本发明公开了一种保温层材料制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1:将无机粒子放入丙酮溶液,超声清洗5min后,用去离子水滤洗,真空干燥后备用;S2:将无机粒子50‑80份、阻燃剂0.5‑3份、粘结剂10‑30份、遮光剂5‑20份、纤维增强体3‑7份放入搅拌机搅拌混合10‑30min,得到混合料;S3:将所得混合料放入模具,上压机,压制成型,所设压力为1‑20MPa;保压时间为15‑40min脱模后,得到预置纤维板;S4:将所述预置纤维板放入烘箱经行高温处理,温度为90‑200度,时间为8‑12h,得到保温层材料本发明公开了一种钢包,包括:壳体;保温层,所述保温层设置在所述壳体内侧的表面上;浇注料,所述浇注料覆盖在所述保温层上;耐火砖,所述耐火砖铺设在所述浇注料上。其抗压能力较强,能够有效防止保温层受压粉化。

技术领域
本发明涉及了保温材料领域,具体的是一种保温层材料制备方法及应用该材料为保温层的钢包。
背景技术
钢包一般都沿外壳内侧,整体铺设保温层,对钢水或铁水进行保温,保温层厚度一般在 20—30mm。
但在长时间在高温下,永久层浇注料会产生膨胀,从而对保温层产生一个压力,此外由于内部钢水的存在,越靠近底部压力越大,而一般的保温材料抗压能力小,一般都低于0.3Mpa,再长时间的使用过程中容易产生保温材料粉化现象,不能保证钢包的长久运行。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中保温材料整体铺设,长时间的使用过程中,大量压力都集中到了保温层以及一般的保温材料,抗压能力较差的缺陷,本发明实施例提供了一种保温层材料制备方法及应用该材料为保温层的钢包,其抗压能力较强,能够有效防止保温层受压粉化。
为实现上述目的,本申请实施例公开了一种保温层材料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将无机粒子放入丙酮溶液中,超声清洗5min后,用去离子水滤洗,真空干燥后备用;
S2:将无机粒子50-80份、阻燃剂0.5-3份、粘结剂10-30份、遮光剂5-20份、纤维增强体3-7份放入搅拌机搅拌混合10-30min,得到混合料;
S3:将所得混合料放入模具,上压机,压制成型,所设压力为1-20MPa;保压时间为15-40min脱模后,得到预置纤维板;
S4:将所述预置纤维板放入烘箱经行高温处理,温度为90-200度,时间为8-12h,得到保温层材料。
优选的,所述无机粒子由气相二氧化硅、气凝胶粉体、沉淀法二氧化硅或硅粉中的一种或多种组成。
优选的,所述阻燃剂由聚磷酸铵、乙二胺改性聚磷酸铵或三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐中的一种或多种组成。
优选的,所述粘结剂由硅溶胶、水玻璃、聚乙烯醇、铝溶胶或淀粉中的一种或多种组成。
优选的,所述遮光剂由二氧化钛、钛酸钾或碳化硅中的一种或多种组成。

