存油效果,即在轴承不转动的情况下,润滑油充满毛细孔,当轴承转动时,毛细甩油环能够及时提供润滑。
主减速器主锥轴承单元,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、保持架和滚珠,轴承外圈内两端都设有轴承内圈,轴承内圈与轴承外圈之间形成滚道,滚珠安装在保持架上,滚珠和保持架安装在滚道内,两个轴承内圈之间安装有用于轴承润滑的毛细甩油环,毛细甩油孔两侧的毛细孔分别朝向各自端的滚道。主锥轴承单元的滚道是倾斜设置的,毛细甩油环通过毛细板能够将润滑油定点输送到滚道内,主锥轴承润滑效果好。
作为优选,轴承外圈上设有与集油槽正对的进油孔,进油孔的数量为多个且均布在轴承外圈的中间区域。轴承外圈的进油孔能够直接将润滑油输送到其下方的集油槽内,毛细甩油环能够及时补充润滑油并进行快速响应。
作为优选,毛细板的内侧壁与环体的端面形成定位槽,轴承内圈的内端部为轴承定位部,轴承定位部安装在定位槽内压紧毛细甩油环。定位槽能够精准定位轴承内圈,从而使得轴承内圈和毛细甩油环之间形成一个不易松动的整体。
作为优选,轴承内圈设有供齿轮轴通过的轴孔,轴承定位部的内侧壁设有与轴孔同轴的台阶孔,毛细甩油环中用于供齿轮轴通过的孔径大于轴孔的孔径。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有显著的技术效果:
集油槽将流入毛细甩油环内的润滑油收集,同时由于毛细孔的作用迅速吸附润滑油,有效的实现了润滑油的分流;
在离心力的作用下,润滑油流出毛细孔,实现前轴承和后轴承的润滑;通过合理的设计毛细孔的位置及安装,可实现轴承的定点润滑。

下面结合附图1-4与实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
用于轴承润滑的毛细甩油环,包括环体10,环体10的外圆周侧壁两端都一体成型有毛细板11,毛细板11环绕在环体10上并倾斜向外延伸,两毛细板11之间的环体10上设有形状为环形的集油槽101,毛细板11上设有数量为多个且都与集油槽101连通的毛细孔111。集油槽101用于收集并存储润滑油,当毛细甩油环转动时,集油槽101内的润滑油通过毛细孔111甩出并提供润滑。
远离集油槽101一端的毛细板11的外侧壁为甩油面112,毛细孔111的出油口设在甩油面112上,甩油面112为圆柱面,甩油面112的粗糙度值≥Ra 0.8μm,本实施例甩油面112的粗糙度值为Ra 0.8μm,由于甩油面较为粗糙,从而使得甩油面112具有储存润滑油的作用,当毛细甩油环转动时,甩油面112上的润滑油能够第一时间甩送到滚道中进行润滑。毛细板11倾斜延伸的外侧壁为导油面113,导油面113与甩油面112连接,导油面113为圆锥面。当集油槽101补充润滑油时,导油面113能够引导润滑油,从而使得润滑油能够被引导到集油槽101内。
靠近集油槽101一端的毛细板11延伸到集油槽101上方形成挡檐114,挡檐114的内侧壁为圆柱面,挡檐114与集油槽101之间形成环形槽,毛细孔111的进油口设在集油槽101的侧壁上。由于环形槽宽度比较小,所以环形槽容易储存润滑油,润滑油能够通过环形槽引导进入到毛细孔111。
毛细板11的内侧壁与环体10的端面形成定位槽12,定位槽12的形状为向外扩展的喇叭状。喇叭状的定位槽12用于定位安装轴承内圈2,轴承内圈2端面压紧在环体10的端面,外扩的喇叭状的毛细板11主要用于输送润滑油到倾斜的滚道6中,同时也为了防止轴承内圈2与毛细板11发生干涉。
毛细孔111的孔径为0.5mm~1.5mm,本实施例毛细孔111的孔径为0.5mm。该范围的毛细孔111由于孔径较小,在润滑油的张力作用下,其具有存油效果,即在轴承不转动的情况下,润滑油充满毛细孔111,当轴承转动时,毛细甩油环能够及时提供润滑。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1特征基本相同,不同的是毛细孔111的孔径为1.5mm。

主减速器主锥轴承单元,包括轴承内圈2、轴承外圈3、保持架4和滚珠5,轴承外圈3内两端都设有轴承内圈2,轴承内圈2与轴承外圈3之间形成滚道6,滚道6为倾斜滚道,滚珠5安装在保持架4上,滚珠5和保持架4安装在滚道6内,两个轴承内圈2之间安装有实施例1或2或3中的用于轴承润滑的毛细甩油环,毛细甩油孔两侧的毛细孔111分别朝向各自端的滚道6。当主减速器工作时,主锥轴承带动轴承内圈2转动,毛细甩油环也随之转动,毛细甩油环内的润滑油通过毛细孔甩送到滚道6内。
轴承外圈2上设有与集油槽101正对的进油孔21,进油孔21的数量为多个且均布在轴承外圈2的中间区域,进油孔21能够及时并准确的将润滑油输送到集油槽101内。
毛细板11的内侧壁与环体10的端面形成定位槽12,轴承内圈2的内端部为轴承定位部31,轴承定位部31安装在定位槽12内压紧毛细甩油环。定位槽12能够精准定位轴承内圈2,从而使得轴承内圈2和毛细甩油环之间形成一个不易松动的整体。
轴承内圈2设有供齿轮轴通过的轴孔32,轴承定位部31的内侧壁设有与轴孔32同轴的台阶孔33,毛细甩油环中用于供齿轮轴通过的孔径大于轴孔32的孔径。

1.用于轴承润滑的毛细甩油环,包括环体(10),其特征在于:环体(10)的外圆周侧壁两端都一体成型有毛细板(11),毛细板(11)环绕在环体(10)上并倾斜向外延伸,两毛细板(11)之间的环体(10)上设有形状为环形的集油槽(101),毛细板(11)上设有数量为多个且都与集油槽(101)连通的毛细孔(111)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于轴承润滑的毛细甩油环,其特征在于:远离集油槽(101)一端的毛细板(11)的外侧壁为甩油面(112),毛细孔(111)的出油口设在甩油面(112)上,甩油面(112)的粗糙度值≥Ra 0.8μm,甩油面(112)为圆柱面,毛细板(11)倾斜延伸的外侧壁为导油面(113),导油面(113)与甩油面(112)连接,导油面(113)为圆锥面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于轴承润滑的毛细甩油环,其特征在于:靠近集油槽(101)一端的毛细板(11)延伸到集油槽(101)上方形成挡檐(114),挡檐(114)的内侧壁为圆柱面,挡檐(114)与集油槽(101)之间形成环形槽,毛细孔(111)的进油口设在集油槽(101)的侧壁上。