2、保温层材料中加入大量的遮光剂,可以有效的阻碍高温下的红外辐射,保证高温隔热效果;
3、在保温层上预留出通孔,壳体贴完保温层材料后,浇灌浇注料时,浇注料会将通孔填满,利用浇注料自身的抗压强度减少对保温层的压力,有效防止保温层受压粉化。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”等的特征可以明示或隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种保温层材料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将无机粒子放入丙酮溶液中,超声清洗5min后,用去离子水滤洗,真空干燥后备用;
S2:将无机粒子50-80份、阻燃剂0.5-3份、粘结剂10-30份、遮光剂5-20份、纤维增强体3-7份放入搅拌机搅拌混合10-30min,得到混合料;
S3:将所得混合料放入模具,上压机,压制成型,所设压力为1-20MPa;保压时间为15-40min脱模后,得到预置纤维板;
S4:将所述预置纤维板放入烘箱经行高温处理,温度为90-200度,时间为8-12h,得到保温层材料。
进一步的,所述无机粒子由气相二氧化硅、气凝胶粉体、沉淀法二氧化硅或硅粉中的一种或多种组成。
进一步的,所述阻燃剂由聚磷酸铵、乙二胺改性聚磷酸铵或三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐中的一种或多种组成。
进一步的,所述粘结剂由硅溶胶、水玻璃、聚乙烯醇、铝溶胶或淀粉中的一种或多种组成。
进一步的,所述遮光剂由二氧化钛、钛酸钾或碳化硅中的一种或多种组成。
进一步的,所述纤维增强体由硅酸铝纤维、玻璃纤维或高硅氧纤维中的一种或多种组成。
进一步的,所述浇注料部分设置在所述通孔内。
实施例1
首先将气相二氧化硅放入丙酮溶液中,超声清洗5min后,用去离子水滤洗,真空干燥后备用。
将气相二氧化硅75份、聚磷酸铵1份、硅溶胶4份、二氧化钛15份以及硅酸铝纤维5份放入搅拌机搅拌混合20min,得到混合料。
将所得混合料放入模具,上压机,压制成型,所设压力为15MPa,保压时间为15min,然后脱模,脱模后,得到预置纤维板。
进一步的,将其放入烘箱经高温处理,温度为120度,时间为8h,得到制备完成的保温层材料,保温层材料的抗压强度为0.5MPa,导热系数0.023W/m.k。
可以理解的是,本实施例得到的保温层材料的抗压强度较强。
实施例2
首先将气相二氧化硅放入丙酮溶液中,超声清洗5min后,用去离子水滤洗,真空干燥后备用
将气相二氧化硅65份、乙二胺改性聚磷酸铵2份、硅溶胶7份、碳化硅20份以及硅酸铝纤维8份放入搅拌机搅拌混合15min,得到混合料。
进一步的,将所得混合料放入模具,上压机,压制成型,所设压力为15MPa,保压时间为20min,然后脱模,得到预置纤维板。
将预置纤维板放入烘箱经高温处理,温度为120度,时间为8h,得到保温层材料。
请参考表1,保温层的抗压强度为0.6MPa,导热系数0.025W/m.k。
可以理解的是,本实施例得到的保温层材料的抗压强度较强。
实施例3
首先将硅粉放入丙酮溶液中,超声清洗5min后,用去离子水滤洗,真空干燥后备用。
进一步的,硅粉68份、乙二胺改性聚磷酸铵1份、水玻璃8份、碳化硅20份以及高硅氧纤维5份放入搅拌机搅拌混合15min,得到混合料。
进一步的,将所得混合料放入模具,上压机,压制成型,所设压力为5MPa,保压时间为 20min,然后脱模,得到预置纤维板。
纤维板上含有一个占纤维板面积5%的孔洞。
将预置纤维板放入烘箱经高温处理,温度为100度,时间8h,得到保温层材料。
制备完成的纳米板,抗压强度为0.5MPa,导热系数0.031W/m.k。
可以理解的是,本实施例得到的保温层材料的抗压强度较强。
实施例4
请参考图1,使用实施例1中的保温层材料作为保温层,所述保温层材料上设有横截面为保温层面积10%的通孔。
将设有通孔的保温层材料贴在所述壳体的内侧形成保温层。
进一步的,将浇注料覆盖在保温层上,浇注料进入保温材料上的通孔内,将通孔填满。
可以理解的是,将浇注料和保温材料结合,利用浇注料自身的抗压强度减少对保温层的压力。浇注料一般抗压强度度为30-60MPa,作用于保温层的压力将小于0.1MPa,大大提高保温层的使用寿命。
实施例5
请参考图1,使用实施例2中的保温层材料作为保温层,所述保温层材料上设有横截面为保温层面积10%的通孔。

Claims (10)
1.一种保温层材料制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
S1:将无机粒子放入丙酮溶液中,超声清洗5min后,用去离子水滤洗,真空干燥后备用;
S2:将无机粒子50-80份、阻燃剂0.5-3份、粘结剂10-30份、遮光剂5-20份、纤维增强体3-7份放入搅拌机搅拌混合10-30min,得到混合料;
S3:将所得混合料放入模具,上压机,压制成型,所设压力为1-20MPa;保压时间为15-40min脱模后,得到预置纤维板;
S4:将所述预置纤维板放入烘箱经行高温处理,温度为90-200度,时间为8-12h,得到保温层材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种保温层材料制备方法,其特征在于,所述无机粒子由气相二氧化硅、气凝胶粉体、沉淀法二氧化硅或硅粉中的一种或多种组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种保温层材料制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂由聚磷酸铵、乙二胺改性聚磷酸铵或三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐中的一种或多种组成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种保温层材料制备方法,其特征在于,所述粘结剂由硅溶胶、水玻璃、聚乙烯醇、铝溶胶或淀粉中的一种或多种组成。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种保温层材料制备方法,其特征在于,所述遮光剂由二氧化钛、钛酸钾或碳化硅中的一种或多种组成。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种保温层材料制备方法,其特征在于,所述纤维增强体由硅酸铝纤维、玻璃纤维或高硅氧纤维中的一种或多种组成。
7.一种应用权利要求1至权利要求6中任意一项所述的材料为保温层的钢包,其特征在于,包括:
壳体;
保温层,所述保温层设置在所述壳体内侧的表面上;
浇注料,所述浇注料覆盖在所述保温层上;
耐火砖,所述耐火砖铺设在所述浇注料上。
8.如权利要求7所述的钢包,其特征在于,所述保温层上设有若干个通孔,所述通孔沿所述保温层的厚度方向贯穿所述保温层。
9.如权利要求8所述的钢包,其特征在于,所述通孔的横截面面积占所述保温层的1-10%。
10.如权利要求8所述的钢包,其特征在于,所述浇注料部分设置在所述通孔内。
